I called and the guy who answered literally was rude and hung up on me mid conversation when I was asking their availability to get my car in to get fixed and then when I tried calling back they’re now ignoring my phone calls. Very rude and unprofessional. I am pregnant and just been in an accident, I was just trying to get my car fixed and that rude customer service didn’t help anything.

No stars if possible Henderson location staff was nice but working is done in north las vegas got it with compound in all crevices stolen phone chargers, necklace hanging from review. To top it off beer can caps shoved wherever they felt like but "they were not drinking while working on vehicle." Nothing to say but " I'll call you back" go somewhere else!! Body work on Doors horrible probably gonna take somewhere else!

When i picked up my car it was loud! Like the catalytic converter was taken or broken. And when i called them and said hey i didnt drop it off like this they denied causing it. They said how could we have done that working on a fender? Idk but you did. Now im gonna have to fix it myself i guess. So i have to say these guys suck.

Took Four months to get the car back didn't communicate with me at all. I would have to call them for updates. After picking up the car it overheated because they didn't fix the problem. They are the worst Dont bring your car here.

The worst business of any kind I have ever used. I am an Uber driver whose car was hit in a fender bender in Dec 2023. I brought my car to Fix Auto on Pacific. They told me it would be 2-4 weeks. It was 8 weeks with my primary form of income stuck with these people. There was no transparency and changing excuses until they finally transferred it to a different location to finish. Then they charged the insurance like twice as much as the estimate when they were done. The car was still driveable and even useable for UberEats and they kept it for 2 months with no communication, knowing that it was my work vehicle.
