I was a patient at the Salem NH clinic for several years and only stopped because I moved out of the area. That location is fantastic and Dr Salem is amazing. I hear she’s now in Manchester. When they opened a location in Saugus closer to where I now live I was happy to become a patient there. It was all going great until my PCP recommended that I not have my neck adjusted anymore until the pinched nerve was better. Assuming that would be forever since it has been a problem for years I called the clinic to let them know I needed to cancel my “flex plan”. I was met with understanding and told that my dr requesting I stop was a reason to allow me to get out of the contract, but they had to check with the owner. I received and email from the WC two days later and was told “she unfortunately was not met with a direct yes or no answer, but if I would have to take a guess I would say that when signing the flex plan there is a 6 month commitment that needs to be made before any changes or cancellations can be made”. It was suggested that against dr’s advice I continue to come in. It should be also said that I went to my PCP at the request of the Chiropractor who would not treat my neck that day because of the pain in my scalp.
Now at this point the WC had reached out to the owner on my behalf and since then the Manager of another location reached out to the owner and I assume manager (Josh & Thad) and still no response. Since my $120.00 is what’s most important to Josh and Thad, they can keep it, but I caution others from “joining” that clinic. Patient care is not what is important to them, it’s all about the money

I visited The Joint Chiropractic in Saugus Mass. Dr McGilroy demonstrated professionalism, expertise and attentiveness. The Joint scheduled my appointment promptly during my initial visit when I was experiencing discomfort. Following my initial visit, I have become a regular patron and find it indispensable .
The price is affordable with or without insurance and you do not need to make appointment, which is great!
I highly recommend The Joint and for this reason, I give them a 10!!!!

Coming to The Joint Chiropractic has been life changing. Shy at the front desk is always amazing and so friendly and knows what she is doing, it's very noticed when she is not in the office. I highly recommend Dr Gallagher he is Awesome. He will definitely get you back on track. It's a process and won't happen over night but if you take his advice and do what he says.. it works. Best decision coming here and would recommend to anyone have neck or any type of back issues to come here!!!
