For tires I think they're fine. But I had some work done here some time back, and my experience wasn't great. I felt like I got overcharged for the work I had done, and also the customer support wasn't great (it took a week and a half and I kept getting bounced around on the phone on hold 4-5 times.) I wouldn't get mechanical work done here again, feels like a big corporation where they don't care that much about you.

EDIT: I’m raising this to a 3 star rating because after my experience, the store manager did reach out to me and acknowledge that the sales representative I was dealing with was in the wrong to charge me, and he did credit me back the payment for the missed leak. Unfortunately the experience was still difficult to endure, but if you are interested in this location, I’d suggest trying to reach out to Scott directly. Avoid this place like the plague if you value customer service and quality of work. Came in for two damaged front tires to be replaced and asked for a check on the others to see if there was a slow leak. The front desk later fully admitted they never checked the rears and completely missed a huge leak that was present. I returned the following day and they refused to take my car until 2 days later. I returned, they claimed to fix the leak in the tire, only for me to find that they completely missed another leak point in the same tire. I finally come back the 4th time, they found that final leak and decided that forcing me to travel back and forth on a leaking tire FOUR TIMES wasn’t enough so charged for the patchwork that they missed twice. Places like this give mechanic shops a bad name.

Have been patronizing Sullivan Tire locations for over twenty years with the receipts to prove it. My first experience with this particular location was so bad that I shall never entrust a vehicle to any Sullivan Tire location again. Vehicle had a AWD service light which I knew was going to be a costly repair but historically had solid experiences with other Sullivan Tire locations. Called these guys and they said it was no problem. Confirmed they'd received the vehicle and was told I'd get an update later that day. Got the run around for days before they ultimately told me I needed breaks and a coolant flush which was unexpected given I'd asked them to diagnose the AWD system service light. They said they'd get back to me which they did a couple days later. Didn't have the heart to tell them that entire system inclusive of the coolant itself was brand new and there was no way on earth it needed work. Was also quite surprised when they mentioned they had accidentally left the vehicle with the key in the cupholder unlocked on their lot for a couple days and that was partially responsible for the delay but hey, two points (but zero stars) for honesty. If you're looking to store your car in an unsecured lot for a week these guys will do it and charge you a couple hundred bucks for your troubles. Bye forever Sullivan Tire.

We had an amazing experience that this location. Our car was missing a wheel lock key and they explained what we needed to get from the dealership. After a second day of trying to get our tires replaced this time with the new key, we still some issues. They held our appointment slot and still got our car in. When another issue arose, they called us and worked explained how we can fix it. I would give a 10 out of 10 of everyone who helped us out to resolved the problems and got our service completed before the end of business.

I purchased 4 tires at Sullivans my first time just becuase I work next door and I have a BU Employee discount. My jewlery that was in my car went missing and I am 100% sure it was there because I was giving it back to my Husband that same day it was left in my middle console where I am sure I left it! I never take my car anywhere else but Acura dealership and the one time I dont this happens! I went the next day to speak to THE MANAGER and he had the Audacity to say I dont think my Employees will risk their job over Baby Jewlery lol he then checked my car didnt find it either. He then said he would check the cameras mind you my windows are 5% tinted so was is there to see inside but Employees going in my vehicle. I explained to the manager that there was no need for anyone to go into my vehicle if I was there to purchase tires and have them put on my vehicle. He then told me they go into the vehicle to check the air filters and I said ok well they didnt need to because I do my car maintenance and everything else at Acura. The manager said he would check the cameras and contact me back I have not heard back from anyone yet and its been 3 weeks now ! ... I just took my car to Acura dealership this Saturday for an oil change and they told me my Cabin and Engine air filters need to be replaced there dirty and my Cabin air filter housing cover is missing!!!! Well the only place I took MY CAR to was Sullivans for TIRES and they went into my vehicle to check my air filters NOTHING was said or brought to my attention about my car Air filters from Sullivans and they where in my vehicle checking my air filters ect. Deffinetly going back today this is upsetting TO ALL CUSTOMERS WHO GO TO THIS SULLIVANS TIRE SHOP BE CARFUL WITH YOUR VEHICLE AND ITEMS !!!

