Update: Jim and his team really went above and beyond. One of our cars had an issue with a sun roof drain clog which required immediate attention. Even though it had been over a year since they worked on our cars, Jim took care of us no questions asked. We had a great experience before, but this really put Dent Center over the top. We will definitely be back if/when something happens again. We recently had both our cars repaired after a hailstorm. Our sales rep David and everyone else we worked with were very nice, helpful, and professional throughout the process. From start to finish, they made the whole thing smooth and painless. A lot of different companies came by our house after the storm, but we’re happy we chose The Dent Center.

Here is my experience with The Dent Center Addison. My daughters vehicle had hail damage from a recent storm. She contacted David and he came out to review the damage. First of all, when he asks how much the insurance said they will cover, DO NOT TELL HIM!! Only ask for an estimate if you consider using them. Do not sign anything!! He tells you "PAY NO DEDUCTIBLE". My insurance already deducted the amount from the claim amount. So, you still pay deductible. It's been 1 week since they have had the vehicle and I have to call to get status. I call my insurance to find out they requested another supplement for the additional repairs. My initial insurance estimate was $9k and now they requested an additional $7k. Are you kidding me!! I wouldn't suggest using them. Also, when I called the 800 #, the lady who answered the phone and gave me information, when I asked if I can cancel, she said well.you signed the contract. She also said well, you pay for insurance through out the year for situations like this. Really!?! IF I COULD GIVE NONSTARS I WOULD. LET'S SEE HOW LONG THIS WILL TAKE TO REPAIR..... I WILL BE BACK TO POST WITH PICS.

The Dent Center has a team of exceptional customer service representatives. Everyone we worked with was kind, responsive, and helpful…James, Debra, and Jim never made us feel like we were interrupting their day…they always had a smile and great attitudes. My insurance company wanted to total my extremely clean (PAID OFF) GMC Terrain with relatively low mileage for its year…Jim went above and beyond to help me avoid that outcome, as I want to stay clear of a car payment. I am very happy with the end result, my Terrain looks great! I recommend this company to anyone needing auto body work done.

I would like to give a big shout out to the Dent Center for all the work in hard effort they put into repairing our new 2024 GMC. We had purchased our new vehicle in November and 2 months later you wouldn't believe it our vehicle got damage by a bad hail storm, luckily the Dent Center was there to help , they took care of all the filing and paperwork that needed to be done, not to mention one of there employees name Justin brought us a really nice rental car till our vehicle was ready,, Justin did an amazing job on his part on making sure we were happy with the rental plus when he brought back our vehicle he did a final inspection which he found a few spots that needed a little more TLC in when it was finally done I must say it looked like we had just drove it off the showroom floor.. Thanks again to all the employees of The Dent Center for the excellent job and service 👏 👍🏽

Im not one to ever complain but I took my car back in 2019 for hail damage and after a while the paint on my car got really ugly I posted pictures on how it looks I called because they said life warranty and they told me to send pictures in which I did and I never got a reply so I reached out again and they gave me another number to call and send pictures and once again they ignored me just know your car would look good for a while and then it would start looking like this

I heard a knock at the door one day and to my surprise it was a guy from The Dent Center offering me to lend me the truck he was driving while The Dent Center fixed my hail damaged truck. I never knew this existed, and I thought it was SUPER CONVENIENT! My wife thought I was crazy, but I like door-to-sales folks, and the idea of not having to go anywhere to get my truck fixed. My truck is a 2018 Nissan Titan Pro-4x, and the salesman had a 2018 Nissan Titan(same color) that he let me drive while they fixed my truck. When my truck was done, they called me, and I went to pick it up and inspect it. Everything was so easy, smooth, and $0.00. THANK YOU to THE DENT CENTER. Excellent work and customer service!!! Once I did this I saw many of my neighbors do the same thing, I guess I had to break the ice. I am an icebreaker. I see so many folks driving around with dents all over their cars, and I know they have insurance too. It doesn't make sense to not use your insurance when you pay for the coverage.

