DO NOT GO THERE! Save your money and time! He does not know what he’s doing and all he wants is your money! He did not fix my car and tried to make me spend more money because he didn’t know what the issue was. He was very unprofessional and he honestly doesn’t know a thing about cars. I spent too much money for a mechanic to tell me they don’t know what’s wrong with my car. But, I got it fixed and it was a minor issue that he could’ve fixed. If I could give this zero stars I would.

So grateful for the guys at TBC , my girlfriend had an unexpected emergency, I drove all the way from Baton Rouge to assist her. On my way to Kenner which is where she was, I called a few shops and they all said they couldn’t help because it was 5 o’clock and they all closed at 6 . I found TBC’s number on google and prayed they would help me! My prayers were answered, not only did TBC fix our problem they did it in a timely manner also with great customer service while also working out a great price with me as well ! If you’re ever in Metairie or Kenner and in need of Auto Care please choose TBC first, you won’t regret it !!

Man I wish I was able to give TBC Complete Auto Repair 10 STARS!!! This is literally the best automotive work I’ve had done since I’ve lived in Metairie. They are very professional, straightforward, friendly and understanding also their pricing is fair and the best you’ll find. The service is fast and I always always get my vehicle back the same day which I’ve never had happen out here until TBC. I cannot begin to express how impressed I am with the service that I received, the work these gentlemen put into my truck, and what they charged me for said work. I found TBC completely by accident after having blown a head gasket in my '92 Toyota Pickup. My truck previously belonged to my father who has since passed, so handing it off for someone else to work on made me anxious. Even without initially being told how much sentimental value that my truck holds, Fernando communicated with me throughout the entire process which really helped keep my mind at ease. When I picked my truck up I was startled by how quiet and still the engine was compared to how I knew it to typically run. This wasn't just a matter of them getting a 30+ year old engine running again, I genuinely feel SAFER driving it than I ever have. I know that not everyone is emotionally attached to their vehicle but I can't understate how meaningful it is to find a place that I can trust with handing over something that is so precious to me. If I could leave no stars I would I got my coolant reservoir tank plus hoses and some Other work done the work was done in about a hour in a half first red flag when I picked my truck back up it was over heating which it had never done before in the past I took it straight back to the shop where the bigger Hispanic man whom collects the cash and does the business went and GOOGLED ! What the temperature should be for my truck ! He told me it was perfectly fine to drive few days down the line my hoses come undone after still leaking head gasket blows they tell me oh you have a warranty and to bring the truck to them they would Fix it 30 mins after my triple a dropped my car off to them he calls me aggressive stating they weren’t working on my truck come pick it up after having to call the police I was granted the owners number who was more patient than his worker he said he was out of town and that he would give me a full refund and tow my truck where ever I wanted in the end I ended up with 2k worth of damage and using my triple a to tow it from the lot now I’m trying to get back in contact with the owner no response so I have contacted a attorney as I have proof to everything recorded calls and everything
