Tick Mark Auto Repair is not the place to take your car. Paying money for work is not done. Promises unkept and lies to the customers. I do not recommend this auto shop for you. Its a SCAM ! We took our car 2010 Toyota RAV4 for the transmission issue. Manager Rahimi and Mechanic Abdullah promised to fix our car. That was not done. We were charged for work that wasn't done. Our car was finished and completed by a professional transmission shop. Again my message to everyone DO NOT DEAL WITH TICK MARK AUTO REPAIR - ROSEVILLE, CA

The great Auto Repair in Sacramento Area. They are friendly yet very professional and know exactly what they are doing. The best part of Fixing a car is correctly diagnose to see what the problem is and they are masters at it. I highly recommend this place.

Make sure you get work orders and quotes from a shop. I got charge for a $700 job and still had a problem. Couldnt do nothing about it since I didn’t get a work order form or quote. Same problem, but out of $700 dollars.

Abi helped me out big time when my water pump blew up and my car immediately started over heating like crazy, I happened to be on a road trip and it happened a few miles from his shop thankfully, he stayed late in the evening to take my car in after a very delayed tow truck. They had everything done the next day, truly so helpful and very clear communication, can’t recommend enough.

Abi the mechanic is honest, technically qualified, and a trustworthy technician. He quickly diagnosed the ABS brake pump problem and gave fair estimate and recommendations of the work to fix it. He got the jobs done in 2 days as committed. He is also very thorough in his service work and takes a holistic approach to his solutions and provides pros and cons of the solutions to help in decision making - no pressure to upsell anything. He understands older/newer car issues (that includes hybrid cars) and takes the time to come with a cost effective solution taking into consideration the customer's short term and longer term objectives - which I I found to be very helpful. Even though this was my first visit to this shop - I am fairly certain this won't be my last - I definitely found my car mechanic I had been looking for. The best Mechanic in Town. He has the best knowledge of All kinds of cars and finds ease ways and solutions with low costs. Dealer wanted to charge around $3000 but he fixed with couple hundreds. I strongly recommend this place for all Kinds of Auto repair and needs.
