The customer service here was amazing, they helped me out a lot, i had some issues on my end and they did so much to make sure i was getting the best experience, they made sure i had left with a smile on my face and kept up amazing profesional conversation about my truck and what i needed for it. They made sure to stay within my budget and didnt go over. The prices are the best around, and i had a lot of fun talking to them while they helped me out. I called in 4 days ahead, they let me know a roundabout price and i was satisfied with it, i came in today and will be back. I can tell they are proud of the work they do and i hope they continue with the awsome customer service i recieved today.

We stopped by Texas Tires to look at new wheels. They are one of the few, if not only, custom accessory locations open on a Saturday (which is odd). I’ve passed their location many times and have always been impressed with their selection on the lot. The selection inside was even greater. The team was incredibly attentive, personable, made sure I was happy with my final choice and had us out of there in 45 minutes. Their warranties and offers are fantastic, pricing was right on point and they know their stuff! Highly recommend and would definitely do business with them again.

I had a screw in a tire causing a slow leak. I Texas Tires called late one day and, without hesitation, they said to bring it on by. They checked me in and mentioned there were 2 customers ahead of me. They made me and my 4 year old granddaughter feel comfortable and welcomed while we waited. After maybe 15 minutes they found and fixed 2 screw punctures, and after final inspection found a 3rd on the same tire, and confirmed there were no others. Professionalism, warmth, and well-considered work is what I experienced at Texas Tires.

Thanks forgetting the tires on our box truck aired up. I went to another tire shop and they told me the tires were weird so they couldn’t air them but you guys figured out how to do it at no cost. Absolutely amazing customer service, super helpful and down to earth. Always worried about getting things done with my car as I’m not super knowledgeable and some places can make you feel stupid for asking questions but this place made me feel right at home. Clayton was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and kind. I now refuse to go anywhere else for tires, breaks etc. I can’t recommend this place enough!
