I can’t say enough about my experience with Taylor’s Auto Body Shop! I had someone hit me In Barracks Rd and I took my car to get an estimate. The man who looked at my car was excellent and said he didn’t think it was too bad. He took the car and 5 mins later came back and said it was all fixed! The marks on the car looked much worse than they were and he took care of the problem with no charge. He could have told me the repair would cost a lot and I wouldn’t have known the difference. Friendly, knowledgeable, fair…how refreshing! A well deserved tip was given but not asked for.

I used Taylor's Auto Body Shop recently; they repaired my Mini Cooper's hail damage. Their customer service was outstanding! They proactively reached out to me right after my insurance evaluated the damage. When I brought my car in, they refused to let me Uber... they drove me to work. They were efficient and got everything done faster than originally anticipated. And EVERY employee I came in contact with was so friendly. So many of them have been there for a long time, which speaks to the healthy culture of their business. They did a great job on my car, and even washed her before returning her to me. I hope not to need repairs any time soon, but I will definitely use Taylor's again should I need that sort of assistance. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could!

From start to finish, they demonstrated a level of professionalism and care that far exceeded my expectations. The team at Taylor's successfully repaired my vehicle, and it now looks as good as new. What stood out to me the most was their attention to detail and commitment to quality. Not only did they restore the exterior damage, but they also identified that my car needed a new radiator. They took the time to explain the differences between an OEM and a generic part, allowing me to make an informed decision. I really appreciated their thoroughness and transparency throughout the process. Communication was another area where Taylor's excelled. They kept me informed at every step, often more so than my insurance company. I always felt like I was in the loop, which gave me a lot of peace of mind during what could have been a stressful situation. The staff was consistently courteous and respectful, listening to my concerns and ensuring that everything was addressed to my satisfaction. When my dad and I came to pick up the car, we noticed that the passenger side was missing a weather guard and a few bolts. We called Taylor's right away, and they immediately had us bring the car back. The office manager took full responsibility, ordered the necessary parts, and made sure everything was fixed within two days, with no extra cost to us. It was refreshing to see a company own up to a mistake and handle it with such professionalism, especially when many other shops might try to shift the blame or make the customer pay out of pocket. One small but telling moment was when a large box of Crumbl Cookies was delivered to their office while I was waiting for the weather guard to be installed. Instead of keeping this generous gift to themselves, the staff kindly offered cookies to everyone in the waiting area—a small gesture, but one that really speaks to their customer-first attitude. In conclusion, Taylor's Auto Body has earned my complete trust. Their exceptional service, combined with their honest and respectful approach, has made them the only auto body shop my family and I will ever go to. Vince, the shop manager (I think) helped me quickly and was really accommodating. I highly recommend this place. I had an incredible experience with Taylor’s after my car accident. They more than proved that they do not work for the insurance company and they are there for the customer. Marcie was amazing to work with and had the knowledge and experience beyond any body shop I have ever dealt with. Her knowledge of the insurance system saved me thousands of dollars and she was the main reason I was able to replace my totaled vehicle. I will be a customer for life (although I hope I never need them again)! I highly recommend Taylor’s! Being a family owned business is an added bonus to this great business.

I can’t say enough great things about Taylors Autobody . My husband’s 2021 Chevy Tahoe was needing body and cosmetic work, as my husband suffered a brain bleed while driving. Taylors wrecker driver drove to Staunton Virginia to recover his vehicle. After waiting a few months to get his vehicle back, due to waiting for back order parts , his vehicle was returned to us in beautiful condition. His Tahoe looked show room new. I can’t thank this locally owned business enough for their customer service and quality workmanship. Charlottesville is very fortunate to have a locally owned business, who cares about their customers. I always recommend Taylor’s to my friends, as they are honest, professional, and always look out for their customers.

I had an unexpected encounter with a median that dislodged a body panel on my Lexus. I dropped by on a Friday right before closing, they took a look and said drop it off next Wednesday or Thursday. Dropped it off on Thursday morning, they had it done before I finished some errands in town. They were able to just clip the panel back into place, so NO CHARGE!!! Fast, friendly, and fair. That's hard to come by these days. And a very clean shop as well.

