I would not recommend them. Bad attitude. I was confident I had found a trustworthy mechanic I was wrong. They let gease all over my door. Who owns or is the main manager.

I had to get my headlamp bulb replaced and they were super nice! I first went to PepBoys but they were going to charge me $86! Now I know I’m totally being overcharged for just a headlight bulb replacement! So I came here and they were kind and fast!! $45 and done in 10 minutes while PepBoys said they were going to take about an hour. Now that’s a deal! Go here you won’t regret it!

After going in for an oil change, I walked out $2500 later because I had to purchase “” struts. Two weeks later every single warning light went on which I felt was caused by my previous visit. I called the repair shop, and they said I could bring it in but it sounded like it wasn’t something they would’ve done. With that said, I just purchased a new car and had a pick and pool come and take my car away. I walked in with my car running fine and two weeks later it was dead. I’m just not impressed and personally I’ll never go there again. That’s all

I toke my 210 titan to get the fuel pum change and they did not fixed right the first them the engine light came out and I toke it again to get fixed and only thing they do was disconnect my battery, to my computer can not show the light on and next day I was on the rod driving to Oregon and stupid lights came on again I won’t ever use there stupid service they are not professional enough for me after all the business I have given with all my cars that I toke there before., I’m very disappointed.,

The prices at this store are like to highway robbery. I went there because my engine light was on, and the man wanted $140 to check what was wrong. Fortunately, I decided not to go there and instead went to RD Automotive, where they performed a diagnostic test for free and charged $110 for three hours. I strongly recommend against engaging in business here.

took my sons car in & was told $1809 repairs were needed, told them just replace resevoir tank, it was $305 to replace a $70 reserve tank, Then took car to snother auto shop..they said vehicle was low on coolant otherwise it was running fine..saddens me that people keep getting ripped off by places that are supposed to have good reputations

I would not recommend them took car in the beginning of July 2023 here it is the beginning of September 2023 had my car back in the shop four times since then they did not fix the problem. I paid for the Diagnostics $140.00 I paid for the part which cost $589.30 for the 3 in 1 solenoid plus another $200 for another solenoid. Now they're telling me they don't know what's wrong with it? Engine light still on!

My vehicle was serviced on 1/28/2023 I noticed it had a dent on the right front fender after I took it home and looked it over. I spoke to the front desk attendant on 1/29/2023. I left my name and number with him to give to his boss. Its been one week and I Haven't heard anything back. The work was far from perfect as several push in clips are broken or missing, the stated warranty prior to purchase is not accurate to the invoice I received. The vehicle mileage need for any warranty work was not noted and when I asked to see camera video of the vehicle being moved to make sure where the damage happened, turns out the cameras don't work or aren't connected. This doesn't seem like a proper business to ever want to return to. As a previous employee in the auto service industry this would be unacceptable in any work place. Update as of 4/26/25 and I've never received any kind of response from the owner/manager or person in charge. I spent more than $1000 here back in 2023. It's a shame places like this are allowed to do business. Plain and simple, if you value your customers at least have the decency to own your mistakes. After servicing my vehicle myself I've discovered at least 9 to 10 push clips missing throughout the trunk, under the hood and in the rear seat. All related to shock replacement which I had done here at this location along with a transmission and coolant fluids replaced. Overall I'm not holding any grudges but if you value your vehicle take it elsewhere or do it yourself.

Stockton Auto is a good place to go. I just recently got my car fixed through them. They were very helpful and for what ended up being wrong with my car, it would’ve been a lot more $$$. They ended up fixing for a lot less than quoted. It was not about the money but more about fixing the vehicle and making the customer happy. I would go back to them for repairs.

Over charged, over priced. Don’t come here! In a span of 4 months, I’ve spent $5,000 at this shop just for them to fix my car but never was properly fixed so I said forget it if they are not willing to help me forget it I’m not spending anymore money here that I don’t have for them to continuously “fix” it. You’d think after spending THAT much money there my car would’ve been driving beautifully right? But no that wasn’t the case at all. NOW (10/06/25) my car was properly fixed by FIRESTONE & only spent $1,300 & STILL driving properly til this day.
