I have several personal vehicles and many company vehicles, this place has saved me so much money and more importantly fixed things correctly. What I like the best is the options on repair. It is never just one price and one option- the issue is clearly explained and options to repair based on my needs are always reviewed. 13 vehicles and thousands of dollars and I have yet to be disappointed. Also, we seems to wreck our vehicles more than we should and the body work and high end paint booth always make the repairs beautiful!!! Try them out!!

Got my brakes done last year and they never worked correctly again. Call a few times but I would have to drop my car off. And I was told I was over charged as well. For now on I will always buy my own parts and never trust these mechanics. $900 down the drain.

STAY AWAY! We chose to take our wrecked vehicle to Sunshine because they could have the rapids to our vehicle done “by the end of the month”. This turned out to be a complete misestimation as the repair took over 3 months to complete. Throughout the process, they were HORRIBLE at providing updates on repairs and the timeframe needed for parts to come in. Now that the repairs have been completed, we have found that the front fender keeps popping out of place. They stated this was due to an aftermarket part being used, but neglected to tell us this was a possibility. I would recommend against anyone using this collision center for their repair.

Long story short. My vehicle was taken to this shop after being in an accident. I had to take it back to have a long list of things fixed after driving the vehicle for a few days. They fixed two minor things. I didn’t feel safe driving the vehicle due to the vibration and noise coming from the front end and the hood cable release being pushed in. They also put the wrong color of paint on my vehicle, which was noticeable in the sun. My insurance company ended up totaling my vehicle even after these “repairs” were made. At least they were nice.

My vehicle looks fantastic; however, I would not recommend them. They had my car for 3 months. I did not receive a timeframe for a completion date, nor did I receive any updates from them at all. I called them weekly and they would say they were waiting on parts, alignment, supplements, etc—every call. Occasionally they would say “oh we’ll call you tomorrow” & never call. I eventually called them daily until I knew when my car might be done, which was honestly very frustrating. The lack of communication & proper customer service is the main reason why I would not use them again for any services.
