I talked to many people, used three other auto service shops before I went to TWO GUYS AUTO REPAIR, and they were rude and over priced. Not only did they not give me detailed information about what was wrong with my vehicle. they also tried to sell me things I didn't need. All they would say was that my vehicle was beyond repair but they were very pushy about wanting me to sell them my vehicle for under market value. when I refused they were rude about even putting my vehicle on the street so I can pick it up.

I have to say this is one of those rare moments when I pick up my money pit of a car from yet another mechanic in the long line of locals who have tried to take a stab at it, that I felt a noticeable improvement in the mechanics! I was so excited I would describe the vehicle performance As having improved dramatically!!! It drives like butter! My Lincoln LS they have their issues -but it’s like a old T-shirt I’m not ready to let go of -I will definitely be bringing it back to Two Guys next time there’s a hiccup. their price was fair they had it for a reasonable amount of time in order to make a complicated repair. experienced and qualified masters at their craft! 🙏🏻

I took an 8 hour bus ride to pick up an 89 Jeep Comanche and my car overheated and broke down in the middle of nowhere. The nearest town was Springfield. I called over 10 shops and 2 guys sounded the friendliest and their estimate was considerably lower than anywhere else. They had it fixed in 2 or 3 hours and now I can make the remaining 3 hour drive home and not miss anymore work. Super friendly, honest, highly recommended.

Wow SUV not running, towed to shop, Mitch not sure what problem is, replaced coil in distributor, starts great won't run without gas. Stops the minute you put it in gear. So you make a repair, don't drive the car to make sure it's right? What good is my SUV if it won't stay running? Never called to let me know possible issues or estimated cost of repairs, just made it and then produced a bill for 257.00 what would have happened had I not had that amount in my account???? It ran long enough to go 3 miles grest job :-(

Called them at 12:55 wanting my brakes looked at and they were able to fit me in at 2. They took a look and told me nothing needed to be done and explained what they thought caused the sounds I was hearing. They seem like honest people and I appreciated their second opinion. I will go back to them in the future.

We took our car down their twice and called 4 times and they basically kept saying that they didn't want us to wait for our car to be fixed. Kept telling us we needed to drop it off, potentially overnight (even at 8 a.m.) Just needed the bearings replaced on 1 wheel. Les Schwab ended up doing it in an hour, for a lower price. I prefer to help small business but I've never seen a mechanic so die hard determined to hold the car for more than a day.

I'm a woman and feel these places try and take advantage of us. I know a lot about cars and sometimes get estimates just so I know for sure what's wrong with my cars. Simply because I work on my own cars. These guys were honest with me about my breaks. Said nothing was wrong instead of makeing up something just to make a buck. They have integrity and class. WOW! These two guys are great. They have helped us out several times.Fast, efficient and decently priced. I have brought in my Nissan a couple of times to them as well as my college daughters car and they always save the day. As car trouble happens unexpectedly, they always work with us and accommodate our needs. They never do work without calling and getting the go ahead.They shoot it straight, get it done, and there is always a follow up phone call to check in. Finally, mechanics I can TRUST!!! I normally work on my own vehicles but I was in a pinch with my truck loosing coolant and took it into 2 guys. I spoke with Mitch on the phone about my issue, even though they don’t normally work on diesels, he was pretty confident that it was just a water pump replacement. This seemed like an accurate assessment to me and I decided to bring it in. Not only did they take it in same day, but it was done and ready the next morning. They called to let me know the work they will and might do before doing it and on top of that they charged a really fair price. I’ll bring my vehicles to them in the future if I don’t have time to work on them myself.
