Honestly one of the best experiences I have had at a dealership in a very long time. I typically don’t bring my car in for maintenance at a dealership but I was out of town and had car trouble. They were able to get me in ASAP and give me a detailed diagnostic. Didn’t try to over charge or take advantage. They are true honest people here. Thank you Tyler for the great work. Parts Guy was very helpful as well but I didn’t catch his name!

Drove from out of town to buy 2024 Ram 1500, very nice truck, my trade value was too low so I said I would just buy cash at asking price plus the $899 dealer fee, tax & registration, but were told there were 3 addition mandatory add on for additional $4,500 and they would not sell for the advertised price.... manager said he was only making $200 on the truck and had to add the extra fees. I was surprised they would not sell at full listed price and left without buying. Salesman was nice, but would not recommend... felt like bait & switch on price!!

I have taken my jeep gladiator this will be the 3 time now for services tire rotation and balance with an oil change. The manager didn’t want to take off the tire valve screws as they were stuck on, so that tells me they haven’t checked my tire pressure at least twice I have gone. The manager in the service department is unprofessional and liked to verbally argue and when I said I was going to update my review he said “ good I’ll go where you work and leave one” so vindictive as well like he is going to get back at me by leaving a negative review only because I was going to do it today. My tires were low and the rotation but the balance was not done correctly as you need air in them to properly balance them or it can cause uneven wear on them. Thanks Josh Smith for the unprofessional service and response I’ll fully take my jeep someplace else. Like take 5, Toyota, Firestone, discount tire and if I ever need a new car I won’t come look at your lot period!

I had bought a 2023 Santa Cruz from the dealership, which was an amazing truck. I needed something bigger for my family so I traded it in for a 2024 palisade. My truck was perfect and had nothing wrong with it. After having this palisade for a few days I started to realize some issues with it so I took it back in for service. They drove my car 20 miles used my gas and told me nothing is wrong with it. The rear of the vehicle has a roar that you can clearly hear and the front pulls to the right. When driving straight the steering wheel is turned to the left which indicates that the alignment is not correct and something is wrong. After driving car for 20 miles they tell me nothing is wrong and most likely is the “crowns” in the road I drive on. lol I drive on every road and the same thing happens. This dealership is acting like nothing is wrong traded my perfect truck in charged me an extra $10,000 to get this with all of these issues they are telling me don’t exist. Would not recommend trading a vehicle in here as I have had it over 2 weeks and they still haven’t fixed anything. Everyday I notice something else wrong with it. After I got it the detail crew also broke my windshield. Still haven’t got it fixed. If this company doesn’t fix the issues with the car before the warranty I got on it from the dealership runs out I plan on trying to take legal action. This is wrong to do to someone who works very hard for the money to buy this car for his family. Dirty dirty. Service team needs to be replaced with techs that actually know cars. Not someone off Craigslist. I need to be contacted by a regional manager that doesn’t work at this establishment please and thank you. Kingsport east stone drive location.

Very happy with our new truck. Anthony, our salesman, was easy to work with. Our overall experience was good. My only real complaint is that they did not wash or clean inside. Windshield was dirty, it had rained and spotted pretty bad. Also water spots all over inside on door panels. Floor mats were also not clean. That said, we are satisfied with the overall process and dealings with the dealership.

I had a great experience with this dealership’s service department when they fixed my Jeep. From start to finish, they kept me updated on everything that was going on, which I really appreciated. It made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free instead of wondering what was happening with my vehicle. II highly recommend Tri-Cities Dodge in Kingsport,TN. I came in a customer and left family. I have never had a 100% positive experience when buying a car, until yesterday. Dalton Howard worked his tail off to get my daughter in to the vehicle she wanted. He was friendly, knowledgeable and HONEST, something you don't find too often when dealing with car lots now days. I highly recommend if you are looking for a Dodge or Jeep Tri-Cities Dodge is definately where you want to go ask for Dalton and tell them April Castle sent ya! Well I'm back again to edit this review because it won't let me make a new one. I had such a positive experience with Dalton Howard and Daniel O'Dell the finance manager that I went back and bought a Jeep Wrangler. Again Dalton and Daniel were amazing! Friendly, kind, and made me feel like family. They have gone above and beyond to get me in both of my vehicles. Dalton had 4 other customers besides me and continued to come back to me and assure me that he and Daniel were working on my purchase. I am truly i debted to them for getting me in my new vehicle. The staff were very professional, listened to what I needed done at the service center and did not try to add anything I did not need. While waiting for my service to be completed, I was engaged by Blake from sales. He asked a few questions, but did not try to press a sale once I mentioned that I was there for service. I used the onsite WiFi and explored the trade in value for one of my existing vehicles for future reference. My trip to Tri-Cities Jeep was pleasant and hassle free. I chose Kingsport location over the closer Rogersville location bye to bad experiences at the Rogersville location.
