They drove my car without my permission ran my gas out my car, lied about the part not arriving on time car was there for 2weeks and I prepaid $1000 dollars. Still waiting for my refund for the part that they never put on my car. I've learned never to prepay again, check my mileage and take photos of my car before leaving it for service. They are so unprofessional and someone needs to take responsibility 4 my rim and my hubcap. I recommend no one leaves their car with them because they lie and they are very manipulative and they hide behind one another instead of treating people right and fair with quality service.

Mike was my service manager. 1st time ever there using Mike and the last time. Mike talks in circles, gives promises he doesn't keep, while exploiting his war wounds.My car turned into a piece of real-estate on his property for about 3 weeks. A car i use for work, yes I didn't work for 3 weeks. Originally took car to him after dealership wrongly diagnosed my car. 3 weeks later after several calls asking for updates. Here's the problem, he'd say, it'll be done on this date, and that date kept coming and going and the shop never once called letting us know anything. Suddenly im told to stop calling So I did, gave it a week, and still heard nothing! Suddenly my dear friend gets involved and she's a pit bull when she needs to be. And another manager came in, looked at my 2014 toyota rav4 and Suddenly in 2 days the car is done. So if you take your car to usa auto on durango, take it to nick, he's awesome, stay away from Mike.

SCAMMERS SCAMMERS SCAMMER! DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE! THEY WILL DAMAGE YOUR VEHICLE ON PURPOSE AND THEN CHARGE YOU AN ARM AND LEG FOR REPAIRS WHICH THEY WILL THEN SABOTAGE! HUTCH AND ALL HIS MECHANICS ARE SCAMMERS! I had just moved to Nevada and bought a used car that was in GREAT condition. Took it to Jiffylube for a basic oil change and radiator flush, no problems, no leaks, NOTHING! After that, all it needed was an O2 sensor replaced so that it could pass a smog check for registration, THATS IT! I decided to try them out for a cheap diagnostics that HUTCH said they wouldn’t charge me for once they found the problem and repaired it. I waited for almost two hours and wondered why it was taking so long. Well, it turns out while I was waiting, they were busy DAMAGING one of my radiator hoses (the one that connects the cap to the radiator)! Once they finished, HUTCH showed me the leak, which looked as if someone had indeed pulled off the hose and let out all my fluid onto the garage bay floor and said “Oh, it turns out your radiator is cracked and leaking and the whole thing needs to be replaced and it’s dangerous to drive it like this” followed by showing me a list of all the other “issues” they found that needed to be addressed, which included spark plug replacement and a fuel injection service they referred to as a “sea foam cleaning” and then finally showed me that the O2 sensor did need to be replaced. They were trying to charge me over $1500 for all these other problems that had nothing to do with what I had originally went in for. Whats worse is that when I became upset and told them that there was no problems with the radiator prior to bringing the car in, HUTCH began to talk down to me and insult me by saying “What? You dont have the money? Really? You can’t pay for this?” and then suggested I get on a finance plan to be able to pay off the charges. I told him to get my car down and that I was going somewhere else, which visibly irritated him and his attitude got worse. I had no choice but to pay the $120 for the diagnostics fee because I refused to pay for the repairs and services. I decided to take matters into my own hands and examined the radiator hose myself. At first I thought it was just loosened and made to look as if the radiator was leaking, so I tightened the hose and drove for a few days only for it to start leaking AGAIN! This time, I pulled the hose off and whatta ya know, the hose had a small cut in it where it was leaking, as if someone took a box cutter and cut into the hose. I went out to buy a new hose and replaced it myself. It only cost me about $30 and now there is NO PROBLEMS AT ALL! NO LEAKS, NOTHING! The radiator is in top shape and functions normally as it should. Then I decided to replace the spark plugs and the O2 sensor myself. Complete success and it only cost me under $100 bucks for each replacement. The car passed smog and was registered later that week. In conclusion, HUTCH and all his goons are running a scamming operation and need to be put out of business. I’m going to repost this and the following pictures below on all other review sites they are on and will be talking to a lawyer about legal ramifications and lawsuits. I’m sick and tired of mechanics scamming unsuspecting customers and it needs to be put to an end!

