This place is great. Had some tailgate damage on my truck. E Every shop I went to was so far behind they would not even write an estimate much less talk to me about it. I stopped at superior and David not only did my estimate but said since it could be easily removed I could drop it off and they would get to it when they could. In less than a week they called that it was done. Fsntastic job guys.

This is the first mechanic shop I've ever been too and the whole experience went better than I've heard or expected. The customer service was great and they got everything I needed and could afford done. I really appreciate them working with me to figure out what all was going on and giving me options on what needed to be addressed first and also helping me with my Service Contract provider, AUL. Over all, 10/10 would recommend and will be returning for any future work.

Girls beware this is not the shop for you!! I had just purchased my truck yesterday was still on a I cant belive I bought a truck high. I came in with my boy freind who was picking up his truck that you had just worked on. I had walked up to someone at the desk and told them I wanted wheels and tires for my new truck that was just outside. I was told three times by three different people i needed to talk to Dustin so I waited and waited 20 mins went by Dustin walked out took one look at me and went over to the guys behind the counter and completely ignored me!! I was there to buy wheels and tires!! Has there never been a girl in your shop that wanted your services on her truck??? It was horrifying !!! I was excited about being a new truck owner!! Girls beware!!!!!

I was rear ended. I went to superior for an estimate. Progressive also sent a rep to superior. I told them my back tire was screeching like a banshee and felt like it was going to drop my rear end-my exact words. They never did an estimate over my tire, neither of them. My bumper was repaired. And superior said I needed an alignment. So, I paid out of pocket for that. When I picked up my car I drove around the block and back to the shop. I said the problem still exists. He said take it up with progressive. I said I paid you out of pocket. He said it wasn't his responsibility. I left. I ended up taking it to another shop who said it was my bearing and that an alignment is impossible to do and not notice that my tire was barely hanging on. I drive for a living so I am in my car for a good week driving on the freeway with a broken bearing that could have killed me or one of you. Save your money, they never took responsibility and are a scam saying they give services they clearly ever gave. Huge dissatisfaction

very prompt and professional, only took them 2 weeks to lose half the screws to my skid plate, crack my splitter, and misdiagnose a broken shifter as needing a new transmission. still waiting on the estimate that i was told i would get emailed a few minutes after we get off the phone a week and a half ago but i’m sure it’s coming any second now

Been coming to superior auto body for years same with the rest of my family took my truck about three weeks ago and they did a great job but my driver door was really dirty I said it’s ok hadn’t happened to me first time maybe a new hire or something will my truck got hit about a week after the first repair was done but on passengers doors once again a great job done on body and paint but this time they left a over spray of paint on my truck door trim near window did bother to fix it and left the passenger’s interior doors and seats and carpet dirty like no one had the time to clean after themselves really disappointed and now debating on taking my vehicles somewhere else. Last thing I had a dashcam due to the recent accident I have had seems employee tried to take off my camera off and they damaged it was left then turned off all they had to do is ask to turn it off or remove it
