They sent me a $20 coupon for a service that they refused to honor. I went in for an alignment and thought I would use the coupon since it was still valid. They said they couldn't take it because of restrictions. No where on the coupon were any restrictions listed. Just vague language saying some restrictions may apply. So that means if they don't want to honor a coupon they mail you, there's the restriction. I left without getting the service. I will never go back! I don't recommend this service center. Go to better priced after market service centers or another Toyota service center in the area for your vehicle repair and maintenance needs. Steer clear of this disreputable business.

Totally awesome customer service! I needed a rear wiper blade for my 2015 Toyota Prius. I called and spoke with Chris and was informed that they had my item in stock. I went and picked it up and it was a perfect match at a perfect price. Thank you Chris! Great customer service as always!

I find comfort in knowing my car is getting the right service, but they sneak in fees at the very end outside of the quote which makes negates any trust I have. When asked questions employees know nothing outside their limited job positions. I expect more from a licensed dealership.

I took my husband's car in to get serviced and let the technician know to call me when the service was completed. I even gave them my phone number and saw the technician circle it on the service paper. I waited for three hours to get a call while waiting there at the service center until finally I went to ask if my car was ready. The technician told me it had been ready "a long time ago" and that they had called my husband. I don't understand why it was so difficult to call me when I had let them know my husband wouldn't be answering (works nightshift). I also let the technician know I would be in the service center waiting area as well but instead of calling my number or coming in to let me know the car was finished they decided to waste my time again. The reason I am writing this review is because it's not the first time this has happened. If a family member or friend needs to bring in your car make sure you are having them check in every hour because the service center won't do it.

My husband had taken my car to this dealer for a simple oil change and was delayed for three hours from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM just for a simple oil change. He had objected to not giving his time, they didn't care and he was treated so badly that he was at the height of his anger. I think they are very rude and irresponsible. Three hours for an oil change.

Rolled into the service drive at 3:30pm on a Saturday. After waiting for a minute Willy greeted me at my car. I said I needed a waiter oil change and he got me checked in. Told me it would be approximately 1 hour. Willy is the best!

Go to Midas to have your AC Freon serviced. It’s half the price. I brought my car in because my AC stopped blowing cold. They quoted me 357.00. Then came back and told me my AC hoses were leaking and it would cost me 1600. I wanted to get a second opinion so I paid the 195 for the Diagnostic and I took my car to Midas, who I trust. They thoroughly inspected my car saw no signs of leaks or damage to the hoses. They did the AC repair for half the cost only 156. They also check the Freon pressure and found absolutely no leak!!!! I would have been scammed out of 1600.00. I called to alert Pat Kelly to what happened and all I received was a lame explanation to justify the lie. Ohhh he saw residue on the hose and it may have a very small slow leak no one can see yet. Wrong! So wrong in fact that Midas was willing to actually put it in writing that there was no leak. It cost me 195.00 but at least I found out the technicians at Toyota recommend unnecessary repairs and I should never trust Toyota again.

Serviced at this location for oil change and tire rotation. They messed it up and while driving back I saw white fumes from exhaust and my cars hybrid system failed. Had to get a tow truck to get the car back to service center. Ext day they said they overfilled the oil tank. The center did provide with a temporary car for the day but it was a hassle and inconvenience to see this happen for a simple oil change.

I would not give them even one star if possible. I went to this dealership for my car service and made an appointment at 7:30 in the morning. They told me It takes 1:30 to 1:40 minutes, and I also waited, and after waiting for 2:1/2 hours, I went to them, and they started making excuses in complete coolness and without apology, and I waited for about two hours. I had lost forty five minutes just to change the oil and I was very upset when I saw their irresponsibility and when I was talking to the employee there he rudely closed his office door on me and for that reason on me. He went to their manager and the manager of the service department did not care that I was delayed for about three hours to change the oil, not only did he not apologize, but he behaved rudely and completely unimportant to me. I think it is better not to waste your time in this agency and I will not visit them again I lost three hours for a simple oil change and Their prices are very expensive and they charged me one hundred and eighty dollars for a simple oil change😡😡😡😡

A service advisor at this location quoted me over $6,000 to repair shaking in car. Another shop quoted me about $400, which solved the problem. I strongly, do NOT recommend this dealership. I'm very disappointed in their customer service.

No point in making an "appointment" for service. They'll work on all walk ins first. 4 hours waiting before any word of my vehicle being touched for an oil change. Work on appointments at the proper time

Past couple years I have been getting maintenance services for both my cars here with Javier Zazueta. He's knowledgeable, nice and friendly, professional, honest. He would always tell me which part is critical that needs urgent service, which can wait until next time so I don't end up with big spending at one time. Javier also able to find us discounts. He also so kind and explain thing well for my two young adults daughter and son. I have 3 Toyota and will ask for Javier every time that I bring my cars in for service.

My daughter's car had a battery holder recall since 2023, they had the VIN and didn't say anything when making the appointment or in person, nor did they do the work (obviously). They overtorqued a component of the oil filter cover. Also, they tested my battery and showed it was good. It was acting bad within a week as the CCA was down more than 40%-45%. We limped along with the battery until I bought a replacement. Great oil change coupon, but those coupons are intended to create an opportunity for them to find problems. That was the only reason I took it to them. My daughter had been out of town for a while, I wanted the car to be inspected by a professional.

Overpriced bullshit at every turn. I will not be spending another dime at this service center. Most recently, i called to inquire about a quote for repairing my fuel door opener for my rav4. The attendant offered for me to bring it in for a diagnostic, which was priced at $180. I claimed this was bullshit, so she transferred me to a technician. The technician quoted me for the two parts that might be damaged (50 for spring, 500 for actuator), as well as provided a simple explanation of how to check for what was broken. Well, i checked, it was the spring, ordered a new one off amazon for $5 and installed in about a minute. If they wanted to retain business, they should try respecting their longtime customers. I will never be paying for another service here or giving another cent of my money to this service center. Pathetic. Do better.

I highly DO NOT recommend this Toyota for Service. And since their service department is unprofessional then what other problems are behind the other departments. Biggest complaint is that they stole my tacoma trd pro air intake filter. Since I do not want to use the word stole, I will take it back and say they replace my tacoma trd pro air intake filter with a disposable air filter. I told management, Becky or Becca, and told her I wanted to inform her of the situation that has happened in her department. She brushed it off and said my TRD pro does not come with a reusable air intake filter. Picture shows sticker that states a resuseable air intake filter should be in there. Other picture shows what they replaced my air filter with. And last picture shows the filter i had to purchase that my truck already came with originally. Summarizing the situation, I went in scheduled maintenance oil change and i needed my air filter cleaned, because I didn’t purchase the cleaning kit so i figured they would do a better job. However, they switched air filters.

They took the time to answer every question, explained the numbers clearly, and made sure I understood my options without any pressure.