Did some great work repairing out car after it was hit in an accident. Very friendly and easy to work with staff helped the whole process run smoothly. We have difficulty with the tire pressure as many 07s do and we came in for our appointment just as the tire pressure light came on and they filled it up for us without us even asking, great service!

I CANNOT recommend Marcie and her team enough! I was hit by 1 (maybe 2 deer) broadside going 55. The deer impacted my Driver's side rear door and frame mainly with some other damage to driver's door and bed. I can't even tell where the damage was after getting my truck back from Taylor's. No seams, welds, anything! Completely perfect paint match as well. These guys are true PROS. They even helped me with the insurance company to ensure that all the damage would be properly insured. Thank you to Marcie and the entire team at Taylor's Auto Body!

I was in an accident. My vehicle went to Taylor's Auto body. They were going to fix it but then it got totaled so they weren't getting any business from me, but my insurance company still owed me money for my vehicle. Let's just say if Marci, one of the ladies that work there if she did not help me out that insurance company would have gotten away with giving me a lot less than what my vehicle was valued at. Not to mention I did not show up to clean out my vehicle around the time that they closed, two of the employees stayed behind past business hours so I could finish cleaning out my vehicle and I said I'd come back tomorrow. But they didn't mind so I got it all cleaned out that day. Also I left there. They did not have to speak to me anymore, but Marci, completely went out of her way. Messaged me, sent me the blue book value that tells me what my vehicle was worth and told me not to take less than that. I didn't know that I could tell them I wasn't going to accept the offer that they proposed to me, which was $6,000 less than it was supposed to be. She also let me know that they have to compare the vehicle to three exact vehicles in the same marketplace which they did not originally, until I messaged them knowing this information .If she had not sent me that information that insurance company would've gotten away with ripping me off. So what I'm saying is the people here are very kind, have very good work ethic and care about other people. She did not have to go out of her way Also, when I first brought my van to them, the gentleman that was doing the estimate on my van seemed like he was up for it. No joke like made me feel really good about who was going to be fixing my vehicle when I left there.i believe his name was Justin. Like he was up for the challenge like he enjoyed fixing that kind of damage. So I give this place a 10 stars even though you're only allowed to give 5. They went above and beyond their call of duty. Cannot say enough about Taylor’s auto body shop. I hit a deer and damaged the R front passenger side on my 2018 Toyota RAV4. It being a newer car with sensors etc. I wanted it to be fixed professionally. So glad I picked Taylor’s Auto body shop. They not only fixed everything, they also went above and beyond and detailed the outside/inside. Being a mom of 3 littles I was so surprised to pick my car up and it was so clean! They even added a little air freshener. I will 100% use Taylor’s Auto body shop again in the future. Great customer service all around from the front desk staff, to the service guys completing the work and calling to let me know what was going on etc. Even the tow truck driver who picked my car up was so kind. Throughout the entire process Taylor’s Auto Body shop was top tier. Highly recommend!

I can't say enough about Taylor's Auto Body Shop. The best thing about my accident was getting to know this body shop and how awesome the staff is. Friendly, personable, and they go out of their way to make sure you are getting the information you need. Jeff is awesome and an amazing resource for vehicle knowledge. I will not go anywhere else for vehicle work as long as they maintain these business practices. Too often customers are just a number or $. Taylor's treats you like a person and works with you the whole way through. Glad to have them in the Charlottesville area!

I cannot say enough good things about Taylor's Auto Body and the team of professionals they employ. My car was rear ended and thankfully the party at fault had insurance. Taylor's worked with the insurer to get me an estimate for repairs very quickly. They were thorough with the estimate and communicated with me to understand the process. Once my vehicle was scheduled for repair, they made sure the rental car company provided me with transportation. My vehicle repair was completed in the exact timeframe they promised, and it looks better than it did before the damage. Everyone was courteous and helpful. I highly recommend Taylor's!

I had my car repaired at Taylor’s Auto Body after being rear ended by an uninsured driver and they did an incredible job. From start to finish the owner kept me updated and made sure I knew exactly what was happening every step of the way. The communication was consistent, clear, and professional which really helped take the stress out of the whole situation. When I picked up my car it looked brand new. You’d never even know it had been in an accident. They handled everything quickly and with real attention to detail. I’m honestly so glad I went with Taylor’s because you can tell they care about their work and their customers. I’d absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs body work done.
