This place is awesome! They’re pros at fixing Teslas. I had a small accident with a taxi that caused significant damage to my new Model Y, and they made it completely whole in just two weeks. They communicated with me throughout the process and truly understood how important it was for me to get my car back as soon as possible. They were also very helpful with all the paperwork, and I’m so glad I chose them for the repair. If you have any issues with your Tesla, this is the place to go — they’re Tesla-certified, after all. Hopefully, I’ll never need to come back, but if I do, I know exactly where to go. Highly recommend!

Excellent service. Went there for scratch removal on Tesla Model Y prior to lease return. Post the video inspection Tesla provided an absurd estimate to fix it. They took a quick look and said polishing could fix it completely. They did it in under 15 minutes and saved me the amount I would have had to pay Tesla for this. I’d highly recommend for honest and quick professional service.

I feel incredibly lucky to have found this shop. This is the Ford-recommended body shop, and the owner Manny is very friendly and patient. The customer service representative, Lucy, is extremely responsive and professional. You don’t have to go back and forth with the insurance company over the details. All you need to do is hand over your car to them. When I picked up my car, they had thoroughly cleaned it, and it looked almost like a new car. This was the best repair experience I’ve had in New York, and it made the unpleasant memory of the accident disappear.

Best place hands down in all of NY. They are so meticulous about each and every detail and have serviced my car multiple times. They are always accommodating and so friendly. This feels like a real family place. My car always looks immaculate when it comes back. I couldn’t have found a better home to take car or my Honda Accord. Absolutely superb! I couldn't be happier with the repair work to my (brand new!) accident damaged car. From the moment I arrived I was welcomed and treated with complete professionalism by everyone I spoke to. The shop has a reliable team that keeps their clients informed and updated every step of the way. The work was done professionally, the communication was clear, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. It’s rare to find a shop that’s both quick and high-quality, but they delivered on both. Lucy texts you in real time and keeps you in the loop about what’s happening. She is also an active liaison between the client and Geico helping with any questions about claims etc. They also wash your car for you and ensure the tire pressure is where it should be. Had my back bumper destroyed by a tow truck last August. The Benz dealership referred me to Twins Collision and they installed a new bumper and painted it. They did such a great job. The car looked better than when I gave it to them. Fast forward to today, I had a noticable scuff on my front bumper and decided to reach out to them for an estimate. I spoke to Lucy and she looked my car up in their system and saw I had been there before. Lucy was very professional and requested pictures of my vehicle to see how much it would cost. When she saw it she realized a buff may very well be all I need. I came in and she had one of the owners, Richie take a look at my car. Richie explained to me he could buff the scuff out and make it where you would barely see it anymore. It took less than 20mins and the car looks great now. Richie explained to me they don't typically handle these type of damages unless the entire part needs to be replaced. He gave me the information for a place that handles detailing down the road and did not charge me for his time and services. In my opinion the people that work here are about building relationships with their customers and potential customers. I hope I don't smash my Benz up, but if I do I will bring my car to Twins Collision. I added pictures of my bumper before and after from 8/25 and the front bumper scuff and buff after pictures as well. Thanks again!!!

I could not be more satisfied with the work Twins Collisions did on my vehicle. Their work is impecable, very clean and not even carefully looking for imperfections, I could find a detail. It looks as the brand new car it is. I was awe with the great communication with me as customer. They kept me posted on the progress of the repair with text messages and photos. Richard, one of the twin owners is very friendly, honest and professional. Lucy, at the front desk is the nicest person I have ever encountered in the industry, very knowledgeable, conscious, and mindful. She will help you with the insurance questions, communicating with the team and making arrangements to simplify the process for you. You can tell they really value us as customers, really care for your time and are proud of the great work they do. I would recommend this place to any of my friends or family members.
