needed oil changed asap for a last min drive out of state. mentioned this to Tristan (service advisor), who told me he'd let his Tech know to be extra precautious so i wasn't stuck out on a highway. everything went smooth, even got me a ride home for a few hours so i could work during the wait, and a great coupon. will likely bring my wife's Mazda 6 here from now-on too.

Coolant exchange. An unexpected facet of the job was the top of the radiator had dry water spots that I would expect to have been cleaned off. Not a huge deal as it took nothing more than simple wipe with a rag when I noticed it. However, with the attention to detail that Penske is known for, I found it to be a bit disappointing. On a positive note the dealership did provide a free Uber after drop off and for pick up. Again, this was not a deal breaker. Just something I would not have expected from a Penske dealership.

From the smile of Evelin Lopez receptionist to the Service department with Paul Watz , to the courtesy of the sales associates .! I took my wife’s car for an oil change and as I sat there I happen to stumble across this Beautiful Tundra in the showroom floor .! 😍 so I asked Scott Mcewen to run some numbers for me and not long after that he had it dialed in all I had to do was sign .!! Now I have known Scott MCEWEN for over 20 years and he has always gone above and beyond to help me Avery time I show up and With the help of Larry Tabloff GM, and Imran Kahn Sales Manager and Scot Guest it all came together beautifully giving me a deal I couldn’t refuse ! They all went above and beyond the call of Duty and pulled some strings from Toyota Financial to make it work in my Favor and ending in Finance with Freddy Hernandez was the easiest and Quickest signing ever , not only was I Excited as I was getting into a new truck over Easter weekend but the fact that all involved made me feel like a part of the Family that was the best feeling you can have when buying a new car . Eric was great!I don't know who the tech was that did the alignment on my truck, but, they were the real star of the show!!! Previous establishments could not perform the alignment correct even when I gave them the pointers on how to set it up. At first I didn't take the recommendation of the dealership doing alignments seriously. I always thought that was subbed out to another shop. Then me having aftermarket suspension parts installed I didn't think they were serious. I will be recommending everyone I know in a Toyota to have the alignment done here and my other truck will soon get it's alignment done here by the same folks that took care of me right the first time.

The service dept is basically like all the rest. Was in for an oil change. I was asked if I was going to wait and I said yes. I waited for almost 2 1/2 hours. I was the only customer left in the waiting area and people came in after me were also gone. I had an appointment. I finally got up to ask my service advisor, Eddie, if there was a problem and why it was taking so long. He said it was in the carwash. About a minute later he says my vehicle is ready. The thing is, he saw me walking around in the waiting area but never said anything to me. When I asked him why it took so long, he said he thought I was just dropping it off. Lack of attention to detail. My service experience this time was disappointing.

First, I called and got voice mail all I had was a quick question, so I hung up and went to the online chat. Chatted with someone who couldn't give me any answers then she finally said she would have the service department call, text or email me. I waited a while and when I didn't hear from anyone I called again and got voice mail again, so I hung up and drove to the service center. All I wanted to know was if I needed an appointment to have my car towed there. The guy gave me an appointment and told me to have it towed in. Once it got there, they kept me informed on what was going on and when the car was done. 2/24/26 Added note: I did email the service department with my info, and they still haven't gotten back to me.

Ken was great. He explained the charges for inspection. The later sent me a video of the damage found to splash shield at front of my Prius. I bottomed out after hitting a pothole. The entire process was great. We were a bit shocked at the charges if we agreed to have it repaired at Toyota. Ken was helpful.

This was my 2nd oil change here. They normally charge $110 for an oil change. However, I was able to find a coupon online for $49.95, which is only offered between 2-6pm. Once I booked my appointment, they said they’d honor the coupon. However, I did need to mention the coupon price again @ check in. Service was great! Dropped it off & picked it up in 2-3 hrs. I like how the technician video tapes the inspection and explains everything in detail, and what exactly the issues are, if any. Location is great, easy to get to off the 303 & Waddell.

We purchased our Highlander fromToyota of Surprise almost 11 years ago and we chose them for our maintenance as well. The experience has been wonderful. We are met by our service advisor once we arrive for our service appointment. Much of the time we our in and out. Shortly after our car goes back we receive a video from our service manager and mechanic, showing what is being done and what is recommended. Much of the time we wait for our vehicle in their very clean and comfortable refreshment lounge. Getting our vehicle washed is the cherry on top. Toyota of Surprise is highly recommended.
