★☆☆☆☆ It used to be a great place for repair until Dale and Linda sold the business. Went in to get estimate, had questions so I called three times for David to return my call. One of those times he answered and he would call me right back. Never did!!! No customer service, so I wouldn’t trust their work. I do not recommend. If you like calling and calling to get info, this place is for you!!

★☆☆☆☆ They have no sense of time management. They do not communicate with their customers. They do whatever they can to get money from people including "fixing" things that are not broken. They are more worried about their own lives instead of running a business properly. The auto firm side is ran really well but the off road/body side is a mess & a half. Dale needs to go back to running this place before it ends up closing down.

★☆☆☆☆ State Farm suggested body shop... at least for now. My mom was in an accident, about 5 weeks ago. My uncle went in to check on the progress about 2 weeks ago and said that he saw the car with a layer of dust on it. They hadn't touched the car. The damage was minor. My uncle went in last week again just to talk to them about what was going on... The guys response "If she hadn't gotten into an accident she wouldn't be in this situation." REALLY!? Horrible customer service. No people skills. Rude workers. This isn't over reacting either. The claims department has been riding them the last couple of weeks and her insurance agent has as well. They have stated they will be letting them go after the service my mom has received. They told her last week if they didn't have it done by Friday of last week they would get her a rental because she needed her car for a wedding and she had to cancel 2 doctors appointments because this week they were supposed to have it done on Tuesday. It's done today apparently. Don't go here. Find a place that will take care of your vehicle and cares about the customer... this place doesn't.
