I was told that all the parts on my car were working when I had it towed to this mechanic. Imagine my surprise (after paying the bill and getting it back home) when the head lights DID NOT WORK! I guess I'll need to find a real mechanic that actually does what they say elsewhere!

Gary and Veronica pretty much saved my life! Our car was having some serious problems during an early summer heatwave. I was at the point where I was considering driving around with a 20 lb bag of ice on my lap to prevent heat stroke. After getting turned away by multiple mechanics, Strictly European took our car in on short notice, made tons of calls to track down the part our car needed before everything closed down for the weekend, and got it installed and working. They even called to check up on us a week later to make sure everything was still okay. We were unlucky to experience these issues with our car, but we were very lucky to find Strictly European. Gary and Veronica are great! This is the only auto service I'll use. In fact, we may be moving back to California, and I still plan to come back to Strictly European. We have a Mercedes GLA 250, which we've taken to the dealer. But every time we take it to the dealer, why do I feel like dropped the soap and got totally ripped off? Mercedes will charge $700 for simple maintenance, while Strictly European only charges $150-$200. The dealer always charges way more and the service isn't as good. Plus they always seem to come up with additional charges. Gary, on the other hand, is a straightshooter and someone you can trust. In fact, when I've thought I needed something, he's told me I didn't actually need it (which saved me a bunch of money).
