These guys are very personable, communicative, and skilled. When I arrived there, I felt right at home and was taken care of promptly. I had an oil leak caused by a worn out spark plug o-ring from BMW factory - for those unfamiliar, this is a super obscure and rare occurrence. They took it in then worked around the clock to diagnose the issue and fix it. Omar, Iosef, and their team are my go to's for my 08 m3 and I'd highly recommend checking them out.

Answer to prayer, God chose this mechanic I Was visiting from out of town when my truck had alternator issues, I started going down the list on google mechanics, I called and was told I would get a call back if they could fit me in, kept calling down the list, everyone was booked out for a week or more, the next day I called this place again unbeknownst to me, was reminded they would call me if they could get me in... started feeling discouraged and said a short prayer for God to find a mechanic for my needs, not 10 seconds later, they called back and told me to come in right then asap. If you don't know what an answer to prayer feels like, try praying more... they got me in, and even sourced the alternator I needed and had the job done by noon. Evidently in the face of a universal alternator shortage God is good

These guys are hands down the BEST. I was referred to them by my local Uber driver when my car broke down. He asked if I had a mechanic and when I said no, he said the same, you have to get to towed to them, they're the BEST. And truly, they were. They diagnosed an issue on my Highlander that, turns out, was a recall. Youssef identified and printed out the information I needed before I got there to drive it to dealership, on his own accord. Dealership was of little help and terrible service, and brought it back to Twin Brothers because they could do it quickly and within a more than fair price. These guys, and their team, are honest, fair, super hands on and genuinely want to get you back on the road as fast as they're able. And they're awesome guys! I will always take my vehicles there going forth.

I'm not a big review guy, you need to be real good or real bad for me to take the time. I could not be happier with the last minute decision I made to bring my severely broken Subaru to Twin Brothers Auto. While I greatly appreciated the fact that I saved well over 6K by choosing them over the dealership I also greatly appreciated the compassion they showed by understanding my situation and doing whatever they could to make it as pain free a transaction for me as possible. They were prompt, informative and quite obviously knew what they were talking about. They were also very up front about the necessary repairs and did not "find" or do any unnecessary work. I cannot say thanks enough for the great service guys, you have my business for life, as well as anybody else I know in need, I will certainly send them your way.

I came to know Twin Brothers Automotive through word of mouth and they didn’t disappoint! I have an old Acura TSX with sentimental value that I wanted to recondition and perform some sporty handling upgrades. It’s not worth taking to a dealer (likely charge an arm and leg), but the brothers were able to do it with passion. They upgraded my vehicle with new axles, suspension (coilovers, control arm, tie rods, end links, ball joints, etc.), sway bars, drilled/slotted brakes, and rear camber alignment. They also offered to pick up and drop off the car when completed as well as sit through a test drive with me upon delivery. It’s the whole package! I’ll definitely go back to them with other maintenance on my vehicle or my wife's BMW – yeah, they specialize on German vehicles as well.

"Trust in Twins!" Twin Brothers Automotive did what I thought was impossible - took a third-hand 1985 Mercedes Benz 300TD and turned it into a daily driver. After restoring, replacing, and rebuilding nearly every mechanical part on the vehicle, they gave it the ultimate test drive - 2,000 miles from Seattle to Austin (where I now live). They could have easily cut corners and shipped the car off, never to be seen again, but instead they made certain that their work would keep the vehicle running for another 300,000 miles. I can't say enough good things about them and recommend that you seek their help for any automotive needs.

Omar and his crew are great. Took a used car I was looking to purchase for an inspection, and they immediately pointed out some maintenance issues that needed immediate attention, printed out an estimate and that allowed me to negotiate a fair price for the rig. Omar offered to work a deal with me on the actual maintenance since I took the car to him for inspection. Very knowledgeable, seem to have a niche clientele from freight trucks to Aston Martin's and all things in-between. Very impressed, looking forward to working with them again.

Definitely don't take your car here. A couple days ago, I sat across the street and watched these guys dog out about 5 customers cars. I seen them spinning the tires and driving very recklessly in the parking lot. Absolutely ridiculous. And not just one guy. There were at least two guys that I seen do this multiple times. They have absolutely no respect for their customers or their cars. They were laughing the whole time they were doing it too. #garbagebusiness

Great service, very courteous and fast work. Had to get all brake pads replaced on my old Camry. they quoted me about $1200 and during the service they found rusted caliper pin that needed to be replaced as well. Only added another hundred to the charge for part and labor. It only took them just 2 hours to do all that ! And they topped off my oil and coolant ! Very impressed and satisfied, highly recommend. Thanks, Omar! 8/27/2025 edit: I'm unable to post a second review so I'm editing the first one. My engine was overheating something bad I had to pull over. I called up Omar and he was so kind and helped me figure out what to do over the phone and booked the closest appointment. Turned out to be broken radiator and hoses. They fixed everything up and even gave me discount for returning. Really good price for all the work they did! I don't think I'm going anywhere else for auto service now, these guys are the best.

Twin Brothers Automotive is amazing! So glad I was referred to them. I took my husband's VW GTI here for an inspection after the dealership tried to say we needed over $4K in work done, which I did not believe. Omar worked with me to inspect the car to see what was really going on and recommended work that actually needed to be done (most of which was NOT what the dealer tried to get us to pay for). They were even able to get everything done on the same day, so I didn't have to come back again! We will definitely be coming back for both of our car's maintenance from now on!

If you want a mechanic who actually knows how to wrench, go see Yusuf and Omar. They just saved my 7.3L F-250 after another shop tried to sell me a new engine I didn't need. Twin Bro’s Automotive does things the old school way. They verified my engine was healthy with a 150 PSI test and then handled the cam and lifters. When I asked for the timing chain, they were straight with me and said it was optional, which really showed their character. Since I have a few trucks, trust is everything. These guys have earned it. Highly recommended.

After trusting them with my vehicle for an entire week, I was charged $400 for a "diagnosis" that consisted of nothing more than a vague video showing metal particles in my oil filter, with the mechanic declaring my engine "done for." The Experience: What I received for my $400 was completely unacceptable by any professional standards. No written invoice, no detailed diagnostic report, no explanation of what tests were performed, what was checked, or what specific findings led to their dramatic conclusion. Just a short video of my oil filter with some silver glitter and small metal chunks, followed by a verbal declaration that I needed an entirely new engine. The Red Flags: • No itemized invoice or documentation of services performed • No written diagnostic report explaining their findings • Week-long wait with minimal communication • Immediate jump to worst-case scenario without proper investigation • Refusal to provide detailed technical explanation The Truth Revealed: Seeking a second opinion from a certified Mercedes specialist (which I should have done first), I discovered that my engine is actually in good condition and only needs timing chain work - a repair that costs thousands less than the engine replacement Twin Brothers was undoubtedly preparing to recommend. The metal particles they showed me are actually consistent with timing chain guide wear, a known issue that doesn't require engine replacement. Professional Standards They Failed to Meet: Any reputable mechanic provides detailed documentation of diagnostic work, including specific tests performed, measurements taken, and comprehensive findings. Twin Brothers provided none of this. Their approach seems designed to scare customers into expensive repairs rather than accurately diagnose issues. Recommendation: I strongly advise anyone considering Twin Brothers Automotive to look elsewhere. Their diagnostic practices appear designed to maximize profits rather than provide honest, accurate assessments. The fact that they charge $400 for what amounts to a guess - without even providing proper documentation - speaks volumes about their business ethics. Save yourself the money, time, and stress.
