Got my tires installed with them and charged for balancing! And just put some bebes in the tire ! That made them more unbalanced! There are used for semi tires !!đ

i donât recommend this place very unreasonable people had them change a bad tire that i had and they put a horrible tire that popped right after i left there if i wouldve gotten on the road i couldve had an accident very upset after all charging me 172 dollars for used tires unacceptable PLEASE BE VERY CAUTION WHEN GOING TO THIS PLACE

I wouldn't recommend this place. Told my husband tires and rims would fit his chevy truck and it turns out tires was for a Ford! Promised to refund him and gave him the run around! No refund to this day! Exactly why we really don't like purchasing from small businesses!

These guys don't know what they're doing they overcharged me for two tires and they didn't put the right torque specs I took it back and it did the same they overfilled my tires as well I almost crashed because my truck started to sway and bounce.

I had them put a level kit on a brand new pick up they forgot to torque the nut that holds the upper left control arm on my front wheel and then it came apart on me⌠I went back to them to let them know what had happed and their response was â give me your name , phone and adress will be there later today to see what we can doâ itâs been almost a week later and no one has call me or came byâŚ. They just told me that to get me out of the shop with out the other costumer hearing about it⌠luckily I was driving at a pretty low speed and nothing catastrophic happend⌠I wouldnât recommend going to this place one of this days they are going to cost someone his/her life.

Horrible place man I tried to go and use little mom and pop shops to help my neighborhood and keep it local but wow man some times its not worth it. I went in to have tire sensors installed and rotation when the tire man was placing tire on my vehicle I asked if they had balanced my front wheels and he says "No my balance machine is broken" 1st issue then once I'm ready to leave my tire sensor light is still on I ask if they programmed it manager attempts to program then says " we can program cause there not are brand and machine will not work for your sensors" i think to my self isn't that a part of the conversation he should of told me from the beginning. No sense of operation. Save yalls self the time and hassle . I learned my lesson. Workers were great but management not good at all.

Donât be fooled by the name itâs quicker to go to discount tire. I dropped a tire off on three different occasions, counting, taken off work, and finally they didnât even get to it until I stood up there one day and waited after the tire had already been there for eight hours. Who knows if itâs gonna hold air or even balanced

Great customer service, very approachable. Stopped in at a few other shop tire shops on Big Springs st. Before finding this spot. Those others didn't acknowledge me, or answer the questions I had. Here was different, all the employees came up to me and told someone will be with me shortly. Arroyo assisted me, answered all my questions and got me in my new tires. Here's the cherry on top they went above and beyond, I use Mobil 1, they went out to get it for me to satisfy my needs. I'll definitely be back, I appreciate great customer service.

Worst experience ever with a tire shop. They changed the price. Told me they have the tires in stock and get there they don't have them. I talked to the owner in the morning to verify. Don't use them it will be a waste of time and I even tried to order tires and couldn't get help doing that. I give them a negative star

Terrible place. Traded my oem rims for some that they made sure was in âperfect conditionâ drove home and noticed a HUGE wobble took it back the next day and told me to come back tomorrow wait for the âownerâ. Came back the next day. Told me the same thing. Then i saw him and he acted like he didnât even know me or when i traded in my rims what a actual joke this place is. Thought it had great service no they just wanna scam you for what u got. This place is a joke!

Way over priced. $140 to rotate and balance my tires. Supposedly because I have bigger wheels. I've worked in tire shops and never charged extra for bigger wheels. They also did not torque to spec at all. Won't see me back there!

Will screw you with a smile. All my wifes tires were over pressured. My son took his tire there for a flat charged 50 and sent him in his way and its the side wall leaking. Can't fix that!

Went to buy a used tire and it was worse than what I had. Just needed a quick fix. They messed up my rim and just did not even care. Do not recommend this place at all. Sadly I have to give it one star if not I can not post.

Went for a nail repair. Told me he patched 2 holes without showing me and charged me. Then told me I had 4 total patches in that tire and itâs dangerous and tried to sell me a used set. I got all new tires a few weeks later and saw he only put 1 patch on that tire and I only had 2 total not 4. Knew he was trying to hustle me , but come on man . Avoid please

I would not recommend any one to this tire shop! My son dent his rim this past weekend because of the ice on the roads and he went to get a new rim and tire. They did not give him a new rim or tire, what they did instead was took pliers and beat it back with his same tire. And said they switched it out, obviously my son believed them, he's a young man and didn't realize he was getting ripped off and than was charged $150.00. And the next day that same tire went flat. If they do business like that with young folks and especially with how the traffic is out here I wouldn't send any one there!
