Eagle Transmission was so helpful and professional! Our Ford Expedition had a dangerous transmission problem that was a known issue, but difficult to diagnose. Carrie took the time to research the issue and communicate with me and my warranty company about it. Unfortunately, my warranty company initially denied the claim. At this point, I towed it to the Ford Dealership and got a 2nd opinion. Ford dealership was a bit slow and disappointing. After some back and forth with my warranty company, they ended up honoring the claim! Ford was still not meeting my expectations, so I decided to tow it back to Eagle Transmission and have them finish the repair. It was done within a couple of days. Carrie at Eagle was such a problem solver, polite, and overall helped us get our vehicle back up and going. I can't recommend them enough.

My first experience with them was having them replace the transmission in my vehicle to the tune of $6900. I love my car and I made that choice. I went back 7 months later so fix the check engine light issue. they told me the diagnosis was an oxygen sensor. I agreed to the repairs. When I was talking with them about the ballpark cost i was told it would be around $1200 worst case. I said, fine go ahead. When I got the phone call that my car was ready, and the check engine light was no longer on I arrive and was presented a bill to the tune of $2350.77. Not only were things done i didn't authorize, but the check engine light also reappeared within 7 miles of travel. I took it buy another mechanic who told me the codes read that my catalytic converter needed to be replaced, which is what eagle transmission had marked as a completed task on the bill of things they have done to my vehicle. Apparently not. So... after $9021.15 spent with these people in 7 months.... Im looking for other mechanics. I could tell by looking at the receptionist that the place may be a bit on the sketchy side but I'm not really one to judge a book buy its cover but i should have. I won't be going back. Heed these words!

I had a horrible experience with Eagle Transmission in Addison. Got my alternator and serpentine belt replaced for a pretty high price and when we received my car back they had caused another problem. The wheel well cover was unattached and falling off the car and the snaps holding it in place were missing. I called and told them that I had never had a problem with that before and tried to get them to fix it. The manager Carrie then got really defensive and saying how she swore they didn’t take it off but it just happens to be on the same side of the car that they worked on. She then said they would fix it but for another $160 charge which is way over priced and uncalled for as they caused the damage in the first place. I will not be going back ever and Carrie (the manager) had horrible customer service skills and was mad and upset that we had a complaint and wanted them to fix it. Do NOT go there. Will be over charged for sure and have bad customer service.

Had terrible engine trouble, I had never been to eagle transmission before. However, I needed help quick looked them up and they were able to take a look right away. Due to the issue I was having I was terrified it would be a replacement. It certainly turned out to be true. However while shopping around replacement engines, Carrie found out and told me that there was a recall on my engine. They charged me for the diagnostic and nothing else. They were super quick, and were able to help me right away. Strongly recommend them to anyone who has car trouble.

I had a GREAT experience with Eagle Transmission at the Dallas location. After my car had been sitting there for almost two weeks, I was worried about what to do next. David, who took care of me, was incredibly nice, professional, and responsive. He let me know they would need to tow my car to storage to free up space, but when I was having trouble finding somewhere to tow it, David went above and beyond by giving me a few extra days to figure things out. Not only did he help me with that, but he also allowed me to arrange the sale of my car at their location. Since I don’t speak Spanish, David even helped translate for me, ensuring everything went smoothly between me and the seller. His customer service was outstanding! Scottie, the owner, was also very nice and made sure to assure me that they would take care of everything. Car trouble is always stressful, but the team at Eagle Transmission made the whole process much easier. I can't recommend them enough—customer service like this is truly unmatched! DO NOT GO HERE, I sent my car here for the second time to fix my gear shift. The first time I sent it they supposedly fixed it. When I sent it back for the same issue they made up another issue so that I’d have to pay again. While my car was there for over a week they damaged my hood. They kept my car another week and refused to compensate me. Then they replaced my hood with the wrong color. All while still charging me for the service. They were very rude and inconsiderate. This was the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had!

DO NOT GO HERE!! Brought our company vehicle here. They replaced the transmission in doing so they tore the cv boot and of course would not own up to it so we had to pay for that part too. Well here we are just a few months later and guess what?! They cross threaded the motor mount and the engine dropped to the frame! This is all the damage that the certified mechanics have given us at this point but they say it's not un common after taking your vehicle to Eagle. They have to replace the mount, AC compressor and CV that we just had replaced by eagle. Once those are replaced we will be able to find out if the motor is toast as well. Now we are out thousands we spend here as well as the income form downed vehicle and now thousands to fix their mistake. NEVER PUT TRUST INTO THIS PLACE! Edit: The motor mount is connected to the transmission. It would have to be removed if transmission was removed. I guess calling it a transmission mount. It sits below the motor above the transmission.

Questions I had about entities outside of Eagles she researched and answered for me. Some of the questions I already had the answers to but wanted to test there honesty and SHE PASS WITH FLYING COLORS!!!! brought my car in specifically to have the transmission fluid checked. I was told it would be free, but when the inspection was done, I was not shown any details—no fluid color, no notes, nothing written down. When I asked to observe the check, I was told I couldn’t watch and just to let them do their job. They then immediately recommended additional services and a $175 diagnostic fee. While the staff was polite, I felt the inspection was not thorough, and it seemed more focused on upselling rather than actually checking my car. Know your stuff before you go into these car shops Update: I’d like to clarify that I did not ask to ride along with the technician. I asked if I could step outside to observe what was being done, as my vehicle was already outside. There seems to have been a misunderstanding regarding that request. I do appreciate the free transmission inspection. However, I still left feeling uncertain and uncomfortable with the overall experience, particularly when it came to pricing. Afterward, I sought a second opinion and was able to have the intake issue addressed elsewhere for a significantly lower diagnostic fee. Based on that, yes, I did feel the pricing quoted to me was high. While I acknowledge the inspection was free, I still had concerns after my visit. I will say that I learned more through this experience, and I’m sharing my perspective to encourage others to stay informed, ask questions, and seek second opinions when needed — especially women, who can sometimes feel overlooked or overcharged in these situations.