I would like to definitely let everybody know about our experience with this shop today. Manager Mike has gone above and beyond the expectation of excellent customer service. Maybe his military background or his self morals Mike gave us a phone call this morning and return to us something we’ve been missing for a very long time which is a BMW key and personal information. Mike saw a Displayed gentleman who had not only stolen. Our personal information. Back are really expensive BMW key. He approached him and retrieve our stuff back regardless of the threats he received gave us a phone call in the morning and said he would want somebody to do it for him if it happened and he had been in our place we came and retrieved it and that’s unexpected for almost anybody to return somebody’s property. Mike is definitely a trustworthy individual and deserves to be Deserves a shout out Mike we thank you so much you were you are a godsend and we very much appreciate it. If you need your vehicle serviced you can definitely expect a honest job done by an exceptional and professional man who is running this shop. Shot out to you Mike , you are the MAN!!!!!

Don’t do your service in this U.S.A. auto service #3. I’d give zero if possible They hanged up my car and wanna charge me another $900 just because I requested a smog test . They took out all 4 tires and said offer free rotation without my consent…..but at the same time they damaged my side panel and banged it. And the receptionist had attitude, so impolite and seems like I owed her millions

Came here to do a smog test and was told it’ll be 20 minutes and I end up staying 1 hour to get the smog check when it only takes 5 mins. Have people sitting around chit chatting taking their sweet time. Yes it’s $9.99 but is it worth it? ABSOLUTELY NOT. They won’t value your time. I’m a business owner and now I’m late to open up my own Business. Thanks U.S.A Auto Service. You won’t have my business anymore!! Just be honest with your customers and give them proper time it actually takes.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received at USA Auto Service, located at 3665 S Durango Dr, Las Vegas, NV 89147. This pertains to a repair for two leaks, the rear main seal and lower oil pan gasket, for which I paid $1035. On Saturday 07/05/2025, after informing Mike, the manager, that I only had Saturday and Sunday off, he assured me the repair would take a few hours and be completed by the end of the day. Despite paying the required $1035, I observed my car was not being worked on for the entire afternoon. When I inquired, Mike spoke to a mechanic named Nick, who then slowly began draining the oil, making it clear the repair would not be finished that day. Mike subsequently informed me that parts were needed and I would need to bring the car back on Monday. It appeared they had no intention of repairing my car on Saturday, only of securing my payment. I brought my car back on Monday morning at 8:00 AM, and later that afternoon, Mike called to say the car was fixed. However, approximately a month later on 08/08, I discovered oil stains in my garage. Upon inspection, I confirmed that the two leaks supposedly fixed were still present. On August 9th, I returned to the shop and discovered the leaks to Mike, he left me there to wait. I remained calm and spoke with Nick, who is a manager. He honestly confirmed that the rear main seal and lower oil pan gasket were indeed leaking and were under warranty and told me to bring back the car on Monday morning. I truly appreciate his honesty. I returned the following Monday, hoping to work with Nick, but he was not there. Given my previous experience, I did not trust Mike. I parked my car and left a distinct mark. Mike again promised the car would be done by the end of the day. That afternoon, he called to say parts were needed again and the car would be ready the next morning. However, when I stopped by after work, I saw my car was still parked exactly where I had left it that morning; it hadn't moved an inch. When I confronted Mike, he repeatedly insisted he was working on it and then blamed me for yelling, man, his continuing lying without blinking. He then promised the car would be ready by 10 AM the following morning. Again, I received a call stating the car would take longer than expected. After that, I received no further communication. I decided to pick up my car after work. I even prepared to call the police to get my car back. Mike was not there, but Nick, the manager was there. He listened and took my requst for a full refund, explaining it would need to be processed through the corporation. I took my car back without any repairs having been completed. This entire experience has been a nightmare. While the USA Auto Service at such a great location, employing Mike as a manager to sit there and fool customers around to earn his commissions or salary, honesty and responsibility will earn your reputation and success,His behavior demonstrates a complete lack of honesty and responsibility.

I’m writing this just to warn people that these guys are scam artists. Took my jeep here cause it was overheating and they said I needed to replace the fan assembly and gave me a list of other parts totaling $4500, then I looked at it myself and noticed it was 1/2 gallon low on coolant. The fix was FREE, (add water). DO NOT RECOMMEND SCAM ARTISTS LIKE THIS.

First off, came to get a smog check and was helped at the desk then waited 30 minutes until someone finally looked at the car. Keep in mind before this my car was running 100% fine! They took the car somewhere then 10 minutes later the manager came into the lobby and told me my cars alternator needs replacing and that my car no longer runs. Then quoted me $850 to replace the alternator but I decided not to proceed as I was going to go with another mechanic but they still tried to push me to get THEIR service. At this point my car no longer runs unless it's jumped but because apparently I denied his service and refused his ridiculous quote, the manager refused to help jump my car IN FRONT of their shop forcing me to Uber BACK home and grab my gfs car to jump it. Managers ego needs to be checked. NEVER come here for help!

