I had to downgrade my 2 star rating to 1 because my truck had to go back for more problems that it didn't have when I brought it there initally. I tried to tell you why I gave it 2 stars after the first visit but Google wouldn't publish it, so you can only imagine what I think about them now.

The customer service is excellent , Mr Solis , Service Advisor listened to my problem with my 2018 f450 6.7l. I'll be waiting to see what they find out what is causing the problem with my truck and hopefully they will pinpoint the issue and repair it. Will do a follow up..

I took my truck in to the truck shop since it was in limp home mode. They found rust on the pressure control valve (evidence of water in the diesel)and said I needed an entire fuel system. I asked them to file a warranty claim with Ford, and the service manager, Jeremy Pegoda, said he would. He called me 2 days later and said it was denied. I called Ford and found out he NEVER filed a claim. When I called Pegoda back, he said they would have denied it so he didn’t turn it in. So, he LIED to me and then wanted to charge me $9000 to complete the task. I tried to file an insurance claim and they also talked to Mr Pegoda and he once again convinced them it wasn’t necessary. I called several other shops and no one wanted to take in a truck that was torn apart. Mr Pegoda gave me a deal…$7500, to complete the job. I had no other choice. I also tried calling the owners of the dealership and they never returned my calls.

Had an Adaptive Steering Fault Service Required fault on my 2019 F250 SD. Called the diesel shop to setup a time for diagnostic service, the service manager answered the phone. Explained the fault and said bring the truck in for diagnostic service. He mentioned this fault can be caused by a failed steering angle sensor located in the steering column which would require replacement, several hundred fix or in worst case the whole steering column assembly would have to be replaced, several thousand dollar fix. Brought the truck in for service. Service advisor said he was told the steering angle sensor had failed ($225 part), but the entire steering assembly would require replacement, $2500 part. The total out the door price would be $3500. Was in sticker shock but needed to the get the truck fixed. Told them to proceed. In the mean time I looked at FordParts.com and found the steering assembly anywhere from $1700+ to the MSRP price of $2500+ from other dealers. Here is where the real rub comes into play. FordParts.com shows that steering assembly parts can be purchased individually, one of which is the steering angle sensor, the $225 part. When I questioned why the angle sensor replacement option wasn't presented to me? I was told, we, Tommy Vaughn Ford, could not buy parts of the steering assembly individually. The entire assembly had to be replaced. I mentioned to them that I could buy the sensor separately and FordParts.com shows that they can, but I was told they, Tommie Vaugh Ford could not. I was not real happy when I picked my truck up $3000 later. Paid the bill and walked out shacking my head. Oh, the final rub was when I gave them my credit card to pay the bill, they failed to mention there was a 3% credit card processing fee. If I would have known this I would have written a check. The bottom line here is, Caveat Emptor, Let the Buyer Beware. So when buying from Tommie Vaughn Ford, BEWARE. You may not be given all the information of your available options. Last truck I will buy and have serviced from Tommie Vaughn Ford.

I was nervous to take truck here after 2 out of state bad experiences with Ford dealerships. Brenda, who works at the front and answers the phone, calmed my fears and was so friendly and professional over the phone and in person. She answered all my questions, put my mind at ease, and I haven't had any issues with the service completed (unlike out of state.) I would not hesitate to bring my truck back here for service.
