Great customer Service! I absolutely love the work they did on my 2020 Charger. After the recent hail storm I had hail dents all over my car and now My car looks brand new Again. Very reasonable and Victor worked with me on my deductible and kept me informed through the whole process. Very fast too! Had the pleasure of meeting Victor by recommendation of an old friend of mine. My truck had a few minor dents that have been bugging me for a while now. Therefore, I didn't do a claim with my insurance only because I wanted to avoid all that hassle and decided to just pay out of pocket. Long story short, the customer service was outstanding and I was very pleased with the service I received! I was impressed with the quality of the work and he left my truck looking right! Can’t say enough about Victor and his team. After I inadvertently put a crease in my truck door, I called Supreme Dent. They got me in for an estimate within the hour and he even offered to do the repair right then. 45 mins later the dent was gone along with 2 other door dings in the same door. Supreme Dent is fairly priced and they provide excellent service. If you want paintless dent removal done right then call Supreme Dent Repair.

I truly hate doing this as I know the effect that reviews can have on small businesses but unfortunately I have to post my experience. I was not going to do this even though Victor had my car for SEVEN weeks, until I saw the condition my car was returned in. I figured surely after that amount of time it would be in pristine and perfect condition. I don’t know what went on in that seven weeks (after being told it would take a max of 2), but it wasn’t my car being worked on. This is clear and obvious negligence from the owner. I was initially sold on supreme dent repair because their salesman had such great customer service. There was also the valet service, covering my deductible, and great communication from Jarred (sales). I wish I had known how negligent the owner Victor was. I switched from a different body shop I had already chosen to supreme dent because of Jarred. I felt so confident. To make a long story short, every week I was given the run around and could not get clear or concise updates. I never knew where my car actually was or what was actually being done at that moment- which i’m assuming for the majority of the time they had it was nothing. The day I was supposed to get my vehicle back my husband and I had to call victor several, several times just to get an answer on text. He kept saying someone was on the way but no one was. 8 hours passed and we had no idea where my car was and could not get him to answer. We truly thought something happened to my car or that it had been stolen. After seven weeks and not a single returned phone call, you probably would too. That’s how bad the communication (lack of) was. I had hail damage on my driver side, and hood. My vehicle returned after 7 weeks with a giant gap in the trim above my driver side tire, and silver paint all over it and what appears to be glue? You can push my trim in and out with your hand. It is not flush to my vehicle like the other side of my car. Speaking of the other side of my car- that had no hail damage and shouldn’t have been touched- there is scratches and paint buffs? Also on my driver side, on both door handles the paint is textured and splotchy on the inside and is rough to the touch / visibly not smooth / done correctly. I’m truly gutted waiting all this time to get my car back and it’s not fixed. They also damaged my interior mirror light, just left it hanging down and not working. I don’t know what to do now. Victor had me pay in full (that, on me, should’ve known better) a couple weeks in, to “order parts”. I wish I had never paid in full looking at my car now, because I’m stuck. I was left at home at the end of my pregnancy (they knew I was due any day and said they’d hurry when initially picking up my car) as well as with a newborn with no vehicle. seven. weeks. I am so emotionally scarred and upset about my car.

My 2025 Sorento had the living hell beat out of it thanks to the recent Midwest City hail blitz. Connor came out to my house and picked up my car. Victor (the owner) kept me updated about the process, and dealt with my insurance company. Supreme had my car for about 2 weeks, and I admit I was skeptical that they could completely fix nearly $12000 in damage, and make it look right. They brought my vehicle back to me today, and to say I was amazed, is a gross understatement. The car is flawless, and looks brand new, actually, better than new. They completely detailed the car before returning it. Anybody who doesn't make Supreme Dent Repair their first call for PDR work is nuts. These folks stand head and shoulders above the rest!!!

Victor did an amazing job removing the damage on my roof and rails. I bought this car with a wrap and it was discovered that the roof had bad damage underneath. Its amazing how he was able to remove all the waves and deep dents. I can now get it re wraped and not have to worry. Thank you again!
