If I could give this place zero stars I would. Took my truck in because the back window would not roll up. They call me and tell me it's a simple switch that would cost $280 and they had "ordered" the part. I said that was too much and that I would be there to pick up the truck in 10 minutes. I show up and suddenly the part was in stock and the work had been done. I looked up the part on Amazon, $10. I don't mind paying for your time determining it was a switch, which probably took all of 5 minutes, but to then install it after I said not to, just bad business. This will be the last time I do business with NW BLVD Tire Rama!

Called to get a quote for a pressure brake bleed, wich the machine used to do it uses an air compressor and then hooks up to your brake fluid reservoir and then the machine has a canister on it wich holds new fluid and basically uses the air to push new fluid in and out of the system- hints why its called a pressure brake flush- spoke to jared who said its 100$ - all was perfect until i asked how they do theyre brake flushes and he explained they dint use a machine they just do it by pressing the brake pedal and some one opens the valve on the caliper- ummmm… ok??? Well thats not a brake flush then… thats just a traditional brake bleed - so moral of the story is this location is comitting literal fraud by charging people for a brake flush and then only bleeding the system - explained that ive worked for les schwab and perfection so ik what a full brake flush job requires and consists of - the whole reason for a brake flush is to get extesnsive air out of your system so if ur not flushing it with a pressure like air - its not gonna get all the air entirely out

An unexpected snow fall happened on a day I had to take my boyfriend to the Valley for eye surgery. I hadn't had my snow tires swapped out yet and called Tire-Rama in a panic first thing that morning to see if they could squeeze me in. Despite them being very busy, they took care of me super quickly. Now I can get my partner to his appointment safely, no matter the weather. Thanks, Tire-Rama!! We were told to bring our car at 10 for a alignment and was told it was going to be done at 12. When we got there, our car was on the hoist and was told it would be a little longer. When we went back at 2 our car was still in the air. When we got the car back at 5 we was told the machine had to be reset. But they took our car on a test drive twice, took the steering wheel off and still didn't fix the issue. We were told for the inconvenience there was no charge. When we did leave with the car it immediately pulled to the left. IF YOU DON'T KNOW HOW TO DO THE JOB PLEASE LET THE NEXT PERSON KNOW SO THEY DON'T WASTE TIME OR MONEY!!!>>> Update!! Well today I got paid and went to have my car realignment done and when it was getting done I received a call and was told whoever worked on your car last left two bolts loose and now the two bolts that were loose seized together!! Go figure, as I said before if you don't know what your doing then don't touch someone's property!! The so called techs at Tire-Rama on North West Blvd in Spokane Washington are trash!! If you value your car please reconsider taking it to some other shop.

I already had a five-star review for them from three years ago, but I think it's appropriate to bump it and add more insight as to why it's a perfect rating. Garrick has been working on my cars over the years as well as a ton of friends and family that I've referred to them. I always tell people that he is the most reasonably priced and kind mechanic that I've ever worked with. He always is accommodating and tries to get me in as soon as possible and never nickel and dimes me or makes every issue seem detrimental. He's very thorough and truly just cares about the safety aspects and making sure that people can get their vehicles fixed with as little anxiety as possible, financially and otherwise. I will never take my vehicles anywhere else, thank you guys for being awesome!

After reading an awful review of this store... I felt it necessary to call the woman out for her negative review from 4 days ago I have had many cars serviced and inspected at this specific tire Rama. Garreck and his team have always gone above and beyond in repairs... always have helped me when I need new tires... have inspected cars for me prior to purchases of newer vehicles and never steered me wrong. They have even referred me to dealerships if they knew it could save me money since they know I'm a mom with 4 kids. I have recommended a number of people to this specific store just based on the integrity and how customer driven the shop is ran. They really seem like they care about their quality and customer relationships over their profits. None of the team members have ever given me a negative experience.

Garrick was exceptionally calm, kind, and helpful from the first phone call and throughout the day; he kept me up to date on my car, went above and beyond when dealing with insurance guidelines, and I witnessed him treating each customer that arrived in the same thoughtful manner. Last April, 4 months ago I came into this location to have my back left tire replaced. 4 months later it's flat again I couldn't find the receipt of purchase in my glove box, I'm guessing it's in the kitchen drawer at home, and during a phone call with this location today to see what my options are for obtaining the same size tire today I was told, through much deliberation, that they do have an all seasons for my car. But the fellow wanted to double check to see if my tire would be under warranty so when he looked at the history it only showed that I came in last April for a mount and balance.

Horrible customer service they convinced me to buy a set of tires that had a $100 rebate. The rebate never came in the mail. They said that they would fix flats etcetera for free because I bought the tires there. I showed up to fix a flat and was told that it would be hours to fix it. I asked when is a good time he said I don't know come in the afternoon maybe we can fix it. I don't got time to keep coming back to see if maybe you can fix my tire today. He wouldn't set up a time to fix my tire. So I had to go to perfection and pay to get it fixed

Go to another location. Dropped my dually truck off for a tire rotation after calling ahead. They kept my truck for 24hrs and DID NOT complete the tire rotation and did not call me. Stated its because of my "custom" wheels but I bought the tires from them, have always had them serviced by them, and they sell the exact wheels on the website, now suddenly it can't be done and took a whole day to figure that out. Incompetent service folks.
