I have been working with Conor Egan for more than 20 years. I know that I can trust whatever he tells me about my 4Runner. He always looks out for my best interests and has never tried to sell me a service I didn't need.

Roseville Toyota is always a positive experience. Personal contacts even though I didn’t have an appointment as I thought I had more miles until the next service, however; when the maintenance light came I was corrected. No problem with getting me back in the car without an appointment. I would recommend Roseville Toyota anytime.

The service at Roseville Toyota has always been great. Samuel our service manager kept us informed of the progress and arranged for a ride home and back to the dealership. We can always trust the service we receive.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Service Advisor Paul at Toyota Roseville, and he has been outstanding throughout all my maintenance visits. Paul is highly knowledgeable, experienced, friendly, and patient—qualities that truly make the customer experience more pleasant. Today felt like the right day to write a review for someone who genuinely deserves recognition. In addition, I’d like to highlight Tire Specialist Mr. Phil Stevenson. He recently helped me with replacing all four tires, and I truly appreciated his honest, straightforward advice. His cool demeanor and customer-focused approach make him a great asset to Toyota Roseville. Overall, people like Paul and Phil set a great example of professionalism and customer care.

Very good experience. Initially contacted to dealership via email for used car and Mr. John Wood Sr. replied within an hour. I have few questions for the car and I emailed him four to five time and he patiently and gladly answered back to all my questions. We went to see the car . He was busy with other client and he introduce us to Mr. Noorullah(Noor) Qasemi to help us. He helped us to find the car, give us test ride and doing the paper work for car. I highly recommend this dealership and the helpful staff for your need to find new or use car as well as service.

I had already experienced an issue when I called on Sunday — the person on the phone told me I could drop off my car at the service department to receive a rental, but it turned out to be a call center. They stated I could drop off my car earlier since I live far and was starting my long stretch of work. Unfortunately, the individual on the phone was incorrect. When I arrived, they only had one car available for one day, which wasn’t feasible with my schedule since my car was getting a color change and TV consoles will be installed - that would take more than a day. There also weren’t any clear instructions on the paperwork stating how long I could keep the rental vehicle. They were wanting me to rent the car out for a month and return daily to check on extending it — unless I spoke directly with Andrea. Because of this, I had no choice but to come back two days later. Andres spoke with my husband yesterday and said the car would be ready; however, when I arrived, the rental still needed to be cleaned out and vacuumed. It was disappointing because we had already come in on Sunday and received a call yesterday confirming the car would be ready first thing in the morning. I work night shifts and was already exhausted, so this added to the frustration. On top of that, there was no greeting or introduction from the person at the counter. The individual at the rental counter had one wireless earpiece in her ear, which looked unprofessional. I believe her name was Liv. Unless it’s being used strictly for work purposes, wearing an earpiece while assisting clients gives the impression that you don’t have their full, undivided attention. I do want to commend Kevin at the service department for being welcoming and answering all of my questions. He was extremely patient and helped direct me to the right people, as well as making sure I understood how to navigate the tech system in the rental car — especially when the screen was black and not connecting to AirPlay mode at first. I also want to commend Andres for helping with the appointment and reassuring me about the mistake with the call center. She was very sweet, welcoming, and answered all of my questions. She also directed me to the correct phone numbers to use the Toyota app, and my paperwork was already prepared and ready on the desk. For solutions in the future: I understand mistakes can happen, but ensuring that vehicles are ready when customers have provided several days’ notice would be extremely helpful. Additionally, maintaining a professional appearance and approach at the front desk helps create a more positive experience overall.

Dropped off my Tacoma for recall work. At no cost to me. Friendly and helpful. They had an uber pick me up in minutes to take me back home. When it was ready (which was quicker than expected) another ride was sent to pick me up and take me back to the dealership. Alex has waited on me before and is always professional.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Roseville Toyota for service. I recently brought in my 2019 Toyota Highlander—immaculate condition, only 32,000 miles—for routine maintenance, including an oil change and a brake inspection. I was very disappointed with the conduct of the Service Advisor, Sam Vega, and what I believe to be a lack of integrity in the service recommendations. While the brakes were reported as satisfactory, it appears that Roseville Toyota wasn’t content with only performing an oil change. Sam informed me that my spark plugs needed to be replaced because Toyota supposedly recommends replacement at six-year intervals. In reality, Toyota’s recommendation is 100,000 to 120,000 miles. Despite my hesitation, I authorized the replacement. Roseville Toyota charged $31.77 per plug—$190.62 for all six—plus $790.95 for labor and an additional $53.01 for gaskets, resulting in a total bill of more than $800, even after a $150 discount. After reviewing Toyota’s actual maintenance guidelines, it’s clear the work was unnecessary. This experience leads me to believe Roseville Toyota is pushing its service staff to upsell unneeded repairs. As a result, my trust in Sam and in the overall integrity of Roseville Toyota has diminished to the point that I will no longer have my vehicles serviced there. For perspective, I have been purchasing vehicles from Roseville Toyota since 1986, long before their move from Auburn Blvd to the Automall. Shame on Roseville Toyota for letting customer trust erode like this.

I just had my first appointment at Roseville Toyota and it went smooth and seamless. I had the whole engine in my tundra taken out and replaced due to a recall and they took care of it quickly. Thanks to Kyle who took care of everything for me and did an excellent job keeping me updated throughout the process.

