Late review here - I traveled 2,000 miles in my 2011 Volvo XC90 to visit my son for Christmas 2024. On the Friday morning after Christmas Day, my cars Check Engine light came on and it threw up a bunch of codes. I called SAS and they advised to drop by at 1:30 that afternoon. The Techs there had me diagnosed, repaired and back on the road in what seemed to be almost immediately! Absolutely great, friendly service which I would whole-heartedly recommend! I think the best part is that I can confidently make the long trip from home securely knowing that quality service for my long in the tooth Volvo is available if needed. Thanks Guys!!!

We can’t say enough good things about the team at Swedish Auto Services in North Austin. Super professional, HONEST, friendly, fast, and neighborly. We bought a used Volvo 2008 S80 a year ago and they have been truly amazing to us!! They never gouge us on prices, they tell us the truth and best options available, and are always happy to see us as neighbors. We have 100% faith in their abilities and guidance on how to get the longest life out of our Volvo. 5+++ stars for overall quality of service and turnaround time. Pegah and the entire Swedish Auto team are exactly what you need if you’re looking for independent experts on all things Volvo (and beyond). I came in with my 2019 Volvo XC90 with 80k miles on it that I had just purchased, and then had a rude awakening when I came to know of a slew of issues. I also wanted to do some general/preventative maintenance: -Corroded Support Battery -Torn bushing on upper engine torque mount -Vibration when braking on highway -Needed upper and lower control arms -Free play on wheel bearing -HALDEX service (preventative maintenance) -Brake fluid flush (preventative maintenance) -Oil change and filter (general maintenance) -Cabin and air filter (general maintenance) -Wheel alignment (general maintenance) All this work would’ve costed thousands (yes, thousands) more at a Volvo dealership’s service center. But these guys were incredibly fair on pricing, were always communicative with me throughout the process (kept me updated every step of the way), and their work was also guaranteed. They also follow up with you a few days after getting your vehicle back to ensure that you’re satisfied and that no other gremlins remain. While it took a few days to get everything done (this was solely due to the amount of work that was needed on my vehicle), they were kind enough to provide me with a loaner vehicle, which my family and I were incredibly thankful for. I would suggest calling in advance and booking an appointment for a day where a loaner is available, should you need one. Look no further if you’re seeking a talented team of independent Volvo specialists!

I had a really good experience with Swedish Auto Service. I took my Volvo S90 in for brake pads and rotors, an oil change, and spark plug replacement. The Volvo dealership quoted me over $3,000, but Swedish Auto Service got it all done for $1,600. The work was solid, the staff knew what they were doing, and my car’s running great now. Also worth mentioning, I needed the car back the same day, and even though it wasn’t ideal for their schedule, they made it happen and had it ready when they said they would. I’m happy with the quality, price, and how they went the extra mile. These guys made a lifelong customer out of me!
