Hello! I was driving near construction today and a bottle of orange road paint was on the road, the car next to me hit it into my lane and it exploded all over the drivers side of my Truck. There was orange paint all over my shiny black truck! I stopped by the location in Kenosha, WI at 6112 75th St, Kenosha, WI 53142 for a car wash. I stopped and asked the guys working there if they had any thoughts about getting it off. Without even asking, all three guys working came over to the truck and they each spent over 30 minutes helping me wipe paint off of my truck. Their names were Jace, Julius and Cameron. They did not need to help me, but they were all kind and generous with their time to help me get the paint off. They spent extra time with the high pressure washers in the car was to get everything they could off. Their work was above and beyond what I could have expected and because of that we got basically all of the paint off of my truck. I wanted to give them a shout out because they were so awesome and considering what my truck looked like when I rolled up to this location, the end result was as better than I could have expected. Thank you, Jace, Julius and Cameron! You guys are awesome!

Didn't know this place existed! Drive right in welcomed with cold water on very hot day. Service person very polite explained procedure, looked up correct oil for vehicle. So professional and FAST. Took care of three cars in 15min. AND was able to use the online coupon. So convenient yet thorough. Great service.

I asked for full service on a 2017 silverado. The works. 149$. They didnt check my tire pressure until i asked. The "receipt" is a blank sheet of paper. They handed mr a blank sheet of paper and told me " we are out of ink. Come back another day if you want a receipt." Ir was just as if they wanted to rush me out. For what i paid i expect at least mostly decent customer service.

I am the regular client and I have two cars for oil change from this location. The manager who wear a glass, tall and skinny, with a black hair was horrible service. My car always show the flat tires and I went here to let him give enough air into the tires, but every time when he helped me to blow up the tires, one week or few times still the sign show. And some guys saw my tires told me I had a flat tires, but I just went here fixed already. And last time was still him, same things to blow up the tires, and I figured out why does my car always not enough tires. I don't know he did exactly enough air in because he did too fast to blowing, and all the little cover didn't tighten up, and one tires lost the little cover which is making the air can come out the tires, I fount out and asked him then he said he will give me a new little cover, that is how does he work for everyone, I went to another car repair store and they told me it was the oil change made this. I told them I came to take 5 oil change, the tires no air and they don't know how to help, I have been back here 4 times just for the tires air, this is a horrible manager offer that bad quality, he looks a spanisher, horrible, I almost had car accidents because the flat tires, what the hell you doing this? I don't really his name, but they told me he is the manager, he knew me, I always come here, 75th street Kenosha , was horrible. He can't does this job, he makes our life in dangerous.

I just wanted a basic oil change. I had to pay for extra oil for the size of my truck but had no idea it would cost that much. It was a relatively short visit but for that price ($186) I’ll be looking elsewhere next time. Not much personality on the guy that I dealt with either. Kind of a letdown. They didn’t know the correct amount of oil my truck took either. Good thing I caught that. Three stars since it went smooth but won’t be going back because of the price. I’ve had more done for way less money.

I would give them a 0/5 stars if possible. Went for an oil change in June 2025. I got home after the oil change to notice oil leaking, so I went back and they “fixed” it. Returned October 2025 for another oil change and they couldn’t take off the oil cap, and they told me to take it to the dealership because they didn’t want to be held liable. Turns out, they threaded the plug/cap and the entire oil pan had to be removed. $1500 later and a denied claim from take 5. Will never return, would rather sit and wait an extra 30 minutes then deal with their “quick” service again.

I have been to a few locations and I have not had service like I had here anywhere else. All of the staff were very friendly and courteous. I was given a bottle of water while I waited and was done faster than I have ever been at any of the other locations. There is a location in my area, but I think I would rather drive to the next town over for service like this any day of the week.

A little pricey but I’ve paid more for slower service at similar places. These guys are very efficient and knowledgeable. If your time is money they are definitely worth it. It’s a shame they aren’t excepting coupons and not giving out take 5 candy bars at the moment.

We have had good experiences in the past, but unfortunately customer service isn’t great. My husband Took his car yesterday December 12, 2025. We realized after he got home that we were overcharged by $50. I called the number on the receipt for about an hour and was not able to reach anybody. It just kept saying mailbox was full. I called the corporate number and they were not able to get a hold of our location either. I decided to drive there and try to talk to someone in person. They were crazy backed up with cars so I had to wait quite a while to speak with anyone. The person who helped me, Oliver, was as helpful as he could be, but unfortunately no manager was available for me to talk to at that time. He told me his store manager, Aaron, would make sure we got refunded by corporate. Still waiting on answers for a timeline. Very disappointed with the customer service all around.

This place is an absolute disaster. Do yourself a favor and do not bring your car here. My first visit was a complete waste of time—the shop was closed due to snow, even though it was the day after the snowfall and the roads were fully cleared. When I came back on another day during normal business hours, there were 3–4 cars ahead of me. Despite claiming “10-minute” service, I waited nearly 45 minutes. The real problems started after the oil change. When I got home, I noticed the hood didn’t sit right. I opened it and found they had slammed the hood shut on a piece of plastic that they forgot to reinstall as part of the engine cover. That alone shows a complete lack of care. A few days later, I noticed oil dripping onto my garage floor. I jacked the car up and discovered the oil filter was installed incorrectly and leaking. This is basic, entry-level work—and they still managed to mess it up. An oil leak is not just sloppy, it’s dangerous and could have caused serious engine damage if I hadn’t caught it in time. I tried to return on December 20 around noon and, once again, the place was closed during posted operating hours. Calling the location is just as useless—every call goes straight to corporate, not the actual shop. Between the unreliable hours, excessive wait times, careless workmanship, and zero accountability, this is hands-down one of the worst auto service experiences I’ve ever had. There are plenty of better shops out there—avoid this one at all costs.

Worst $30.00 Car Wash Ever!! Got their best car wash to try them out....and...well....disappointment is an understatement. Front end wasn't even wet...hood still has soap...and vehicle is still dirty. Now I have to go to Kwick Trip just to get it washed again.
