Eric and John have always been knowledgeable, professional and honest. They do great work and I trust them and they have not failed me. Being a mechanic is a tricky business, but these guys are tops. I have recommended them to friends and family, six or more referrals. Everyone always has good things to say. Eliminate the headache and hire these guys.

Eric was extremely helpful with repairing my Fiat 500L. I had an estimate from Larry Miller Fiat quoting $2800.00 to "replace" a radio headset which was also connected to the computer and navigation/Telephone and Radio system. It was draining my battery and the whole radio and computer system was broken. I took my car to Tucson Foreign Car Specialists and Eric fixed it for less than $300.00!! He only needed to reprogram the computer, and not replace the full system. Eric was honest and professional. I will be taking all of my company cars to him from now on!! Thank you Eric:

Thank you so much for the quick turnaround on my 2010 VW Jetta. Also, I appreciate very much your honesty about the secondary air injection harness being unplugged and then plugging it back in. I won't name any names, but going to big name repair shops may have cost me much more in price and dishonesty that I have frequented in the past. You are the only one that I will go to and recommend to others from now on. Thanks again.

I came in here around 9 am, and was quickly seen as they had only 1 car in the garage. After being seen I am astonished why these guys did not have more cars lined up. Without me telling them they asked who had worked on the vehicle before, and immediately showed me the issues with the previous mechanic's job. They also identified another issue that would need repair soon, and gave me a reasonable estimate on it. I lost (lots of) money with mechanic mentioned previously that I know I will not be able to recover even with a lawyer, but I hope others can learn from my mistake, and go to these guys instead. Regardless of your situation, it's always a good idea to ask shops around for prices. I think these guys will meet your needs on that aspect and more.

These guys are absolutely some of the best mechanics in town. Horse whisperers of foreign cars. My Mercedes is always running tip top. Domestics gotta be simple compared to some of the stuff these guys get into. They were always prompt and curtious. Professional and accommodating. I appreciated their efficiency, knowledge and pricing. 5 stars from me !

Found out today from another in town mechanic shop, Eric shop called (Tucson Foreign Cars) him and his crew of crooks mechanics took my $ 5,000.00 worth of payment from 2022 and 2021, and didn't fix or repair nothing, found out from an oil change at Walmart that my spark plungs were not replaced with new one but reuse old plugs. I highly recommend no one every do business with Tucson Foreign Cars as long as Eric is the owner, I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN ERIC SHOP AND I PLAN TO SUE.....I

Brought my 2000 Mazda Miata in for it's 60,000 mile service. Eric and Jason knew exactly what to do. Timing belt, water pump, spark plugs, oil change, etc. Explained everything. Very thorough. They are "car guys", and it really shows. Very fair price and completed quickly. I am a fan.

My brake wear check light came on… took to a tire shop in Oro Valley, was told I needed rear brakes inclusive of calipers, rotors and pads with a quote of $1100. I called Eric at Tucson Foreign Auto and he quoted me less than half. When I dropped car off I got a call back within an hour… rear brakes were FINE and had been done recently… front brakes at 50%. I am grateful to have found an honest mechanic… he has been my mothers mechanic for years and well worth the drive whatever part of Tucson you are in.

Took my BMW for a new starter and it cost 300.00 less than the other local bmw repair garages. They got me in the next day, and fixed it within 2 hours. where my old shop always says sorry, no appts for two weeks. I wish I would have found them sooner. They are busy which means business is good. Will definitely go back for any car repairs in the future.

I have been going to Tucson Foreign Car for a while now and every time I have an an amazing experience. This time however it solidified my opinion on this establishment. I needed a major rebuild on the top end of a very complicated engine that other shops would not touch due to its complexity. Eric however greeted the job with open arms. Completing the task in an amazing time frame with great professionalism and efficiency. Eric definitely has my business for the near and far future!

Great place. I've had a lot of trouble finding places that will take on my '97 Jaguar. They were totally fine with it. Eric and his boss were efficient and upfront. I feel confident taking my car there and highly recommend. Thanks so much for your help today guys!