I wish I could give them 0 star! Worst service! Run away! I drop off my car at 8:05am and was told be contact in two hours. Two hours goes by I call in and was told will reach back to me in an hour. No call back and I have to call in again with same respawn. Again I call in with same answer. I waited and I just have enough and walk to the shop I saw my car park at the same place I drop off this morning. I reach to the front desk and was told they never check my car. 2:30pm I got my car but I never will get my six hours back

EXTREMELY Disappointed with Service and Communication I had an extremely disappointing experience at Sullivan Tire. I discovered a nail in my rear tire on Sunday night. The tire still had air, so I called the shop first thing Monday morning—just 10 minutes after they opened—to ask about availability. I was told to drop off the car and that someone would follow up with an estimate. I drove there immediately and arrived within 10 minutes. I specifically asked the front desk to provide an estimate before any work. They assured me they would call. After more than 4.5 hours with no update, I called to check in and explained that I needed the car back in the afternoon. I was told again that someone would call me “in a few minutes.” Nearly two hours passed with no call, so I walked into the store—only to find my car had not moved at all from where I had parked it that morning. The two employees who had answered my calls were standing at the counter. No one had looked at the car. No one had called me. No one had informed me that they were unable to check it today. I lost almost 6 hours of my day waiting for communication that never came, with absolutely zero progress made. This level of disorganization and lack of accountability is unacceptable. If you are looking for timely service or even basic follow-up, I would strongly suggest going elsewhere.

Had to get four new tires and the team here was very helpful especially after finding out we didn't have the wheel lock key and had to get it from the dealer first before work could be done. Work was done in less than a shift and the price was good. The team there was very polite, including the manager who reached out during service. Thank you!

BE AWARE! Brought my car here a few months ago for front brakes and an alignment. I picked my car up and noticed it was still pulling so I brought it back. Then they told me I needed tie rods. I checked in with my regular mechanic and brother who's a manager at a car shop in Florida and they both told me you CAN NOT do an alignment with bad tie rods. So I go back and politely ask for a refund and the manager David I believe goes back and forth with me catches an attitude and finally gives me a refund. I spent thousands at this place over 7 years for them to be dishonest and catch attitudes when I ask for a refund for JUST the alignment. Also my rotors were slotted and when they replaced them they put on regular brakes without telling me. It's the deceit and attitude that through me off.

Service is good (why I leave at least one star) but way too expensive. They charged me $2200+ for 4 brake rotors & pads, and 2 calipers. Goodyear only needed $1200 on the quote. I had to accept the price because my brakes are shaking. In $2200+, $1144 are parts and $950 are labors. I don't know what sort of labors they have, maybe someone with diamonds and golds.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. This is such a shame, this store was my go to store for the last 3 years. I had two awful experiences with them in a week span. 16 plus hours of having my car with only a oil change done and ZERO communication about why my check engine light was on when I made 2 appointments for that very reason. They ignored the call every time we asked for an update. We had to go in there in person to get any communication. I would never take my car here again.

The staff performed tire service on my car without consulting with my tire insurance provider, thus forcing me to pay for the service out of pocket instead of it being covered by the insurance provider. They also do not keep a regular stock of black wheel weights which ruins the esthetic of premium cars.

Deeply disappointed in the level of communication and service. I dropped off my car the night before for two tires, installation, alignment, and headlight restoration. I got a call at 8 am letting me approve the plan and I was told it would be ready for the end of the day. I came at 5:30 and it was still being worked on and I was assured at that point in time it would for sure be done by 6 pm. I go around the corner for coffee and come back at 6. The guy checking me out tells me they didn’t have time to do the alignment but “he took it off the bill.” And asked if I work in the area (I don’t) and I can come by any time to get it done but it takes 45 mins and they ran out of time. Just the level of dismissal and poor communication was astounding! Did they forget? Did they just deprioritize my car since others were in for service were more valuable, or are they just disorganized? Also weird gunk, glue leftover from the headlight restoration on the hood and inside my drivers side door? Anyway upset I came here I thought Sullivan tire was better.

