I took my car there after rear end collision in April. I thought it will be good idea to have Tesla to repair Tesla. Repair estimate was over 5000$, my insurance covered all expenses. However after a day of repair one spot started to bubble, I took it back to Tesla. They told me it is their mistake, didn’t wait enough to dry the filler. They promised some partial refund and take car back in 2 weeks as they currently do not have substitute vehicle. Today is end of August my car is still has not been fixed, I’m calling them every single day, and every day they telling me somebody will come back tomorrow.

I came here and spent $8k to fix my car and get 2 new front pirelli tires. When I got the car back I got 2 Michelin tires that looked used. I asked why I have different tires and they said it was gonna take too long to get the pirellis. I said you should have told me before and they tried compensating with an extra spare tire. 2 months later I found out the spare tire doesn’t fit my car. The service manager was very condescending and rude at one point putting his hand on my shoulder and I told him don’t do that again. Another employee tried to shush me with his finger like I was a child so I went off on him in front of everyone and embraced him. You don’t do that to clients. I never expected this from a Tesla dealership. They maybe scamming the system and siphoning off money. I don’t know but I did a chargeback for the tires. I’m getting my money back with a chargeback. Those two boneheads need to be fired for their disgusting behavior and they honestly better be careful who they disrespect cause someone might not take too kindly for the disrespect and someone may get hurt.

I honestly don’t understand the bad reviews, my experience was absolutely irreproachable. Ever since person from the front desk, to Michael, or service person was so kind, helpful and amazing! They truly exceeded our expectations is a stressful time after the accident. They took the time to call personally, explain everything at length, address all of my concerns, and very incredibly responsive. We are so grateful for such a smooth experience!

I had an excellent experience at Tesla last week. Junior at the front desk was so kind and patient. There was also another assistant there (a young lady) at the front desk who was very nice and even remembered my name when I called to ask a question. Then I met Kyle and he walked me through the process of replacing my windshield after it was damaged by a rock on the highway. He explained everything clearly and kept me updated throughout the windshield replacement. At pickup, he went out of his way to get my car in the pouring rain and bring it to me. My car was ready for pickup as promised the next day. Because of the great service and the excellent care from all the employees, especially Junior and Kyle, I will definitely be coming back to this location. Being kind, patient, and having great communication goes a long way! My car looks great and I’m one satisfied customer! Oh and the blueberry coffee was amazing! Thank you again for everything!

I am sharing my experience so others understand the real risks that come with owning a Tesla. On November 10, 2025, my 16-year-old daughter was driving our Tesla Model Y with my 14-year-old son as a passenger when the vehicle malfunctioned and caused a collision. The car displayed multiple alerts before, during, and after the accident indicating system failures. The braking system was not functioning properly, the traction control and automatic hold failed, and even the seatbelts stopped working correctly. The vehicle made it clear through its own alerts that something was seriously wrong. When I contacted Tesla, I expected them to treat this as a safety and warranty issue. Instead, they did not care to take in an unsafe vehicle, even after I clearly explained that the alerts showed system failures. Tesla told me I had to pay for the tow myself, despite the fact that the brakes were unreliable and the seatbelts were failing. A vehicle that unsafe should have been taken in immediately by the manufacturer, without putting the burden on the customer. After paying out-of-pocket, I had the car towed to the service center. Even with all the alerts and the clear safety hazards, Tesla refuses to provide a loaner while they “inspect” the vehicle. They told me the inspection alone will take about a month, leaving me without transportation even though I did nothing wrong and the car failed while my children were inside it. The least Tesla could do, after selling me a hazardous vehicle, is put me in a temporary car. They won’t even do that. To make matters worse, Tesla has still not acknowledged receiving my vehicle, even though it arrived at the service center five days ago. This is the type of customer service they provide—slow, dismissive, and unwilling to take responsibility when their product fails in a dangerous way. Now that I’ve experienced this firsthand, I began looking into Tesla’s history, and I discovered accident after accident involving their vehicles—brake failures, system malfunctions, Autopilot issues, injuries, and deaths. Tesla is constantly being sued, but because they make billions of dollars, they clearly consider it an acceptable cost. If people were truly aware of the risks and how Tesla behaves after you bring safety issues to their attention, no one would choose to put themselves or their minor children in that position. Tesla sold me an unsafe, hazardous vehicle. They refuse to take accountability, they refuse to treat safety seriously, and they refuse to provide basic support like a loaner while they investigate a defect that put two teenagers at risk. Tesla does not want responsibility for the lives they are putting in harm’s way or the lives already lost due to failures in their vehicles. People need to wake up and understand what they are actually driving. My experience has been unacceptable, and I would never recommend Tesla to anyone.

I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding a recent interaction I had with one of your representatives at the front desk. I believe her name is Cayla. I called to inquire about a concern I had on my vehicle that was recently at your shop. During the call, the representative assisting me yawned loudly over the phone while I was speaking. The yawn was not subtle and occurred mid-conversation, which I found to be extremely unprofessional and discourteous. As a customer, I understand that everyone has demanding days. However, basic professionalism and courtesy are expected during customer interactions. The experience left me feeling that my call—and my business—were not valued. It is concerning to see what appears to be a decline in customer service standards. I am not writing this to create conflict, but rather to bring attention to an interaction that reflects poorly on your organization. I hope this matter will be addressed appropriately to ensure that future customers receive the level of service your company aims to provide.

This isn’t my first rodeo dealing with Tesla Collision. I was in a not at fault collision during a bad storm. Tesla was very communicative and responsive throughout the process. Dealing with another insurance company. My advisor Nick, made this experience very smooth and clear. With some hiccups such as repairing/replacing the undercarriage. Nick was on top of things. My advice to people looking to have their car repaired: be responsive, document everything, ask all the question you have. They can get busy at times. Finally, thank you everyone at Tesla Collision Fort Lauderdale and Nick once again.