Brought my 08 Mercedes due to a problem with the climate control system. They carefully diagnosed the issue which was electrical and replaced the AC Button module and even took care of getting it programmed for me (which required the dealership). Eric kept me updated the whole time. Definitely recommend!!

I been using this business for about 10 years, I think the mechanics are very good. However recently I took my 2000 Honda Accord 2.3 to have a new timing belt service and wheel alignment done. They had the car for 2 days which is fine I paid my bill and left. The next day I was changing the oil and was adding oil to the engine. I looked underneath and oil was leaking out very badly, I took a look and determined it was the valve cover gasket. I called back to Tucson Foreign car and talked to Eric the owner. I told him what I had found, he told me the valve cover gasket should be changed every time when the valve cover was removed. It clearly was not replaced causing the leak. He said bring it back in and they would look at it, I asked would I be charged for the repair he said yes for parts only. I said ok. But after thinking about what he told me earlier they did not follow there own guidelines that the valve cover gasket should always be changed. So They called and said the car was ready, I went in and charged me $42 for a $13 felpro gasket that you can buy on Amazon all day long. Eric made up the labor by jacking the price of the part. This did not sit well with me! I told him that your procedure was not followed, He agreed. Eric customer skills need a lot of work, he was very cold to me and did not handle my issue properly, he should have ate the repair and charged me nothing. Most shops say customer service is number one priority, I don’t think so! I could have gone to any number of repair shops, I am not sure I will go back to his shop. Every business owner should always say we really appreciate your business! I barely got a thank you!

I would use them with caution, and get a complete list of work to be done before you agree to proceed. I took in my car for a total going-over after it had sat for years in my storage. Was told it would need the fuel system gone though, maybe a fuel pump, and the timing belt and hoses probably repaired. Got a price of about $1300. Told to start the work. Got a call a week later that it was ready. When I picked it up the owner gave me an invoice, the timing belt and hoses were not on it. I asked why, he said "that's a lot of work to tear down the front of the engine...." Then he told me 2 times before I left, "you better get that timing belt done, it's old..." When I asked if it was running well, he said "yeah, we drove it." So I headed for home. About 5 miles down the road the enging started steaming, I had to stop, radiator boiling over. I called them, he answered. I asked why a car that had just been totally gone through to get it running again has stranded me. He replied "well how far do you live? (Vail, 15 miles) "Oh, I didn't know YOU WERE GOING THAT far..." Then no offer to help or take it back. Trust me, I didn't even think about giving them more money. I took it to Rita Automotive, they had to put a new radiator in and a coolant hose flange. Now it runs fine as a driver...what I wanted. THis place will do the bare minimum to get your money and get you out the door.

Avoid! Was told by Tucson Foreign Car Specialist shortly after receiving my Jaguar for their suspension work I needed additional work to eliminate further engine work to correct the Check Engine light that had gone on. It was pointed out to me where supposedly “Pack Rats” had caused the Check Engine light to go on. Upon initially picking up my Jaguar was told the engine had been washed down with normal city water. Turns out this is what caused Check Engine light to go on as fortunately due to the lengthy time to receive my “needed” ordered parts the dashboard CE light was allowed time to turn off. It remains to this day confirming it was not Pack Rat damage causing the Check Engine light rather sprayed upon engine watering that eventually dried out. I could have unneededly dropped off the car once again for multiple hundreds of dollars for parts and labor costs.

I went to several shops because my Mercedes was leaking power steering fluid. That all told me it was the rack and pinion and it needed to be replaced. I felt like this was wrong as this could cost a couple thousand dollars. My boss referred me to thos shop as he takes his Jaguar there. I got a quick diagnosis that it wAs not the rack and pinion but a seal from the rack and pinion to one of the large power steering lines. He fixed it in one day and worked on the car not starting on the first try. Although the starting issue still occurs he said he will get it fixed just bring it back. No hassle no problem! Eric is the owner he is great and Kieth is the mechanic and is very smart as well. I would highly recommend this shop only to everyone. I can't find people like this anymore! GO HERE! $752 NO LEAKS AND NO MORE HOWLING FROM THE POWER STEERING! I am sure they will fix the starting on the first try I have no DOUBTS! Thank you Tucson Foreign Car team!
