Took my boyfriends car here to get fixed twice and both times they told us at first that everything was good and to come pick it up. Once we came to pick it up it still didn’t work. Why would you say everything is fixed when it’s not. Very frustrating experience both times

I’ve all was been a ford fan so this truly hurts to say. The place is clean and the people working are friendly however 149.75 fee for a diagnostic check that comes with a report card is a joke. I was told that they do things old school and did not get print outs only hand notes from the tech. The report card is no where to be found. Basically you get what you get here. I guess I’ll give Toyota a call moving forward.

Went here today around 4:30 PM. With me being the General Manager at Steak n Shake it's very close to my job. Phil Harrington took care of me. The customer service experience was wow! Blew my expectations. Met another Gentleman who shook my hand. Hospitality was warm and welcoming. Definitely will be back.
