The entire team at Christian Brother's were so kind, helpful, and respectful. They got my vehicle in and serviced for an oil change as a walk-in, with no delays. They made me feel welcomed and comfortable. This team truly cares about people and are eager to help people through those unfortunate reasons we need to take our vehicle to a shop. Our service advisor, Matthew, walked me through the concerns they found, but was not forceful, and only encouraged me to make sure my vehicle is in tip top condition for my family. I will absolutely ONLY bring my vehicle here, moving forward. Their genuine care has made a faithful customer out of me!

After spending two frustrating weeks at the dealership with no answers, I brought my vehicle to Christian Brothers Automotive and I’m so glad I did. Jason and the team took the time to properly diagnose the issue and found that the real problem was the ignition switch—something the dealership completely missed. Once they fixed it, all my dash warning lights and electrical problems were resolved. They were honest, professional, and kept me informed every step of the way. Probably the best experience I’ve ever had from an auto shop. Brought an older vehicle in for an inspection and was able to have it looked at right away. Only took an hour and I received a report in my email right away that included pictures and videos of any issues they found, and a detailed cost breakdown for each one. No pressure or shady sales tactics here 👍. Thoroughly impressed with the detailed report, and the friendly service from Kent was even better. Would highly recommend Christian Brothers Surprise!

The best place to bring your vehicle for repairs or diagnostics! I was lucky enough to be helped by Matt, who was welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuine. He kept me posted on their findings on my vehicle. They sent me a systematic list of what they found with photos. This is different from other auto shops, where they just told me what needed to be done. They also have a shuttle service for drop off and pick up while they worked on my car. Shout out to Galvin for his pleasant demeanor and awesome taste in music during the shuttle rides! Christian Brothers Automotive Surprise treats customers like they are educated consumers. For me, they set a high standard for customer service. 11/10 recommend!

My #1 mechanic shop from now on. They work fast and are reasonable in price. I called to get my wrangler rubicon repaired and it was literally fixed in less than 48 hours. I still can't believe it. Spoke to Ken about my Hyundai Sonata Driver door wouldn't open from the outside, the Christian Brother's Team evaluated it and let me know what was wrong and how they could fix it. They knew my other vehicle was in a collision, and because they had to order the part, (on a Friday) the part wouldn't be in until Monday,Ken let me use a loner! All of the staff are helpful. Dave the shuttle guy so nice, and a very safe driver! So far, they have fixed my grandson's car, his girl friend's and now mine. I would recommend them to everyone. So professional. Great service and fabulous sense of humor! If I have any other issues with my car, I will definitely contact Christian Brother's here in Surprise.

Always heard good things about Christian Brothers Automotive and I decided to bring our 1978 Chev. Camaro RS in as the Air Conditioner was not working. They diagnose the system and advise me on what it needed to operate as it did in 1978. Received their detailed quote and I authorized the repair and the car was done within the time they had stated. Have to say everyone at CB were nice and professional, Thanks again to service writer Taylor, Technician Dave and all the other CB Team members. I rolled into Christian Brothers on the 13th of this month which is February 2026 at the time of writing this. Upon setting foot into this place I noticed how clean and utterly immaculate the interior of the establishment was. I’m not even joking when I say you could probably eat off the ground in the waiting room and be completely fine though I wouldn’t recommend that. Jonson was very helpful at getting me hooked up with a tire rotation and an oil change at a very competitive price. Their excellent customer service also blew me away when they offered a complimentary ride home in the company vehicle driven by Dave who was also very courteous and professional. The next time I need any vehicle maintenance I know I’ll be in good hands here at the local Christian Brothers here in Surprise.

My daughter and I took our cars to CB Surprise for the first time and I was very impressed with their customer service. We have been to a few CB franchise locations over the years, but this one by far showed the most gratitude! Not only did they leave a thank you card in the car, they gave out individual carnations just to show their appreciation. I can be wordy so my TL;DR version is this: I have never trusted a mechanic but after going to Christian Brother’s for a car repair I will be using them for all of my car needs going forward. Long version if you care for details: I’m a 37yo woman who is used to being talked down to by car companies (buying a vehicle, service, repairs, etc.) simply for my gender and appearance. Because of this I have learned to do many simple service needs for my car on my own (replace batteries and fuses, reset electrics, fluid level maintenance). My car started making noises off the engine over the summer and I knew it was a repair beyond my skill and tool abilities. I ignored the problem knowing it was going to be expensive if it wasn’t something I could do myself and not mentally wanting to deal with a mechanic shop. The engine progressively got louder until this past week when it hit its breaking point and began loud screeches, knocks, and thumps throughout driving. I finally accepted the need to take my car in. I read reviews for many companies. Family-owned, small shops, as well as national chains and big conglomerates. Christian brothers had some of the best reviews and was close to home so I begrudgingly stopped in and dropped off my vehicle. They started to win me over from the first interaction where they were human, wholesome, and understanding that I didn’t want to be there. They were straightforward and explained first steps to repairing my vehicle was an inspection and that I would be informed of findings and will be able to choose what work from their findings I would like completed. I was prepared to walk home after dropping off my vehicle and they very nicely did not allow that to happen. They have a free drop off service I did not know about and drove me home right away. The list of recommendations was long when I received it. I received a call to go over the list and estimate. I let them know I only wanted the necessary work completed to get my car driving again. There was no pushing or questioning, just a soft clicking as the estimate was adjusted. I was left with two jobs required. The cost was higher than I expected but came with OEM parts, full labor, and a 3 year/30,000mi warranty (whichever benefits me more). I agreed to the work and was told my car would be ready by the next evening. My car is a 10 year old Nissan Altima - why would they have access to those parts so quickly? Also, they had tons of vehicles in their bay, there’s no way they could work that fast. I rolled my eyes and said okay, thank you and got off the phone. Yall. My car was ready the next day before I even got off work. What??! When I picked up my vehicle I was greeted with the same wholesome niceness I had come to expect from them. They allowed me to split payment between cards without problem. I received a flower on my way out. My car is driving better now than it has in 5 years. I had motor mounts replaced and oil changed but by fixing that my entire car drives more smooth and turns easier. I’m stunned. I’m beyond thankful. I am now a believer that good mechanic companies exist and trust that I have found a place to bring my car back should something happen again. Thank you to every single person that had a hand in working of my vehicle. You’ve done more for me than I expected and I’m so thankful I chose yall.

I read a lot of different reviews online for many different car places. This place had great reviews so I decided to give them a try. My expectations were exceeded. The inspection that was done was way more than I expected, in a good way. The communication and explanations from Ken were excellent. The pricing was quite high, but they let me purchase some of my own parts, (I was able to find a cheaper price), and they did the labor/install. I was informed I would not get the nice warranty which was fine. Luckily many of the recommended services can be done by my husband. He had the parts I ordered at work with him and was going to drop them off after, but a driver was sent to go pick them up. It was a pretty far drive in my opinion. That happily surprised me. They even offered to drop off my car at my house when the work was finished. I will 100% go back to them and let my friends and family know what a great experience I had.
