I asked for particular services from your service department on my 2016 Hyundai ELANTRAGT. The car came in for a check engine light and that was taken care of immediately but when I got the car back, the fan was rattling so loud that it made the dash vibrate and I needed to return the car. On the way back in I noticed the car needed alignment and asked for the tires to be rotated and an alignment done upon my request. instead of doing what I asked to be done, Derek the service representative, tried to sell me Tires and other services that I did not request and refused to do the alignment or the rotation. When I told him I would just pick up the car because the tires were under warranty, he hung up the phone on me. Once I got to the service department, I asked him not to hang up on his customers, and he proceeded to lie and say that I hung up on him. He became extremely rude and dared me to talk to the service manager about it.I requested to speak to the service manager and told him that I was very disappointed in being hung up on, and the service requested was not performed. The manager did perform the surfaces for me and I was able to drive the car home with no further issue.

The staff in the Service department was very helpful and courteous!! I had my 7 year old grandson with me and they made sure that he had crayons and coloring books and even a couple of snacks while we waited for the work to be done. I highly recommend Spokane Hyundai! I had several recalls that needed to be done. Schedulung was easy and they send several reminders. I was concerned they wouldn't be able to complete all the recalls because a part was not delivered by the time of my appointment however, there were able to do them all. Wafting aroma of freshly baked cookies in the waiting room would really pull it all together! Just saying - some other auto service dealership do this. Check out Mercedes at Liberty lake and BMW off of North Division. Makes waiting more pleasurable!

I recently took my daughter's Tucson in to the dealership completely unannounced. Robert greeted me and we started the repair order. Please know, they were backed up and I did not have an appointment. The car was inoperable and the tow truck was right behind me. The car had 91000 miles on it and had thrown a rod. A complete motor replacement was needed. Not only did Robert treat me with kindness and respect, he worked diligently to get the motor work covered under warranty. Robert communicated consistently, kept me abreast of the time line and the needed repairs. The repair was made quickly with only a $3 part needed, but they found many other things that needed repairs. Although they gave us an estimate of each repair needed, it still amounted to a much higher cost than expected. Since we don’t know much about vehicle repairs, we had to trust their knowledge and judgment. Overall, I think their communication was good, and we would trust our car repairs to them again.

All of the times I brought my car here I have gotten excellent service and I would say hats off to Steve,Derek and Chris those guys do a exceptional work. However my dissatisfaction is coming from a free wheel alignment check I was offered on 02/27/26. I brought in the car not only did they fail to check the car but they told me some components are rusted you will have to bring in the car again. I highlighted this is my only car so one of the ladies (who I shall not name publicly) there offered me a loaner vehicle. I brought the car in today 03/02/26 checked in the car and to my surprise they refused to give me the loaner car, I was forced to take out my car. Not only was my car not fixed but I ended up waiting since Friday only to be let down with something that was called free and a fake promise of a loaner car and getting late to work.

I had a service recall and the appointment was easy to make. I had another appointment 4 hours later downtown. They are now asking everyone if they would like a free alignment check. I noticed while I was waiting that the service desk personnel came to the waiting room to let several women know that they needed an alignment and they went with it, costing more money. One of the women didn't even know what an alignment was. THIS IS A SCAM for them to make more money!! It was nearing 4 hours and I needed to go. I told them to skip the alignment check. The personnel at the desk would not get my car. He did not know where my car was in the process. I kept telling him I had to go and I had no idea this recall service was going to take 4 hours. I finally got my car and missed my next appointment. Wish there was a different Hyundai dealership in town.

Service as perfect. Service manager was attentive and took care of my service needs in a very timely manner. Will definitely be returning. I guess I do have one other thing to add about my service experience. Premier Hyundai in Moreno valley California always washed and dried my vehicle after servicing it. I was expecting that service at the Spokane Hyundai dealership, but didn't get it. Also I didn't request it so I don't know if that's standard policy or if Spokane Hyundai just doesn't offer it

My 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe started having a knocking noise in the upper engine. I knew that I still had a warranty on my power train. I called my Dealership where I purchased my vehicle at, explained what had happened. They told me to bring it in so they could verify every thing. I asked if they possibly had a loaner car. They hesitated for a 1/2 hour, but then said yes they had a loaner. I was so pleased when they acknowledged that I did in fact have a warranty, and that it would cost me nothing to have my engine replaced. That was the biggest load off my mind. This is my only vehicle. I am completely grateful for purchasing this vehicle from a reputable dealer who honors their warranty’s.
