Came here with my boyfriend to get an inspection. They ended up saying that I needed new tires although I just bought the tires a few months ago. They took my tires off and replaced them with some old and very bald tires. I know this because my tires were brand new and no where near being bald. They also threw off the alignment on purpose and now I need new tires and an alignment thanks to them. Do not go to these people as they are very unprofessional

Terrible, over charged for oil change and then pointed out my window tint was to dark, when in the 10 years since I have had the car, no one has said such a thing. Scam artist with a shop, stay away, go to affordable auto care, talk to Tim, tell him Bruce sent you.

Found my self in a bind and running behind due to 2 flat tires. They were polite, friendly and very helpful unlike auto max which was closer. I haven't had to really deal with anyone near gastonia but so far I would recommend them and see no reason not too. If I have any issues I will return there.

My Fiancés car had the battery light on, and the power steering went. I thought it was the alternator, so I drove it with zero recharge on the battery and zero power steering. I got it to Jacobs he asked me to wait a few minutes before leaving so he could look at it. Came back in less than 20 minutes, turns out my fiancés belt just became loose and slipped off. All he had to do was to tighten it. What I thought would be an expensive repair turned out to be only $40. These guys were quick and honest. I highly recommend them.

Came here for inspection, waited only 30 mins and BOOM, done! I have never had such an easy experience getting an inspection before it's ALWAYS something that needs to be fixed (that's perfectly fine the way it was before) But not this place. The owner apologized for the wait because his son wasn't working today but wow it was very fast and affordable. I've been looking for a good family owned business and now they have a customer for life 👍

I thought these guys were reasonable - good people but today my daughter drove up 2-3 hours to get a tune-up all because I told her about you and she gets there for you to tell her she needed to get a diagnostic. A $60 diagnostic to be told some 🐂. if it was too close to you leaving to go home why you just didn't say that instead beat her out getting what she came for . And you gave her a bill of thousand odd dollars. God bless you all smh

Consistently good work, fair pricing, and good, honest people. They've worked on 2 vehicles of mine over the past 4 or so years. They've also let me know when other places were trying to fleece me. The few negative reviews I see seem to be ppl not knowing how auto diagnostics work, or that there were tint laws, which isn't the fault of anyone at the shop! Good people, good prices, good work.

I took my truck to this shop on a Tuesday afternoon for a power steering leak they looked at it and I asked if they could do it the next morning and it was agreed upon. The job was suppose to be about an hour and a half when I arrived I'm told there's all these other jobs in front of me that they forgot about. Well I'm going to forget about them too. I didn't have anyone to pick me up, they put me at an unnecessary inconvenience by not standing by what they told me just 16hrs before. They had my phone number so they could have called within that time. I will not be doing business there again nor recommend it to anyone else.