They are always trying to upsell you on things you don’t need! I went in for a routine oil change and PEDRO who was the tech that was gonna work on my car called me out to the garage to show me something. He asked me if I driven the car over the due mileage needed for the next oil change and I told him yes because I was a few hundred miles over but nothing to cause the car any problems. He pulled the oil dip stick out and said “wow man this is realy bad! Your oil looks really burned up!” I told him ok that’s ok, just change the oil. He asked me if I wanted a oil flush because it looks like the oil is starting to sludge. I said naw just change it please. Then he says I dont know if we can change it without doing a oil flush because its starting to sludge. More anyone with any tire of mechanical knowledge, which I do have, knows damn well that you can’t tell not see if the oil is starting to sludge without draining it. I immediately took my car to Walmart and they changed the oil and tech said he didn’t see any signs of sludging! Watch out for these people because they’re crooks!

SPENT OVER 2,000 dollars just for these ppl to mess my car up even more. Had to go to another shop n pay for the damage which costed me DOUBLE . THIS PLACE IS A SCAM ALWAYS CHANGING PPL AROUND . My car will never run the same they lied n said I have a leak but went to a five star shop just to be proven THEY WERE WRONG. Then had the nerve to try and charge me 3680 for a new transmission . THEY LIED TO ME N TOLD ME THEY DID A TRANSMISSION FLUSH ONLY TO FIND OUT THEY NEVER DID AND NOW I HAD TO PAY FOR A BRAND NEW TRANSMISSION. I will never recommend this shop to anyone. LOOK AT THE REVIEWS ON HERE . ITS SAD HOW PPL CAN TRUST THIS PLACE WITH THEIR CAR FOR SERIOUS REPAIRS ONLY FOR THEM TO MESS UP YOUR CAR EVEN MORE . THEY EVEN BROKE MY HUBCAPS OFF AND ZIP TIED THEM BACK AND DIDNT TELL ME A THING UNTIL I SEEN MYSELF. HAD TO GO UP THERE ALMOST EVERYDAY FOR A MONTH JUST TO GET THEM REPLACED. These people don’t care. ALL THE MECHANICS DO IS WORK ON YOUR CAR MESS THINGS UP SO YOU CAN COME BACK AND SPEND MORE. Do NOT waste your money on them. YOUR CAR WILL NEVER RUN THE SAME AGAIN.

This place is a scam. They target single mother because she has a nice car. They bully you into signing paperwork. And after being directed not to do any of the work. They kept the car all day and said they did all the work. Absolutely impossible to do any of the work after they were directed not to do any of the repairs. $8100 estimate. Now they threaten to keep the deposit in order to get the car back that none of the repairs have been done. Just a pathetic example of taking advantage of a single mom that drives a nice car.

A den of thieves! They left my vehicle in worse shape than when I took it in! I had a check braking system message but everything worked great. They fixed two things to the tune of $1400 then told me my ABS was out and wanted another $2500 so I said no way, I'm out. I picked it up and they made me wait two hours to give my key back and now my power brakes are gone and three more warning lights are on. They will steal you blind! Do NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE! I wish I had read the reviews first. Now I will find an honest and reputable mechanic and read their reviews first! I will also be contacting BBB and Darcy Spears!

Been having my car smog at this location since 09. Up until today no issue. I usually go to the webpage and pull up a coupon which states _9.99. When I get there they tell me it is now $19.99. I show the coupon I the have. The woman at the desk tells me the best she can do is $14.99. Then walks out comes back with a man and he gives me a story about how prices have gone up and it is now $19.99. I ask him if he will honor the $14.99 that she told me. He said no. That he would only honor that price if I brought in a coupon that they claim was sent out to customers. I have never gotten a coupon in the mail from them. Time to find a new smog check. Even more so I will not be going back as to the passive aggressive response. Now it is time to share across all channels.

I was heading out to get a smog check after dropping my pup off at the groomer when I stumbled on to this place within the same plaza. So glad I did! Smog check was $9.99!! I've never paid that low before. They are the cheapest in town. Everyone was so nice. Hector also advised me to get my rear brakes replaced and showed me exactly where the issue was. I initially took my car in for a quick smog, however since their pricing is great I also got an oil change. They include a free inspection and Moris walked me through what he saw, gave me his honest professional opinion and suggestion with no pressures. Micah up at front is friendly and outgoing. I saw him work with other customers and he has great patience, great customer service. I stopped by just by chance but I will be returning and highly recommend their service! Did I mention their fast and thorough!
