Brought my vehicle in February only the break down afterwards. They completely missed my ball joint slipping from the axel, this was a gross oversight and potentially dangerous situation they left me in. Had I been on the interstate or anywhere other than where I had myself and my child could have been in serious trouble. They struggled to get the alignment because of the ball joints and allowed me to leave their ship with a ticking time bomb. They weee in possession of my car for multiple days replacing the tires working on the alignment, they caught the need for a new tire rod but completely missed that both ball joints weren’t in the correct positioning. I do not recommend coming to this tire world location.

No additional you need this, you need that, trying to upsell me, etc. I was very happy with it all. North Academy is great. Beaux was very professional and detailed. He explained everything currently done and suggested future maintenance . They have a great shuttle service. I think his name was Ron and he was pretty cool to talk to. I trust this place. Will be back.

It was great the staff was very professional and nice and explained everything. I received four new tires and it did not take long for them to do it at all and they checked the whole car for me. They had the best deal by three new tires get the fourth one free and they did all these free checks for you like your coolant and brakes and engine stuff like that so it was absolutely awesome the place was very clean and they made it really easy I waited the whole time so it wasn't that long and it was great. well I had to come back it is now August 1st and once again I got great service I had to get a new tire because one of my new ones got a hole in it and they replaced it very quickly and everybody was friendly and wonderful as usual..once again I went there for all 4 tire sensors to be put on. Once again they were fast & friendly.

These guys and gals take care of me and my vehicle. I've only been coming here a little over a year and won't be going anywhere else. They don't take advantage of me because I'm a woman or because I don't know much about cars. They do not use scare tactics to get me to buy services I don't need. IF I need work done that I didn't schedule, they give me options AND explain the reason for the additional work. I love their work and their staff. 😁

They ordered 2 new matching tires, diagnosed the problem, and fixed everything by 5pm Tuesday. Great communication and excellent customer service. Arc has great customer service. I had an appointment on the 20th at like 1 o’clock. I called in yesterday. He answered the phone I asked him could I come in today? Well yesterday before my appointment to get my oil entire change he was so pleasant and helping me get an appointment yesterday so I can get everything done to my vehicle. I love this place. They have great customer service. All the men in there are always smile and always willing to help very informative about your car any car and I love that because I’m not to Car knowledgeable I know enough but not a lot so that really is great for me so when I take my car in there, always know what’s going on afterwards and before and I love the fact that before you pay anything they would like to do the work and explain you what was done what warranties you have and when would you have to come back for certain things like oil changes and stuff like that? Very knowledgeable I love this place. They are very good. I’ve been here twice and they always treated me. So sweet and nice. Very clean. They have a nice waiting room in the bag with water little music plan is very nice so if you look at for somewhere, that’s very knowledgeable not only on tires but everything else with your car go there they are amazing.
