The guys at Springfield Inspection Center were very helpful in understanding what I needed to pass inspection. My window tint didn't meet Mass standards, so I had my tint scraped. I will definitely return to this shop for all future inspections.

I've been there before and the service was good but this time the man was really disrespectful. He told me that 2 of my tires needed changing and I went and bought 2 tires from a used tire shop(Not really a car expert). This man is gonna straight up say to me that the tires are the same and I just moved them around, I should just go spend some money because he's not fvcking with this. Smh. Would never go back there.

Last year was my first time there. Easy,quick in and out. They have 2 lanes and bays working. This year, I knew my vehicle was having some issues but I went for inspection even though I figured it would get rejected. They gave me a 60 day reject sticker and a printout of what failed. I was able to go to my mechanic with that and get repairs done within a week. My bill was fairly hefty but much cheaper then buying a new car. Went back today for my sticker and passed with flying colors. No worries. See you guys next year. I would highly recommend 👌 👍 ☺. Nice,professional, happy people.

Juan/Carlos are the man. Points what you need to watch out for/ explains what's ok what's not. ! And What Is Up with people nowadays??! Man some of these reviews are unreal. Ppl Snitching & being a Tall tail-tattletale w/ no shame. (Junaid frm Paki) And wining becuz a place that probably does Hundreds of cars a day Doesn't have a public restroom?? Grow up.Alot of Gas stations and businesses don't have public restrooms. My BANK doesnt have public restrooms. I didn't run and publicy complain/give em 1 star. And thats even "being a paying customer " almost a 1000x more.

I've been bringing my car here for years and will keep going Operation - Efficient (they get it done) Staff - helpful (they'll tell you what you need to know to get in, out, not waste anyone's time, and not be frustrated while they do) Price - Acceptable (inspections are fixed by state) Wait - quick (they have 2-3 lanes open and running on most days) Availability - full time (they're open normal business hours as opposed to the third Wednesday of every other month.. Like some other places) Bring cash

Sketchy business. After my vehicle passed their inspection and they placed a sticker on my vehicle they threatened to void my inspection for rust on my fender if i didn't pay an extra $100. They were rude and condescending. Do not recommend.

They're very quick. But I still got an R on one of my cars. Didn't have any warning lights, nothing like that but there's something new in Massachusetts about the emissions so I won't blame it on the shop

Really like this place. They do not repair or sell things for cars. Have no reason to fail your wipers so they can sell you new ones. Even when crowded, they are quick & efficient. Have enough staff/equipment to test up to three cars at a time.

3 areas for inspection. The line in splits in two on the way in but they make sure to take you in order of when you arrive. They do fast and accurate inspections. Can't recommend them enough.
