Sales department is great, not pushy. Service department could be better. I had a hard time securing rides to and from even though I had specifically requested transportation when I made my appointment. Edit: update - The service manager contacted me today, less than 24 hrs after my review to make things right and get more information. Looks like more training is needed, which I can appreciate as a former business owner. I will continue to trust and use Subaru for my needs!

Had to take in my Crosstreck for maintenance (oil change and tire rotation). I had a couple of more concerns with clicking noises when turning. Jim was my advisor, he took great care of the car and took all 3 of my calls to explain any questions/concerns I had. I got a bit more work done to fix the clicking (axel). 10/10 service.

Outstanding service! I booked an 8:30 am appointment and they got to my car right away. No longer waiting for service to start. Took my car in less than a month ago and was informed about the radiator issue so I took care of it and all seemed great. Now a month later I have to have all the coolant replaced because they didn’t bother to change the hoses so now an extra cost that would not have been needed had the full service been done correctly. I will not return.

I brought my Subaru in for its 120K mile service and was initially quoted $1,200—noticeably higher than the $950 average I’d seen at other Subaru dealerships in the area. After I raised the issue, they did honor the $950 price, which I appreciated. During the visit, they identified an "oil leak" and recommended a $5,000 head gasket replacement. However, they did not report performing any diagnostics to confirm this—no compression test, no leak-down test, no dye tracing. For a repair of that magnitude, I would expect clear evidence and a documented diagnostic process. A few months prior, a faulty oil filter had caused oil to spill across the engine bay. That issue was external and resolved. It’s concerning that residual oil from that incident was misinterpreted as a head gasket failure—especially without diagnostic confirmation. My car also had a check engine light at the time, which I paid to have diagnosed. They recommended replacing the EVAP check valve. I declined the service due to the cost. Interestingly, the check engine light turned off shortly afterward and has remained off for over three weeks—suggesting that my own earlier step of replacing the gas cap may have resolved the issue. This means the mechanics recommended a "fix" that appeared to be unnecessary. Overall, I expected a more thorough and transparent approach before recommending such a costly repair, especially given that they are supposed to be the Subaru experts. I’d encourage others to seek a second opinion before authorizing major work.

Horrible experience with 18k service. Oil change, oil filter, and tire rotation $106.00 Took 2 hours, tires were not rotated, but I was charged $14.95 + tax for it. Asked to have cost of rotation refunded or credited to my debit card which I had just used to pay. After ANOTHER 2 HOURS I was handed $15. No refund of tax paid on the $14.95 charge. 4 hours spent here to have oil and filter change. Felt ignored, and un appreciated as a customer. Was going to ignore it and write it off as a bad experience, but after taking another 2 hours to refund the cost of a service never performed, I felt I had to say something.