I'm concerned with the work and performance of Sullivan tire. They have caused more damage to my car than good. I had to take my car to another shop to repair the issues they created. I would recommend going somewhere else if possible. Sullivan tire please do your customers better. They deserve better.

Last Thursday, during the torrential rain storm that, for various reasons, caused closures and delays on the Mass Pike and 93, I ended up having an issue with my car. On my way IN to Boston I assessed the car was safe enough to drive, and our visit was of such importance I could not stop unless it was exceptionally necessary. But on my way OUT of Boston, I had to have the car looked at and addressed (it was 3:30pm). It turns out a panel under the car, which became dislodged in the past, was pulled down by the rain and floods and scraping the roads' surface. After calling FOUR places for help, including AAA, no one would step up ("you can make an appointment and come in tomorrow", despite me explaining I lived 90 miles away.) Matt from Sullivan Tire in Brookline was kind, patient, friendly and - most of all - helpful. We arrived a few minutes after speaking. He had someone look at the car within a short time of arrival. And a "quick fix" only cost $80, so we were on our way home safely within an hour. If you have a need, and Sullivan can address it, I HIGHLY recommend going there for help.

I had a terrible experience at this location. I went for four new tires and then they called me to tell me a list of things they think I should get fixed that are completely unrelated to my tires. Basically opened up my whole car and rummaged around to find things to sell to me. AND they took photos of it all. Showing me the air filter should be cleaned, under the hood, etc. SO unnecessary and generally overpriced. Then I come to pick up my car and multiple warning lights come on, all new since I dropped it off. They had done something because none (ZERO) of them were on when I dropped off the car in the morning. Am I supposed to believe that was coincidence?? They showed me photos of the warning lights on the dashboard they allegedly took before servicing the car. Those photos could have been taken at any time I don’t trust this place one bit. And then they wanted me to pay $200 to get a diagnostic test done to find out whats wrong. I towed my car to another mechanic. Don’t waste your money here.

This shop is dangerous. The old man who quoted the service and charged me for the work done is EXTREMELY rude and impolite. I took my car to the shop to have the brakes checked and asked if it was possible to remove some scratches caused by the windshield wiper blades. They charged me an exorbitant amount to replace the brake pads and rotors unnecessarily and created new scratches on the entire windshield. I can't understand why an employee would ruin an entire windshield with new scratches everywhere for no reason, this is unacceptable. If I would have read all the bad reviews here before none of that would have happened so be advised NOT to come to this terrible shop. Btw I wonder where is the management?

Had new tires put on last year at Sullivan Tire and went back today an alighment and my complimentary tire rotation. Just before the visit, a strange noise started coming from the rear of the car—something completely unrelated to the scheduled work. Matt and the team didn’t miss a beat. They quickly diagnosed the issue and had everything taken care of within a couple of hours. The turnaround time was impressive, the price was more than fair, and the level of service was top-notch. Matt was incredibly helpful, professional, and kept me in the loop the entire time. A++++ across the board—for service, pricing, and customer care. Highly recommend!

I found this shop when I failed the emissions section of my annual inspection, and I chose it because it's a state-certified repair shop. I was a little nervous about using a new shop, but my fears were immediately allayed. I called for an appointment and got one the very next day. A few hours after leaving the car, I got a call explaining what repairs were needed, and also what maintenance was recommended, with a very clear explanation of both, and a price for each. The repairs were completed the next day. Everyone was friendly, helpful and efficient, and I was delighted to learn that Sullivan Tire is an employee-owned business. Then it got even better. My check-engine light came on again, after just a few miles of driving. I called the shop and again, I got an appointment right away. They addressed the problem immediately, test drove the car, and had it back to me within a couple of hours. And there was no charge. This is my garage from now on!
