I was quoted $800 for a wheel bearing replacement for my Volkswagen elsewhere and Suncoast auto and tire was able to do the same work for way less than half of the price and it was done the next day. I came to Suncoast as I needed a tire replaced and it was the closest tire shop to my house. I had 1 tire that needed to replaced and I already had the other tire to replace it. I called Thursday and they were able to work me in Friday morning. They made sure the other tire I had was safe to put on my car as I wasn’t sure if the rim was bent or not. They updated me throughout the whole process and got my tire switched out in under 15 minutes. It was the easiest experience I’ve ever had at a “car maintenance” business and for the first time ever, this shop wasn’t trying to take advantage of me/trying to get me to buy unnecessary things. Instead, when I went to go checkout, they told me I don’t owe them anything and to have a good day. The owner is incredibly nice and it’s clear he cares for his customers. This place is amazing!

Called to see the price of a full inspection of my vehicle and was refused service when I told them I would like to make the repairs myself. I have never been refused service like that before from an auto shop for asking for an inspection and nothing else. Extremely unprofessional.

Called them Monday morning to see if they were able to do my front brakes and grind/turn my rotors on my 1996 Jerp Cherokee. Was quoted $200 out the door if my rotors only needed grinding. I needed this job done quickly, which I expressed to Ken, who I was communicating with. I was able to get my Jeep to the shop by 2:30, they got it up on the rack by 3, inspected it. And Called me before any work was performed. I ended up needing new rotors on top of front brakes. They were able to do all repairs, at a very fair price by 5 on Monday. Thank you so much for quick repairs, at a very fair price!

Been going here for years, all the guys in the shop are very knowledgeable about their field they work on pretty much any car new or old. And I’ve always done business with John not sure if he’s the owner but he’s very fair explains everything to me in a way I can understand. And last but not least they are very fair with price for parts and labor and that’s why I would only trust these guys. All around great experience every time I wouldn’t bring my car anywhere else.

I can't rave enough. My friend recommended this place. They were so nice, I had to postpone an appointment last minute because of work but they were very understanding and nice about it, and squeezed me in at a later time. They were fast, efficient, explained things to me and their prices are so fair (I called 8 other places before I was told to call them). They have my business for life and I highly recommend!!! Guy was a jerk! Called to get estimates. Didn't listen to a thing I said. I gave him year make and model of my truck he asked me all the information all over again with a smart attitude. I had another job that I needed him to do told him the specific area of the truck he then asked me the same questions all over again as if he was deaf. When I told him I had just given him the information he told me to have a good day and hung up on me

This place is great!! I was recommended by a friend and have been here only twice so far as my car was under warranty until recently. I went in today because the plastic cover under my car fell down. I was sure I cracked it, as I had to drive a long way dragging it, and would need to pay significant money to replace it. But John was able to work me in AND fix the cover. BEST of all he did it at NO charge! They have as a customer for life now and I would recommend them to anyone!!

Staff was very friendly. Estimate was fast and easy. This company is a rare diamond in the rough. They are actually honest. They won’t try to tell you something is needed if it isn’t. My family has been customers here exclusively for years. I got an initial estimate at Nissan to be absolutely sure what was needed. I then got three estimates. This company saved me over $600 and I was able to go in that same morning for the repair (RF Lower Arm replacement) and it was done in two hours. They don’t need to lie to make money because word of mouth keeps them booked consistently. Trust them. ✌🏼
