Folks! In the event you need a paint and body shop. This crew at Caliber Collusion at 10640 Industrial Ave Roseville performed miracle work on my 2025 CX90. In short, a large tree branch fell on the roof, rear side panel and door. It was really bad!!! I had my doubts on the repair but, they assured me I wouldn’t be able to tell it’s been repaired and will look new again. They were right!!!!!! Fantastic work! And fantastic customer service. My vehicle was rear ended so I dropped it off at this repair facility. Originally had an appointment but was told the day of appointment that bumper had to be ordered. Apparently bumper was on back order but once it arrived I set an appointment for replacement. Once vehicle was there I was told the new bumper had tabs that were broken. I was offered two options. 1. Repair damaged bumper instead of replacing with new bumper. 2. They offered to repair tabs and Carmen said it would be as good as new. I went with the second option and the vehicle was ready the same day. I was told to pick up but once I did Carmen surprised me by saying they went with the first option. The vehicle was parked in the shade so I thought nothing of the repair. Once I arrived home I noticed were the bumper had been "repaired". Now my bumper has a tennis ball sized indent and once concern was brought up to management I was promised a new bumper replacement. Months went by before I even spoke to management and it has been a month since I was promised a call back to perform repair. I have called GM for an update multiple times but front desk just keeps telling me they have been extremely busy. Now it seems I'm stuck with a mediocre repair and my left exhaust hanging lower than my right.

This location 10640 Industrial N. Roseville Ca. 95678 is the best. They are very friendly starting with Margaret at the check in desk and Philip GM and Mark who went over and above to help me with my repairs. I appreciate the communication and keeping me updated on the progress of repairs. I will use them in the future if needed and highly recommend them to anyone who needs body work on their car.

Far exceeded expectations! I needed some insurance work done after I was rear-ended. Somebody at Nissan recommended Caliber and another place. Caliber's Google and Yelp reviews were better so I went here. Everybody I dealt with (Kathy, Kurt, and Tony) were professional and communicated clearly. They worked well with the insurance company when some hidden damage was found. The work was great and my car was ready a day earlier than originally promised. The work completed fell short of our quality expectations after multiple attempts. It took three rework efforts to achieve satisfaction with restoring of body damage. Furthermore, project communication was inconsistent, requiring frequent follow-ups to obtain updates. Ultimately, the matter required escalation to achieve an acceptable resolution.
