I got an estimate from black lady at desk about some work on my 08 Toyota tundra, they said my lower control arms and front shocks were the issue, and said it would be $4500 to fix. I then took it to the Toyota dealership where they said much more was the issue. They replaced both upper and lower control arms, all ball joints, tire rod ends, new shocks and alignment for $5000 if that tells you anything about this place and their pricing. Mr Tire has no idea what they are doing, I would not go here for a simple oil change. THEY SCAMMERS!!!!

HEAD THESE 1 star REVIEWS! They all seem very very true. Called to get a quote on labor for brakes install and I was answered with attitude bizarrely (dont like business?) didn't even say what I needed.

The black female manager is very rude and over charges customers on everything. They charged $100 for a oil change on a regular car. Charged my wife $65 for 2 cheap wiper blades. I will never do business with this place ever again. I got a wheel alignment, oil change and 2 wiper blades and the total cost was $360.00 Don't do any service with a place that pays there employees commission pay because they will always over charge you to get more commission pay.

Love that they are open on Sundays, because I had an emergency and needed a tire that day! The woman who helped me (might be the manager) made me feel so at ease and worked with me on price options. The service was also done very quickly. I highly recommend.

I only give a 5 star review because of Erica and Dro. They both are helpful kind and go the extra mile for their customers. They were professional and eager to help. While the store manager always seems to be in a hurry. Wants to hurry up and sell you something but when you return with issues she acts like she doesn’t have time to deal with you. I will revisit this location but only while Erica is working.

When I arrived my tire was completely flat & would not hold any air. As soon as the air was inserted, it came back out! The service person worked hard trying to get the tire fixed but it was recommended that I needed a new tire. Luckily there was a spare in the trunk. The manager ordered the new tire to match what was already on the vehicle. The spare was put on & away I went knowing the new tire would arrive in store the next day. I’m so happy they were there to service my vehicle as it was already after 5pm or I would’ve ended up buying a replacement rim as well. The service manager explained all that would be included in purchasing the tire, balancing, alignment & of course I purchased the warranty. Thanks so much Mr. Tire & the hard working staff that rescued me from my dilemma! Next day once the new tire arrived in store I was called to come & get it installed. Everything went smoothly & I am completely satisfied with the service I received.

The manager was kind and sympathetic. however, I feel that she didn't give me the most cost effective solution. The work was done timely and she provided a way for me to pay for the tires. I've never bought new tires before. I felt a bit panicked when she told me all my tires were bald. I would still come here but from now on I'll make sure I get a second opinion before I make any decisions. That is on me.

I just got home from getting an oil change from Mr Tire in Denver NC. I took my trash out and there was oil on the ground. I checked my dip stick and there is no oil in my engine. I'm so pissed because I was suppose to be picking up my daughter( who is in the army) up tomorrow for her holiday leave. I was so happy with the price but it cost me my only means of transportation. I will never go here ever again. ****Update!!!! I called them first thing in the morning, and spoke with the assistant manager George. George was just as concerned as I was. He got together with his manger Dan and arranged for my car to be brought in. We found it was a bad gasket. And they immediately corrected the issue. I felt they understood my frustration and where just as concerned as I was. I've changed my mind😅 i will continue to go to them for all my car needs
