I went to Tire Works (N. Stephanie St., Henderson) for a new set of tires and an alignment. I was able to get them installed the next day, and the cost was lower than what I expected. The job did take a bit longer than anticipated, but the service was friendly, and professional. No problem recommending these folks. I'll be doing business with them again.

I came in 6k miles overdue for a standard rotation as a traveler. I was experiencing a small vibration under my brake pedal too, which I suspected might be the tire balance being off. So, appointment for a Rotate+Balance. Well, my wheels were too big to do a balance on (with their machine) but they did a fantastic and kindly job on a 6-wheel Rotation. It gets complicated with the big vans but these guys knew what they were doing and made good on everything. They have great shop chemistry, listened carefully to my suspected issues, and dove in efficiently. I am a seasonal visitor to Henderson to spend time with family and I will be dropping into TireWorks on Stephanie from here on out. The host Fam knows all about it now too!

Aaron is amazing! He was so kind and patient to explain my car issues to me and not just take my money and send me off like others have done. When I tell you his explanation and suggestions to help solve my issues were THOROUGH, I finally feel a bit of hope in trying to get my issues resolved. Best Tire Works location. Emailed for a quote on alignment and was responded promptly. Called to see if I needed an appointment, but didn't and they got the job done in 30 minutes. Awesome and kind staff. I was greeted by the store manager, Chris. He was upfront and honest, letting me know what possible maintenance is needed in the future. Didn't upsell or forced any services that I didn't need. Definitely be back in the future for maintenance services. The front end and waiting room is very clean and tidy.

New tires and brake service; resurfacing and pads etc. valve stem caps were all missing and psi was all off on each tire lol but no worries. Good place tho. May choose elsewhere for future services. *Conor (spelling), really makes the place "shine". Any business would be lucky to have him. I was upset about something, but it was a miss understanding on my part, and he was just great to talk to and everything 👍💯

Erin was very professional and responsive since the first time I called. He was very knowledged in all the questions I asked and there was no surprise charges. He helped me get tires for my vehicle that I badly needed. He then was able to help me get the pesky tire sensor light to go off with an easy fix! I bought four new tires from Tire Works and had no issues until I later got a nail in one. My warranty had expired, no problem there, but they told me the tire was “unrepairable” and that the model was discontinued, meaning I’d need to buy an entire new set. The tire still had nearly full tread, and the whole conversation felt more like an upsell than help. Something seemed off, so I went to Discount Tire for a second opinion. Not only did they have the supposedly discontinued tire in stock, but after inspecting it, they told me the nail was well within a repairable area. They fixed it on the spot at no charge. Tire Works lost my trust over a simple, repairable nail. I was happy with the tires and would have returned when it was time for replacements. Instead, their dishonest sales tactics cost them my business—and likely the business of my friends and family. Discount Tire, on the other hand, has earned us back as lifelong customers. This is the first review I’ve ever written because the experience bothered me that much.

I was quoted over the phone for a Continental Procontact RX Conti-Silent for my 2025 Tesla Model Y, I was very specific on the original phone call, even to the point I offered to send a photo of the correct tire, which I uploaded in this review. The repair was for a flat, due to a screw in the tire, as per picture. After the work was done and returning home I noticed they had used the incorrect tire. I called back on the same day, to correct this mistake and they said they would order the correct tire the next day.. The next day I turned up after getting a call saying the tire has arrived. When arriving I was met with an increase cost and a argument from the store clerk, apparently it was my mistake for them ordering the first tire. The store clerk said I made the mistake when ordering, but I stated I was extremely clear about the part I needed as to match all three other tires. I asked them to go through the call recording if available to listen to what I had ordered, they would not. After they argued with me regarding this, eventually they replaced the tire with the correct tire. After replacing the tire, I drove up the road and was hearing a noise from the vehicle. I went back to the shop and they said it might be the tire sensor, they inspected the tire, I was told the work was done correctly. They also didn't use the correct puck attachment for the jack after I specified it needed it as a Tesla to prevent damage to the battery and undercarriage when lifting the vehicle. It would have been ok if they had admitted to their mistake in the first place, when I turned up the second day, but instead I was called a liar and treated like a criminal. If I could go back in time I would have waited for my tesla appointment, instead of going through all this. This was by far the worst experience of going to any repair shop thus far. I will be getting my vehicle inspected by tesla to confirm the work was done correctly. At the end the store clerk agreed to replace the tire for no extra cost, but why did I need to go through this?