Hello everyone, While sitting at QT in Arlington, Texas, I looked up and saw someone looking at my Truck. I watched him head to his parked vehicle, and then he returned with a pamphlet in his hand. He returned and introduced himself. His name was Bryan, a representative from The Dent Center, and he asked If I knew I had hail damage. my vehicle was picked up the next day after checking. them out, and from start to finish, the customer service was magnificent, I had some issues with my insurance company that I'm working with now. Once I picked up my vehicle and met the owner and staff, their kindness was awesome. I highly recommend them, and it's good to know we have an organization that will keep its word throughout the entire process.

I had a good experience with The Dent Center David explained everything that they were going to do and also explained the process with the insurance. We didn't have to put anything out-of-pocket they covered my deductible. They also provided us with a FREE RENTAL CAR!! As I got both of my vehicles back we checked everything and it was Perfect like if there was never hail damage. I really recommend this place they keep there word and they do as what they say.

DO NOT BRING ANY CAR HERE ESPECIALLY NOT A TESLA I have a Tesla Model S Plaid I decided to bring here with out doing any research. They’re quick to give a loaner car which was nice but I received 0 updates without me reaching out to them. I also had to wait about 3 months after they received the quote from insurance(took insurance 12 days) to receive my vehicle. To make matters worst they had cats running through my vehicle and then didn’t even bother to clean it up before I got there. I HAVE SCRATCH MARKS ON MY SEATs AND RANDOMLY THROUGH THE CAR… Extremely unprofessional I would not recommend to anyone.

If I could rate this business 10 stars I would. Brock was so very helpful. This business has old-school customer service. These people care about your personal needs and go above and beyond to make the process as smooth as possible. My insurance provider was giving me a hard time about my hail damage claim. Brock spent the time to make sure they were held accountable for honoring my coverage. Additionally, Brock worked with me consistently, communicating daily. My truck looks brand new - I couldn’t find one hail dent after they finished her up. I hope to never need hail damage or body work again (fingers crossed), but if so, I would 100% trust this business for future endeavors. It’s rare to find businesses that practice strong integrity and respect for customers. I can only hope they branch out into other auto-service avenues, such as detailing, car buffing, custom work, etc.

Our fairly new car was damaged by a recent hail storm. It’s devastating to walk out and see damage to your car when you weren’t even in it, and there’s nothing you could’ve done about it. Then Eric knocked on our door and told us about the Dent Center. He explained the process in detail and arranged for a loaner car to be brought to us when they picked up our car. They worked around our busy schedule and picked the car up. Justin came and got our car and was very easy to work with. They worked directly with our insurance company with the claim and kept us updated as it progressed through the repair process. They called about a week after they picked it up and let me know it was done. We arranged for them to bring the car to our house and pick up their loaner. I had a very tight schedule and had a limited window for the swap. They arrived within the time frame and brought us our car back. You can’t even tell there was ever any damage and the car looks good as new! I am very pleased with their service, communication, and the work performed. We will definitely use them in the future for any mishaps that come along with our vehicles. Excellent experience!

I had a wonderful experience with this establishment! I had hail damage from June and maybe 2/3 months later I ended up with a card with the name of JD on it. After a couple months I decided to go ahead and make the call. Not ready to pay my deductible, he told me NOTHING out of pocket. I was a little apprehensive, but things were going smoothly! I did not have to drive to Addison to drop off my vehicle. Someone came to pick it up for me and drop my loaner vehicle off for me at the comfort of my home. MAYBE two weeks later with many updates in between, my car was dropped back off to me with zero damage. My vehicle looked brand new. Absolutely beautiful. I couldn’t be more proud of the process and the outcome! Car looked wonderful! And with NO money out of pocket. If you have hail damage, trust these guys with your vehicle.

They gave me a nice rental while they worked on my Audi and did a phenomenal job with repairing all the hail damage that was done. We received excellent service from start to finish. I scheduled the hail dent repair for when my son was going to be back in town from college. When he found out he was going to be able to be home earlier, they were able to accommodate. They picked up his car and left a rental for him to use. Thy kept us informed through the process, worked with my insurance and had all the work completed within two weeks. They brought his car back (on Christmas Eve, I might add!!) and took the rental back. His car looks great!! I would highly recommend James and his team.
