They don't do honest work. I paid for a simple trans fluid, filter, and gasket change. All they did was change the fluid and put it 2x over the fill line they don't check their work when they finish the job. After they finish what they like to do is take your vehicle for joyrides. I brought them all the proof of the job I paid for that they didn't do and they will lie to your face and say it was correct. The owner doesnt watch his mechanics and they just do what they want its bad business non-trustworthy.

Sukahn, is specialized in Toyotas. I’ve never had any issues with this man. He’s done an excellent job on my 2011 Toyota Prius. In 2021 he’s reinstalled a rebuilt engine, and transmission. Fall 2023 he also replaced my catalytic converter. The vehicle is running great no service lights on or nothing. I sincerely appreciate & trust his business anything I need I’ll go directly to him. Reasonably good prices and he’ll tell you straight forward of what needs to be done to your vehicle involving mechanical issues. That’s how much of an expert he very much is. I guarantee with my personal experiences you won’t find yourself disappointed 100%. Your ride will be in good hands with this guy.

I went to a mechanic for 18 years who specialized in Honda/Toyota, then he retired. I floundered for years until I happened to complain to my parents. My Uncle and parents both discovered Vientiane. I've only been twice so far. Staff is friendly and prices are extremely lower than dealership. Can't beat that! I do have a few minor complaints. The waiting room is very untidy. I itched for hours after waiting in there an hour for my first appointment. No problem, for the price I will now get a ride. Other thing is both times they left oil footprints on my carpet mats. Again, I'll deal with cleaning it (and the oil smell), but it would be so easy to put something down to protect the mats. I wish they were open weekends for scheduling convenience, but they need a life too. The important thing is I've found a mechanic I can trust!

It's every car owner's hope to find a honest mechanic shop that doesn't charge you an arm and a leg. I was referred to this small shop last year. The owner is from Loas. He, his son and a cousin son-in-law are the main mechanics. I have a 1st Gen 1999 CRV that needed different work done over the last year. Their diagnoses are always spot on. The repair work is good every time and never asked you to do more than your car needed. Their prices are the most reasonable compare to all the other shops I have been to over the years. I even had them custom installed some aftermarket fog lights. I posted 2 pictures of all three of them working to finish the installation at the end of a long work day. Despite how much time and effort it took them, they still only charged the very reasonable price they quoted me. It's one of those old school, honest, hard working businesses that are hard to find these days. Highly recommended!