Steve is a very good, professional service writer. My Rav4EV had a SRS warning light and a message that came on. Steve was upfront about the time it took to diagnose the warning and the cost. He called before the time promised and explained 3 things diagnosed. Once I authorized the repairs, Steve estimated that the car would be ready by a certain time and what the cost was for each repair. He delivered on both. I would recommend Roseville Toyota for your Toyota service.

This is the second issue I have experienced at this location. If I hadn't purchased the extended service package I would never have gone back a second time. The first time I brought my brand new Camry in for service someone clearly ran the car into something or had a toolbench or other tools strike my vehicle. The damage was minimal but I did bring it to their attention. The service manager said he would contact Kenisels to get it fixed. I never heard back. I moved on. Now, I brought my car back in for a display inspection for an open recall and oil change. I received a call stating that my alignment was off and it would be $149.99 to align the wheels. I hadn't hit anything or noticed any pulling but decided to get the service. When I picked up the car and paid for the service there was no alignment support paperwork detailing which wheels were off or what work they did exactly. I have had numerous alignments done to cars and trucks I have owned and always received paperwork detailing the adjustments made, what was off and by how much. A note stated that it failed a quick inspection on a test drive. There was never any pulling or issues with the car. In addition to feeling had due to lack of transparency regarding the alignment is I got the car back and now my heads up display is not working. It cannot be just my vehicle and me experiencing these issues at this point. There is obviously a pattern of lack of care, professionalism, and of follow through at the Roseville Toyota location. I would recommend purchasing elsewhere and taking your vehicle for service somewhere else.

I had to take my Rav 4 hybrid in for a recall, I also had them do my 20k mile service, figured it was there might as well get it done , made the appointment on the phone very friendly customer service, she even arranged a free Uber ride home for me. Upon my day of service at check in the check in guy was kinda robotic and wondered if he was a new AI they were testing out. Once I got to the service representative I was greeted and welcomed, very professional and went over all the items that needed done. He stated my car would be done by noon and it was right on time. Even though I did not purchase my car from them I was very impressed with their service department.

Second time working with Brandon. This kid is straight up no BS. He gives you everything you need to know upfront he follows up if there’s an issue and make sure that you can make a choice or not whatever you decide he’s professional sensitive to the customers needs and is easy to work with. Keep it up Brandon.

I’ve had nothing but excellent experiences with Roseville Toyota’s service department. From the moment I arrive, the staff is friendly, professional, and genuinely focused on making the process easy and stress-free. They take the time to clearly explain what my car needs, never pressure me into unnecessary services, and always keep me updated on timing and costs. The overall organization shows how much they value their customers. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else—Roseville Toyota sets the standard for outstanding automotive service. Highly recommended!

This dealership was the worse I’ve ever encountered in my 40 plus years of buying vehicles From the get go the salesman and everyone above that were all very unprofessional I’ve left a review before, and since they sent another link for a review again, I’m leaving another review The vibe throughout the dealership was very upsetting considering how they spoke of clients in front of other clients. Long story short the truck I bought was what I wanted and I got the deal I expected. In the end they installed tires that were over 4 years old. Although they had advertised on CarFax that the tire were newly installed, they were not new tires. They were manufactured in March of 2021 Tire companies recommend tires be replaced after 6 years, so that only gives me a little over a year before they recommend replacement I’ve reached out before and was blown off by the dealership I had intentions of reporting to the Bureau of Automobile Repair but let it go until today when the dealership decided they wanted another review. Paid cash for my purchase yet they required me to fill out a credit application. Made no sense, but was told it was to identify me…. 🤷♂️. Now I get credit companies sending me tons of emails I just may need to further this complaint down the road….. I’ll just sit here and wait to see what Roseville Toyota wants to do from here. I’ll give them a week to reach out. Not holding my breath Love my Toyota, but there are other Toyota Dealerships. Do your research

Great experience with my Toyota service advisor, Ian Hoffman. He was professional, and genuinely helpful. When there was an issue finding my appointment due to a VIN error, he quickly resolved it and saved me a lot of waiting time. He communicated clearly, handled everything efficiently, and made me feel truly taken care of. Ian is trustworthy, reliable, and a real asset—definitely someone who makes you want to come back for service.

From start to finish, they were incredibly communicative, accommodating, and impressively fast. Everything was clearly explained, updates were timely, and the entire process felt seamless and stress-free. What I really appreciated is that the service is also very economical—fair pricing, no unnecessary upsells, and great value for the quality of care provided. They truly respect your time and your budget. Highly recommend Toyota Roseville Service—professional, efficient, and cost-effective. This is how car service should be done. 🚗

The most recent service adviser was great but I’ve taken my car in a few times prior to this for the same issue. The first time they didn’t do the service probably miscommunication on my part and the first adviser. They did all the other things that I didn’t originally go in for though since they diagnosed other concerns with my car. The second time I took it in and paid for the diagnostic assessment. They were able diagnose the problem saying that the brake pads and rotors needed to be replaced with factory products. My brake pads and rotors were fairly new installed at a sketchy auto repair shop that I couldn’t trust to take my car back anymore. . I wanted to trust Toyota even though they cost more. I finally had time and brought in my car yesterday (Saturday, February 28th) since I was getting the oil change and tire rotation service done. They replaced the front brakes and rotors but that didn’t resolve the issue because my car still squeaks. I spent a lot of money for the misdiagnosis. I’ll have to bring it back to Toyota again. Very disappointed that money and time was wasted and it’s still not resolved. I’m taking my car back in on Wednesday. I will give an update and hopefully the issue will be resolved. I would have given the adviser a 4 star but because Toyota didn’t fix the problem. They’re getting a 3 star.
