Ordered 4 new tires and they were installed the next day. The staff here is friendly and they will take care of you. I’m happy with my purchase and the service here.

Amazing staff that went above and beyond. Had a blow out in a sports car that doesn’t have a spare. Called from the tow truck they didn’t have the tire in stock but had it ordered before the car arrived. Fixed same day. Then when I went to pay for the service I didn’t have anyone with me to get both cars back home. They followed me home to get the car home. In the day and age were customer service doesn’t seem to exist. It definitely exists here!

Edit: They put in my TPMS sensors wrong, but to their credit I came back to have it fixed and they did fix it for free. Thanks Scott for being kind. Will add a star to the review. Joey - you were always great. Joshua James is the worst. Rude, dismissive, wouldn't even let me pick my own tires - ha! Insane. Pushed me through a process, didn't let me ask questions. I came again and Joshua made me so mad I asked for my keys back and walked out. Will not return.

I recently brought my car to the store located at 2080 Bryant Rd for an alignment. When I dropped it off, there were no warning lights on the dashboard. However, after the alignment was completed, four different dash lights appeared. When I spoke with the staff member who handled my appointment, he claimed the lights were already on when I dropped off the car. I then spoke with the store manager, who said he trusted the employee because he has been with the company for more than 15 years. I also asked if any photos of the dashboard were taken before service, and I was told none were. Not only that, but they also charged me $92 for just tightening two nuts. This experience has been very upsetting. I brought my car in to correct an issue, but instead, I left with additional problems that I now have to resolve. I am extremely disappointed.

My sister and I had tire trouble as we traveled from Indiana to Tennessee and stopped at tire discounters and received outstanding service, the general manager Joey Keys went above and beyond the call of duty to get us back on the road in timely manner. One of his employees that I think his name was Tomas was also a good helper. Thank you for your kindness and professionalism, it was deeply appreciated!

I've had a couple bad experiences with tire shops on Lexingtons east side so a friend suggested I go to Tire Discounters in Hamburg on Bryant Road and ask for Joey. Well, I had some time today and dropped by. They were slammed so I was just going to price some tires and come back later. Joey priced me some tires with install and alignment for cheaper than I could find even online. He actually had them in stock and had me in and out within one hour of me getting there. Can't beat that for price and fast service. Thanks guys. The ride home on I-64 was smooth!

I had a little emergency with a tire that somehow ended up with a BIG screw in it! I didn’t have much time. Called the folks at TireDiscounters! They got me right in and fixed the probably immediately! They were all sooo very kind, courteous, and understanding of the issue! I would recommend them 💯 again and again! Thanks to Scott, Joey, and crew for all the help! I’m so appreciative of how quickly you took care of my vehicle and got me right back on the road!!

General Manager Joey Keys was fantastic! I was traveling back to my home in Florida through Lexington and staying at a nearby hotel, with a surprising flat tire when I came out in the morning. I got my car towed to Joey's shop at 1030am, and he had the car in a free stall inside 3 minutes. An hour later I was on my way. It was a fairly simple fix, though he and his technician made sure everything was good to go, and for the right price. While it's unlikely I'll ever need to stop at this particular shop in Lexington again, what I found impressive and amazing is that Tire Discounters keeps a fantastic guy like Joey doing all the great things he obviously does for his customers. Joey takes customer service to the next level!

Joey and the team at this location were outstanding beginning to end. There were several issues we ran into trying to fit a larger than oem tire and new wheel, which likely would have frustrated most tire shops. I will say, most of the issues encountered were solely my fault. Guys went way above and beyond to make sure I was happy in the end and were nothing but helpful. It was service well above my expectations. I would not go anywhere but this location, which is out of my way, but they have consistently been the best Tire Discounters location in Lexington from my experience.

I've gotten my tires replaced here a few times. Prices are decent on tires, but Beware they try to add on stuff like brakes and rotors replacements even though its not needed. I deferred the maintenance and got a second opinion. Every other mechanic told me no new brakes were needed.

I had a nail in my tire. Josh (advisor) and Thomas (technician) here got me in and repaired in less than 60 minutes and back on the road. Outstanding customer service by these two, and they taught me a lot about what is and what isn’t repairable. Highly recommend.

I’ve been a loyal customer of this Tire Discounters location for years and have easily spent over $10,000 here, which is why this experience was so disappointing. I brought my vehicle in to have CV axles and a wheel bearing replaced. When I picked the car up, I was charged $1,600, which I later learned was significantly overpriced for this type of work. Even more concerning, my check engine light was on when I got into the vehicle—a light that was not on when I dropped the car off. I immediately went back inside and asked when the light came on during the repair process. The salesperson told me he wasn’t the one who worked on the car and said he would ask the technician. He then returned and stated that the light was already on when I brought the vehicle in, which is completely inaccurate. If the check engine light had been on, I would have addressed an engine issue before authorizing drivetrain repairs. I explained that I’ve done extensive business here over the years and that this situation was not consistent with the level of service I’ve come to expect. I was told the main technician would not be available for quite some time and that if the light stayed on, I could bring the car back and pay more money to have it looked at. This completely ignored the fact that no one contacted me while the vehicle was in their care to inform me the light was on so I could make an informed decision. I was later told the vehicle was put on a computer, but their system “couldn’t read it,” and they assumed it might be a wiring issue—yet this information was never communicated to me until after I questioned them. A lack of communication and transparency like this is unacceptable. I subsequently took the vehicle to another mechanic, whose diagnostic equipment immediately identified the issue and repaired it without any problem. That same mechanic also quoted $800 for the CV axles and wheel bearing—half of what I was charged here. Between the excessive pricing, poor communication, and refusal to take accountability, this was an extremely negative experience. This is not how you treat long-time customers, and it’s not how a professional repair facility should operate. I would strongly caution others before doing business at this location.

Come see Joey! Very friendly and looks out for the customer. Compared prices with shop down the street and there truly was no comparison. Joey had to order the tires, he called the morning they got to him and currently putting them on. Was here two years ago and had same type of service. Top notch! Thank you!

I brought my daughter's car in for some needed repairs, and the guys here at my local Tire Discounters location were more than fair with me. I have mechanical experience, and had already priced the parts need to do the job. I had a set price limit in my head. I had already visited my local Ken Towery Auto Center, and the quoted a price far above what I had in mind, and wouldn't budge. This was my reason for visiting. The guys here were super nice, and said they would do everything possible to get me in the range I was expecting. Ultimately, for a tire repair, a synthetic oil change, and coil pack/spark plug replacement, they quoted not much over $500. They actually performed some services for free to get me to the range I was looking for. For that reason, I will tip up to $600. The price at the other guys was well over $700.

Don't take your car here. Brought my car in because the driver's side tie rod needed to be replaced back in 2023. Fast forward to today and I'm getting my oil changed at my regular mechanic and I ask them to check my suspension because I'm hearing a clunking sound. Turns out the driver's side tie rod needed to be changed because it was still the factory one. Apparently the good folks at Tire Discounters charged me for a full tie rod replacement l, but all they did was tighten up the old one
