I’ve had my truck at their shop numerous times almost everything they worked on screwed up within weeks or stuff was not looked over and left loose I highly recommend finding a better shop to take your stuff to cause I’ll be honest their work here is awful

Let them tow your car, but don't let them repair anything major. My mistake, they said they could fix an old car of mine. After $1500 and breaking down twice after leaving their lot, I decided to pay the "idiot tax" - my own bad decision and get out of there. Car is in worse shape than before I paid them.

Is a five ⭐ star they know there TIRES & fast at what they do know there stuff I say that and they reasonable on price too be going there for 11 years I not do business with anybody else when it comes to tires and mechanic work they know their stuff when it comes to getting something fixed highly recommendable ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I discovered today I needed a used tire for my car ASAP the wires had started to show. I get off until 3:30pm most tire stores close at 5pm. So on my way home my car begins to shake badly on the side of the bad tire. So I did the same thing I always do when I need something done with my car, I call the amazing guys over at Hayworth Tire, located at 2101 W. Stone Dr., Kingsport 37660. I ask if they had used tire they said they only sale new tires. Ok no problem. I work in JC so I took the old Jc/kpt highway home that way I wouldn't have to drive fast. Well on my way I passed C & L Tire and Tow. The sign said very clearly that they sell new and used tires, so I called them, sidebar let me say I'm a laid back easy going person. A man answers I tell him I was calling to see if they had a used this in my size and then he very rudely informs me they don't sell used tires!! That he could get me a new one and thats it. Honestly it wasn't what he said as much as how he is said. Just condescending really. So I Google used tire stores in Kingsport and Kingsport Used tire helped me out no problem!! So I recommend them!

CHEAP / DO NOT BUY CARS FROM HERE “mechanics” is strong word for these people, i have spent endless amount of money, time, and frustration on them. i bought a car from them and have had it back 5 times. they’re GOOD people, but BAD MECHANICS

I've know Chap for many years. He has always been honest and done real good work at a very humble price. His good name got out so much that he got covered up with work and had a hard time keeping up with so, he hired Caleb & Dirk. Caleb is a young man under Chap's tutelage and does a really good job. He is always getting it done right, even if he has to re-adjust something at no cost, he will make sure you get it fixed right! Dirk is very good too but, eats too much burnt pizza. You will not find better work at a better price. I know because I grew here and know them all. I highly recommend them.

Great group of guys there. Very Very affordable services. Fix my wheel bearing and did a wonderful job plus gave me the best deal around. I am definitely calling these guys next time I need repairs. I would highly recommend giving these guys a call if your car needs repairs. They also offer towing too. Thanks to everyone at C and L for helping us out and getting my car back on the road. C & L staff are heroes that saved my road trip! While traveling from Chattanooga to Connecticut, one of my tires was damaged during a rain storm, and another tire had a slow leak. We went to C & L desperate for a quick replacement. They dropped everything they were doing to help us! They were willing to order me brand new tries, which would have arrived within a few hours, but they also happened to have some used tires on their lot that fit my car. They brought me down to their scap yard to inspect the used tires myself. I chose to buy 2 of the used tires to get back on the road faster. They were put on the front of my car, and my two best old tires moved to the back, and I was back on the road within 20 minutes! The cost for tires and labor was low, for which I was grateful. The fact that they stopped their own work to assist us immediately was so kind and wonderful. They were incredibly efficient, with two employees working smoothly to finish the job as quickly as possible. All employees were really nice and easy to chat with. They saved the day, and I highly recommend them to anyone local or passing through that wants honest, quick work at a fair price.
