I paid $200 for a diagnostics and they told me my timing chain was out and they wanted almost four grand to fix it and I took it to two other mechanics and they told me my timing chain is 100% fine

I went here to find out about a ticking sound and to get recalled items fixed. 4 hours later, I called only to be told by Vincent Saucedo that nothing had been done. He argued with me so I asked and left a message for the supervisor. He called me back to say things did get done but when I picked up my car, the inspection wasn’t done because my car needed an oil change (not noted) and the windshield wiper fluid sign is on in the car. This is such bad service. Go to Moreno Valley Nissan. They are so helpful and actually do the work!

Great experience with the service manager Mark coming up to the front. The oil change that I recieved was supposed to be about 1.5hrs, but was completed in less time - Mahalo nui for that! Cherry experience to see through the glass window the tech performing the oil change. They also offer hot station for capachino. Come here if you want an experience from a cool manager and a view to watch your service being done!

Best Nissan service dealership in the Hi-Desert. Had recall on my Nissan Titan. The service department personnel were extremely polite, helpful and knowledgeable. After getting recalled addressed service department did a multipoint level inspection and discovered that brakes and transmission had some issues and advised to change out fluid, I’m grateful to service advisor Mazai for suggesting that because the vehicle is now operating better than before. Servicing my vehicle through a certified Nissan service dealer makes a world a difference. Huge thanks to Mazai and all Staff at Hi-Desert Nissan. PS. keep up the great Customer service. The cost was reasonable, Please continue providing those coupons regularly for services.

For the longest time, I have been Valley Hi Nissan's biggest fan & supporter and have always appreciated their service department. This time around, I was disappointed at their lack of flexibility when I needed to pick up my car after it was serviced or how rude Vince was during our conversation. The one thing I would request from any car service provider in the High Desert is to remember that not everyone works in the area. With traffic being what it is today, even when one leaves work hours early to retrieve their car in a timely manner, there's a huge possibility that traffic often makes it impossible to do so. Therefore, being more accommodating to your customers' needs would bring you more service, not hinder it.

I called the service department about 2pm to inquire about an oil change and availability. I was informed that oil changes could be scheduled until 3pm that day- Friday. I drove from apple valley and pulled up at 2:30. Two service lines and one ‘express’ line. I pulled into ‘EXPRESS’. I went inside and was second. The two of us were informed that our service would take two and a half hours! I asked if that was their idea of express and was told they don’t have express. I corrected that statement because of the major sign over the service entrance saying ‘EXPRESS’. I was told there was no express. Please take the damn sign down and don’t waste my time. Very hard to do business with you. Is this ‘valley hi’ protocol?
