I've taken 3 cars there for mechanical work over the last 4 months and each time I was very satisfied. Prices are half that of dealerships, service is great, and turnaround time great. They tell you what you need and don't need and why. They never try to up-sell. It appears that honesty and superior customer service are driving philosophies. I haven't purchased tires from, but based on what I've seen so far, I will go there first when I do.

I came to Palmer needing two tires patched and the drain on my sunroof unclogged. Another shop had quoted me 200$ just to have the drain done, so when I picked up my car I was expecting to hand over a small chunk of cash. Palmer Tire did not even charge me to clear the drain, and less than 60$ to get the two tires patched. I could have cried tears of joy when the man behind the counter read me my total. Would recommend them to anyone looking for reliable work at a great price.

Palmer Tire is a friendly and very professional tire company, has a great selection of tires, and can do most mechanical repairs needed. Alignments are 95.00, and most places charge at least 150.00. Their technicians are well trained, and know what their doing can't go wrong with Palmer Tire, located on Southland Dr,Lexington Kentucky, just had my daughter's car alignment done at Palmer Tire done a great job, highly recommend.

What a great experience. Coming from a tire and repair shop background myself. I fully appreciate the timely professional service I received from Palmer Tire. I called at 8 am and set an appointment for 10 am. Same day service! Almost unheard of in today's world. I will definitely return when there are repairs I can't handle myself. Excellent job, quick service. Just under 2 hours for 4 tires and an alignment that was performed perfectly. My little car drives so much better!

I’ve done business with Palmer tire for 20 years. I’ve bought multiple sets of high tires from them always with road hazard warranty. I have used the warranty at least once per set of tires and they have always honored it. Delightful people to work with however they don’t return phone calls. Currently their telephone number doesn’t work and I don’t know if they’re still in business. Communication would be preferable.
