I had such a great experience with Seth and the service crew at my local Hyundai dealership, I went in with major oil issues and they took great care of me and Lucille (my 2017 Hyundai Elantra 😂) they explained everything to me and even showed me the issues (which I greatly appreciate because most wouldn't bother to educate or explain) they got me in and out in excellent time and my sister and I were able to go on out much needed beach trip 🥰 and I am beyond grateful for that 🌻🪻!! I took our palisade into the dealer for a service. Later that night while the car was in the driveway, I noticed a large oil spot under the car. Upon further inspection, it seemed that either whoever changed the oil used the splash guard as a drain pan, or there was some sort of leak. There was oil all over the top side of the splash guard and the valve cover. That had blown all over the inside of the engine bay and traveled down along the bottom of the vehicle. I was pretty irritated by what seemed to be lack of professional work. I took the vehicle back to the dealer and spoke to Drew. He quickly brought over his shop foreman and they were very apologetic and wanted to make sure I was taken care of and ensure that there was not a leak or something. They claimed to hold themselves to a very high standard there and apologized for the issue. He quickly resolved to redo the oil change to ensure that there was not a pinched o-ring or leaky gasket on the filter or drain plug. He offered to keep my vehicle for a couple days and get the entire thing detailed inside and out, including the drip tray and engine bay and everything. He put me in a rental so that I could still meet my obligations. I got the car back looking amazing! I was very impressed with the way in which they handled the situation, not making a bunch of excuses, rather, just making things right and going far above and beyond what I expected! Thank you for setting the bar so high!

I recently had another great experience at the service center at Ron Tonkin Hyundai in Gresham. I had prepaid for a part in advance that turned out to be the incorrect part. Upon my appointment, Jason and his staff handled the situation expertly and in a timely manner. They ordered, picked up and installed the correct part and as a courtesy for the extra time I waited , I was not charged for the install. Highly recommend this service center!

I appreciate the ability to get into the dealership. Seth always handles my services and he is very kind and easy to work with. I did feel a SLIGHT push to get services completed that didn’t quite need to be done yet but I also don’t blame him because I used to work in a. Field where services/products were expected to be pushed. Needed or not. But he was never disrespectful or rude. I will always go back and work with this location.

We don’t even know where to start because we have so many good things to say… I grew up in dealerships and know the sales side of buying a car more than I should. So going into a dealership I’m already nervous to be bamboozled. After totaling our family’s dream car, we went in to see what our options were because we liked the features in our rental car we got (2025 Tucson). When we first got there we walked around on our own, which was nice for my husband and I to discuss what we liked and didn’t. Once we found the car we wanted to test drive out of curiosity, we went in and were introduced to Dan. Dan pulled the car up and got my information to drive. As soon as I got in I was sold on the sporty spice of the N Line Kona. It’s simple, but also modern in the right ways. Once we went back in, we discussed things openly such as what our payment goal was and what it would look like to get there. The process was very transparent and quick. They got us within $20 of what our payment was before with all the extras we wanted, including tinted windows. Dan was truly exceptional and made the process feel easy and exciting. Due to going through insurance we had to wait to make the down payment, but that was no problem. They walked us through the process to hold the vehicle and we made a partial down payment. We truly felt taken care of and excited to have a new car after a traumatic experience. Dan, thank you for your time and for accomplishing all of our goals.

Performed requested services perfectly. Rep said brake fluid and coolant flush and replacement is needed. When I asked whether it was “required” vs “recommended” he conceded that it is only recommended. At 24,000 miles, in my experience this service is unnecessary, especially for $470. Rep was courteous.
