Incredibly rude and condescending staff. Every dialogue ended with a hostile response. Price was increased from first quote given weeks beforehand. Look elsewhere for automotive services.

The guy that takes the orders smells really bad not friendly cant believe i let him behind the wheel of my vehicle and to tell me that parts are bad on my vehicle that i changed i took to another place said its fine i would never use these backyard mechanics trying to screw people for a buck i will continue doing my own work and going to Firestone for all my needs

Walked into their shop because I had a serious flat across the street and the guy at the desk acted like I was disturbing his morning by asking for help. Practically rolled his eyes at me when I asked if they would be able to change the tire (I had no jack) I walked out. An HOUR later, some other guy mosied over across the street and told me that if I DROVE my car over to their lot they would sell me a new tire. I told him thanks but no thanks. He shrugged his shoulders and mosied back to the shoo. Roadside assistance came and changed my tire for free and didn't try to sell me anything. Rude, condescending, and totally unhelpful.

I went in a little hot headed. Owner and I had a slight misunderstanding. He was patient and took the time to explain to me how inspections work and why he did certain things. I definitely will use them again. He made the work right. In the end he was not at fault for the work done. He was trying to save me money, however I just wanted it 100 percent. Not so much concerned about the money.

My new favorite mechanic shop! Got a flat tire just as I was getting off the highway. Drove down the road to this Mechanic shop and the gentleman behind the desk said no problem we can get it done now for you. The tire ended up needing to be plugged. They got me in right away and was in and out in less than 15 minutes. They even offered to give my family a ride home as well. I would highly recommend this mechanic shop!

On 3/11/25 my boyfriend called for an estimate on replacing the breaks and rotors on his car. The person on the phone was very rude and disrespectful as if we was disturbing him by asking him to do his job. My boyfriend already bought his own parts so he just wanted to know how much it would be to put it on. He was told “ well why don’t you buy the tools and do it yourself” then hung up on him.That’s not how you keep your business generating income. If you don’t like what you do find something else and don’t take your frustrations out on potentially new customers.
