KNR Auto repair is absolutely the best shop!! The quality of their work is top notch and they truly care about their customers. They are a local LIC family owned shop and they are super accommodating, honest, very fair prices and simply put they are genuinely good people!! They helped me in short notice when my steering went out and I had a bunch of services that I had been putting off, and they took incredible care of me. Rick kept me informed thru the whole process, explained everything and made sure my Jeep was in excellent shape when I picked it up. My truck hasn’t felt this good since it was new. This is a repair shop and owners that you can count on and trust. I highly recommend them for all repairs, don’t hesitate they will take good care of you!!

I can’t recommend KNR, Rick, and the whole team enough. For anything to do with your car, they're an amazing crew — honest, reliable, and incredibly fair. I cannot recommend KNR auto repairs enough!! From start to finish, Kate and her crew were on top of it. They gave me a fair price-- the best I could find (and I asked around a ton of places). Not only was the price right, but the job was so well done. My door was busted and she managed to save the whole door, reshape it, match the color, AND repair all the other nicks and scratches around the rest of the car. This is all well and good, but the icing on the cake is how absolutely wonderful Kate was the whole way through. She shared her contact with me, and sent me updates throughout. Again, cannot recommend enough!!!

Great! Just like all the other reviews here, everything was perfect. Minor damage as pictured. Also “post”-KNR pictured. Katie quoted me a fair price and clearly explained the work to be done. I took my car to 2 more places to get quotes. I checked reviews after getting quotes. I chose KNR and don’t have any regrets. Work was completed in the time promised, for the quoted amount, and the repair is unnoticeable. What more can you ask for?

We have been going to Rick for five years with our Toyota Prius. Look no further!! We moved to brooklyn two years ago and we still get our car towed all the way here because yes; they are that good! Rick is going to give you a fair price, tell you your options, work with you every bit of the way. And he does extremely quality work. His wife is incredible in terms of customer service and getting you the information you need. I wouldn’t go anywhere else not even if we move to the Bronx - you just get AAA and tow your car to Rick’s. They’ll take care of you. Worth every penny. And they’re just good people, if you want a cherry on top.

KNR is the autobody shop you bring your car to. Full stop. I have been bringing my car here for 15 years now and have been fully satisfied and happy with the work and service. Rick and his wife are incredibly nice and knowledgeable and can work through and solve any car issue you have --- whether autobody or mechanical. I recently backed into a pole when parking and it scraped my back fender a fair amount. I immediately went to KNR to explain what happened and seek their advice. And that they did. Check out these before and after photos. Not only did they repair and clean up the damaged area but they repaired and painted the enter back bumper (that had a ton of surface scratches). It looks amazing now. Again, bring your car here with any issue, and you'll get a fair price, a super fast turnaround time, and friendly service.

Kate and Rick are excellent. As everyone says, it's hard to find kind and honest car people. Kate and Rick are not only lovely people, but the shop does excellent work. I should have taken before and after pictures of the car, but my car looks like it's new now. They did a ton of body work removing rust and dings, also repainted the whole thing. Super happy to be driving the 16-year-old car around again!

My family and I have been trusting Ricky and his wife, Kate, for all our car troubles, and hands down, they’re the best! From oil changes on our Lexus to diagnosing and fixing an engine misfire, Ricky always knows exactly what’s wrong and gets it fixed efficiently. When a tree fell on our Genesis, the entire top of the car was bent in. Ricky and his team did incredible bodywork—they were able to get the dent out and repaint the car to match perfectly. It looks brand new! On top of their amazing service, the pricing is always fair—they never overcharge, which is rare to find.
