My car had a very small issue, it only needed to be connected to computer and clear the codes, but the guy lied to me that they need to remove the front bumper and fix a broken wire they charge me for 479$ for doing so I agreed to it, a day after he asked me that removing bumper wasn’t included in that price and they want another approval for it, finally they changed me 914.01$ for only cleaning my car codes with all unnecessary charges, According to my experience they don’t even deserve one star.

I brought my truck in for 15k service, the truck is a couple of months just shy of a 1 year being purchased. My truck is still a new vehicle along with the warranty plus an extended warranty. At pick up, the sales advisor indicated the gear indicator was not illuminating. She asked if I wanted the truck to serviced/inspected for the cause of the non-illumination. The advisor continued to tell me the price quote is $215.00 to do an inspection. I told the advisor, my truck is new with a warranty plus extended warranty and I SHOULD NOT BE CHARGED anything. The advisor told me, if the problem is covered under warranty than there would be no charge, but again I reminded her there is no reason why I should have to pay anything out of pocket for a new truck under warranty. The very young advisor girl had no other explanation and appeared misinformed about what to do. I did not have the truck inspected for the illumination due to time restraints and advised I will revisit the problem on my next service. As a customer, this is just totally wrong for anyone having to pay out of pocket for a warranted vehicle.
