I had an amazing experience at Tyler Express Complete Auto Repair. I went in for an oil change, and during their inspection, Hector showed me that my drive belt needed to be replaced. I really appreciated that they took the time to explain everything and show me the issue instead of just telling me. The service was excellent, and it’s clear they take pride in doing honest, quality work. On top of that, their prices were extremely fair. I went in there expecting to drop a couple hundred dollars on labor and a new turbo boost sensor on my stock q50 but the shop ran a diagnostic that took no longer than an hour and a half found the real problem and fixed it all for a great price. My truck broke down outside of Las Vegas. I had the truck towed to Tyler Express at about 6 pm. Tyler Express personnel were courteous and helpful in every way. Tyler Express diagnosed the problem, found the replacement fuel pump, replaced it, and got me back on the road the next day. The service and responsiveness of Tyler Express was excellent. I came to the shop this morning cause my TPMS light on after I did service at Honda West for oil change and tire rotation. And I was recommended for changing 3 new tires with $600 sth (why 3, not 2 or 4 I don’t know) but 2 of current tires I just changed last year. My car is Civic 2021. Then I came to Tyler cause I remembered someone recommended me before. The owner named Kenny Chau, super nice and professional. He figured out the problem and fixed it right away, just 20 mins. Everything is good now, I can save big money and feel save when driving. I’m appreciate it and highly recommend this auto shop. I’ll come back for sure for my car’s services.
