As a woman, it’s hard to find a good mechanic shop that isn’t ripping you off. I’m so lucky to have been referred here because these guys are GREAT. Don’t take your vehicle anywhere else! I was quoted $800 for new brakes for my van and these guys did them for WAY less, way faster, and with much better customer service. I received videos of my old brakes and was updated through out the process. These guys go above and beyond, I trust them with all my vehicles and won’t go anywhere else.

Timing Auto Repair knows how important time is in our daily lives. Having such a tight schedule dropping my car off was a little difficult , I have never ran into a shop that would provide pick up n delivery. They picked up my vehicle for a brake service and returned it to me at the end of the day. Worked out perfect for me! All while providing quality parts and reasonable prices. Thanks Anto!

The only person I would trust when it comes to working on my car. He is the most honest, person I know not only that but a very knowledgeable as well. So knowledgeable that he can give me a virtual diagnostic on my car with just a phone call. My husband and I only go to him. He is the only one we trust to work on our cars. After being quoted $1300 for a check engine light, I decided to come to Timing Auto Repair for a second opinion. Anthony was efficient, knowledgeable, and honest. He advised me on what could be causing the code and suggested I started with smaller maintenance of the vehicle before jumping into a big project. After a tune-up on my vehicle, with Anthony sending pictures the whole process, I left Timing Auto Repair with no check engine light paying a fraction of what I was quoted. To top it all off, Anthony contacted me a few days later to verify my car was still running properly. I'm very impressed with the professionalism and honesty of this company and will definitely be returning and recommending them to anyone with car needs.

Timing Auto repair is the best! I found Anthony and his team while looking for mechanics that would help with repairs on my Pontiac. After being told that my car was too old by serveral different places, I messaged Anthony and he responded very quickly! He's helped with a few different repairs from small things like fixing a broken hose to much bigger, time consuming repairs such as a leaking water pump. He's honest, friendly, responsive, and most importantly affordable! I was quoted over $2000 for one repair and he did the same job much more thoroughly for several hundred dollars less. I can feel the difference the repairs have made while driving. He and the team always do a great job, can't recommend enough.

Highly recommend Anthony and his shop for excellent work and prices. Their communication, knowledge, and explanation of what is going on with your car is clear, they have incredibly reasonable pricing, and their efficiency/turnaround time is just as fast (if not quicker than) anyone I’ve ever worked with for repairs. I have an early 2000s C-Class Mercedes that Anthony has replaced my alternator, brake pads, and rotors for, all within the past year and a half, with prompt service and transparent communication across the board. 10/10 would recommend (if they service your type of vehicle). I trust Anthony to be honest, adept, and fair above all else.

Anthony was very helpful. He took time to check our AC among his busy schedule and kept us informed about every step he took for the checking and finally made sure we need to change the AC compressor. because he was so fully booked, he even recommended other trust-worthy auto shop for us to go in order to make our trip plan work. He is the warmest guy and he made us the best memory of Salt Lake City.

They quoted me about $1,000 more than the dealership to replace a transmission. The dealership was also replacing it with a brand new one with a 3 year warranty. Whereas here they wanted go give me an old one with a 2 year warranty. I also took my car to to have a full diagnostic and inspection done by the dealer before going to Timing and they said my car was in perfect condition. They ran the codes and all that. I didn't tell Timing I went there first and they tried to tell me several codes popped up and they would have to see why and fix that, too. Once I told them I already took it to the dealership and had the diagnostic I never heard about the other issues again. I wouldn't recommend them and if you use them I would get an inspection/ diagnostic/ and codes ran somewhere else beforehand.

I came to Timing Auto Repair on Yelp because I needed a random misfire code diagnosed on my Honda Accord. Anthony reached out to me and got me in asap. He checked everything from the fuel pump to the engine compression and figured out it was the valves that needed adjustment. Charged a fair price for all the work he did and even checked other components and notified me of other work that needs to be done later on. Anthony kept me informed on what was going the whole time and didn't charge me for any unnecessary work. He was honest, and that's hard to find in a mechanic these days. I will definitely be coming back to service all my vehicles there in the future. My car runs like a champ now with no check engine light.

If you're in Salt Lake City or the surrounding areas, I can't recommend this shop enough. I have a 2013 Chevrolet Sonic that has 170,000 miles and Antolin at this shop has helped me reach these miles with the work he has done. He has done everything from fixing an oil leak, changing spark plugs and head gaskets, and my air pump to pass emissions. All this work was done with very reasonable pricing. Not only is the pricing reasonable, if you have the time he will explain to you what the issue is and what the parts do that need to be changed out or fixed. He will even show you the old parts that were swapped out. He is very professional and knowledgeable. I'm trying to stay away from the car market as long as possible due to high prices and interests and this shop has helped me with that. He is straight to the point. If he can't fix it he will be honest and let you know. I can't recommend this shop enough.
